Youll be more survivable with more recharge to get DP, reconstruction, IH, and MoG up more often. Not a bad idea though to get a bit of S/L or melee defense.

Fly works on my peacebringer, though I can just TP to top of map when I get web naded. Not sure how it would work with a non-TPer

Damn, only a week to lvl up and IO a dueling toon...

I lost all my builds awhile back but I have a decent peacebringer so I'll just tell you what to do. Build for max range in the nova blasts (I recommend three centrioles in each, along with three procs and some cheap TAoE pvp IOs for the 7.5 range bonus in random set mules), build for as much recharge as possible to make dull pain a lot. Squeeze in some HP bonuses since DP alone wont get you to cap (2409). I slotted teleport (In dwarf) with some range and got that range to 650 and it's an awesome panic button. You can also use the PB phase but it costs a ton of end so watch your blue bar. Other than that dont get too pissed when people complain about your range since they wont be able to do much other than web nade you. When that happens just go phase or teleport. If you are quick with your binds and time things well, the only time youll die is when travel suppression shafts you and you can't escape.

SS/Shield brute (Or elec or fire) and a sonic/cold corr. Brute can be softcapped at lvl 22 with the ice shields and the corr can add on massive -resistance to the mob. Once you get SOs itll be smooth sailing.

For zone you'll prob want to go with a spines/regen/blaze scrapper, with barb swipe, impale, and two blaze attacks (Not fireball). For arena a fire or broadsword/regen will both be great with blaze or weapons mastery. (Not body since you dont really need as much perception in arena)

The peacebringer isnt really gonna give a good fight in a 1v1. Either you will have the range to hit me or you wont. Now my fire/cold corrupter that im working on is a different story...

Toxic proc IMO because if you're using laser eyes then the target is obviously too far away to hit with a melee attack so the achilles proc wont help much. If you hit em with laser eyes and the achilles proc goes off, chances are it'll wear off by the time you get to them. In addition, the jav proc also fires more often. I suppose a case could be made for the achilles proc if you're teaming with this dude.
