Just be warned: Any build you get in the PvP section is going to be ridiculously expensive. Hope you have 10 billion sitting around. (I'm not kidding, they don't know what the word "budget" means over there)

A rad/em will be pretty easy to build cheap if you go for tf commander.
Yeah, blasters can be effective with just SOs so long as you've got your HP accos (although it is wise to get enough KB IOs.) That being said, 10 billion influence is not ridiculously expensive if you want to toss in all the PVP IOs that can boost a build's recharge, range, and +HP's.
Huzzah! Rad/EM on a budget. Pretty standard build HP Capped, some nice +recharge +acc + Dmg attacks with procs in them. Mag 44 Kb Can powerboost cosmic burst for a 5 second stun.
No pricey purples, PvP IO's or anything like that. If you want to go dirt cheap just drop the LoTG's and you end up losing some recharge. The Zephyr Kb IO's you kinda need if you don't want to get bounced around. Numina/Miracle is kinda standard. Everything else you should be able to find for pretty cheap if you look around long enough.

Right now im running a rad/energy blaster, but was wondering if /mm was better for pvp. Feel free to post builds
