Certain recipes, no matter how long I waited, never seemed to come up on the market, so I would save and save and buy those via merits. Otherwise, I strictly gamble stuff up. Even if the immediate character can't use it, I'll either give it to an alt who can, or craft it and stash it in the SG/VG base for sale to another member.

It's most likely a temporary lockdown to ensure your account hasn't been hacked. This is a typical security measure when an incorrect password is entered too many times in quick succession. Sometimes (but not always) calling in can expedite the unlock if you can validate certain account information; other times, the lockdown time is automatic regardless of validation, but at least the rep can help you reset the password in the meantime so you know what it is once the lockdown's passed.
(Worked more than a couple years in tech support in various companies - we used to get this a LOT.)
Word of warning, though - some places track how many times an account has been locked down; an excessive number indicates the account might have been compromised. So be careful.

My masterminds religiously collect these. It came in REALLY handy when we did the Barracuda SF and the MM's power was borked, so Soulsteel just set her bots on aggressive, stood to one side, and threw temp power after temp power at Reichsman. Between the frag grenades, sleep gas, vials of bees, the collectible pets, God knows what else, and my all time favorite villain temp power "Ace of Spades," it took all of about twenty seconds for the team to realize Reichsman couldn't hit jack anymore.
My husband's main MM has EVERY pet temp power, so once on a lark, while doing some stupidly hard mission, he summoned EVERY pet. "Army of Me," indeed!

No it's not available on the main FTP site. However, the Paragon Wiki has music from just about every 'neighborhood' in the game, and yes, the Rikti Crash Site music is on there.

We fought EIGHT U'Kon'Grais, waves of Rikti Priests (and I mean WAVES), armies of drones, slavering hordes of Rikti monkeys... and never mind the Heavies arriving four at a time. Healing badges, debt badges, damage badges, and Vanguard Merits in abundance.

Sorry to hear that HeroCon "As We Know It" isn't happening this year, but I am all for spreading the love around for others. I will certainly do my best to attend either PAX West or the NorCal M&G (I'll be living in one of those two locations by the time of either event).
Even though I wouldn't be able to make it, I'd suggest GenCon or Dragon*Con, given the huge popularity of those two events. The exposure for our game could be tremendous there, especially if it's planned right!
(Of course, if you can sneak down to Phoenix ComicCon at the end of May, I'd certainly be thrilled beyond belief - I'll even bring brownies.)

I know I've found where Agent Tavarisch lives (in Founders Falls, halfway between the Vanguard building and the University), but I've always imagined the Star Patrol base on Peregrine Island. Mainly because we have a hangar in the base with a stolen Arachnos Flyer and several Longbow chasers in the launch bay, and War Walls (plus a highly populated area) tend to make takeoffs and landings rather complicated.

Is it just my imagination, or is there now toward the end of Leonard's arc when you're hauling a** out of the lab, underneath the sound effects of the fire and stuff, there's actually music while you're running for your life?
(I have my music normally set to 60% and sound effects to 100% so I'm not really sure.)

If I18 is the companion to Going Rogue (a la Along Came a Spider for CoV), and I19 is Incarnates, we might get the CoP again in Issue 20 or 21. (Although admittedly it'd be sweet to have it crop up in 19 - not only do we become gods, but we get to FIGHT gods. Hells yeah.)
