  1. Sirens is currently the best zone for pvp. The bounty+reward system seems to have succeed. Shame it's only for lv30 underdeveloped characters.
    Bloody Bay is too low level, and you only find people getting shivans.
    Warburg has the nice component of being able to fight everybody else. It would be really fun if it wasn't so empty normally.
    RV is not a PvP zone, so won't comment it
  2. 6slot holds and sleeps if possible

    You don't need endrdx in fly, you can switch to hover if you really want to fight when flying, but it shouldnt be necessary at all. Consider swapping fly for sj tho, and get acrob goodness

    Drop recharges from RI and EF, RI needs ToH debuffs and 1 endrdx or Defdebuff, but only if you have spare slots.
    5 slot LR, 2 acc 3 rech. Drop the slows it only affects movement

    3 acc is too much for PvE, no matter what power it is for.

    Drop maneuvres for assault, and pick tactics if you have spare power slots or if you plan on getting vengeance.

    6slot levitate, it is you best attack, far better than the epic blast after nerfs

    SI is perma as long as you have the end needed. GI needs to be recast every 2 mins (and meanwhile the animation lasts, you wont be invis even when you do recast within those 2 minutes). Besides, it is bugged, and if you are attacked or attack others, you will still be seen until you recast it.

    You'd be surprised of the playerbase in PvP vs PvE in US, which is, sadly, the only market devs care about.

    That said, I like defiance as it is. It is a life saver in many ocasions. Yeaas, situational, but it does its work when needed imo. The most useless inherent for me is the defenders one, or even the kheldians one (mainly because they only work in human form)

  10. Sr doesnt have repel resistance. Invuln is the only one that does. Sr is imo the best secondary vs controllers because trollers can only kill scrappers by mezzing them, thus the one with better defense would avoid more holds than the rest. And besides, the slow resistance, the clickie (and stackable) mez protection and the pseudo second hasten. All those are the reasons why I think /SR has better chances to beat a troller than any other secondary in a duel

    I hit bu while still on invis, press stealth and AS. Even if they see you thru hide+stealth, the AS will be pressed already, with very little time to react and interrupt it. After getting the kill, invis is handy again to run away safely despite of the +percep guys
  13. HEhe in PvP fitness i found it was not necessary at all. Since the only way to kill with spines is by AS followed by a couple of attacks, endurance is not that a problem. In any case elude helps in those situations when end isnt just enough (sometimes its end recovery component is almost as valuable as its def buff :P), or well, the ocasional blues.

    As for impale for fliers... well its range is quite limited, you wont hit people that fly above 40 ft, nor people that stand on rooftops. Besides, you will lose hide with impale, and AS would be far more difficult to get. Well my 2 cents at least
  14. It's a PbAoE stun. It lasts forever, and it can be used either as an opener or as a panic button. It's range is immense too. But it leaves you without end recovering for a while, althought it doesnt drain all your bar like nukes

    I use hover just to get fliers. Invis is useful if you are soloing, and grant invis if teaming, mainly with another stalker. Survival is not a problem, sr+hide full slotted grants uber defense, and i still got elude and phase for heavy acc enemies or rads. The main problem I see on this toon is that its lethal dmg is very resisted at high levels, so getting kills is not that easy, even on squishies
  16. It's a cool power, but casting it for the -regen on avs would prolly drain all your end, unless you stop attacking. A life saver pve wise tho, imo

    Errm actually... I don't agree. Have you ever played a /ff troller in team with a def based toon?.

    My ice tank could easily tank mobs +7 playing along with a /ff troller, and my squishy /sr scrappie actually played as a tank most of the time after lv33 with that same troller. Def buffs from ff are amazing, and can have a full team perma buffed, unlike other sets. Besides having your team mez protected (it takes up to 4 holds from a troller to break thru in pvp) vs all but sleep is very valuable imo.

    But the again, different puppies, different bones my 2cents tho
  20. My Ill/Rad is my best toon too, but I do use its AoEs a lot, mainly as openers. On the first mob I use PA, on the second EM pulse, on the third flash, on the fourth PA... and so on. As you can cast your AoEs while invis it's safe, not only to keep them mob under control, but also to set up containment quickly

    SR is much more varied than regen, but it also needs some more skill. If you plan to PvP a lot, tho, I'd say /SR is better secondary for most of the scrapper secondaries
  23. Reason why I would always rate arena pvp players>zone PvP players. Btw we can have our duel on monday night if that's ok for you.
