Super reflexes
Compared to Regen, SR is a pain to level up. MA and SR are both end heavy so you'll need a lot of blues 'til you get stamina (and maybe after it for long fights). Anyway, it's a great combo. Pretty much matrix style

SR is much more varied than regen, but it also needs some more skill. If you plan to PvP a lot, tho, I'd say /SR is better secondary for most of the scrapper secondaries

Depends on what against
Unless vs blasters only
SR is great for single target, unless you fight arachnos, best for fighting Psi IMO, in mobs not so good as SR is per critter not per mob, katana can help as divine avalanche slotted with 3 defbuff will up your +def by about 15/20% i think not; too sure can anyone give proper figure thanks !? DA is back after every attack you use so you can stack it which is great.
Elude is tbh the best final tier power in game IMO, however SR can be end heavy with hasten, but quickness and 1 recharge in powers your not really left without an attack.
Dark melee can help also, low end and comes with its own Tohit debuff in attacks, also has the benefit of coming with its own +end buff and +dmg/acc buff could work well.
@Blast
DA has a base defence buff of 15%, going up to 23.4% when 3-slotted.
Super reflexes is underpowered but a very fun build.
50s
controllers: Ill rad , grav rad, fire kin, ice kin
blaster: ice em
scrapper: spines sr
not in the pvp zones.

*In bad teams or -vs- massive -Def of +ToHit. /SR's brilliant in Team fights if they've good enough backing from the support side of things.
Ive found /SR to be great solo on unyeilding, i died about twice before 30. its not untill you get into bigger teams fighting +3s or +4s that you start to get into trouble but you just have to pick your targets more carefully rather than the solo scrappers jump in kick [censored] playstyle.
I got elude (proberly about 10 mishes ago) and have only had to use it once
Main problem in SR is that you don't get good AoE protection until lvl 35 with evasion and you start fighting powerful AoE foes at early 30 lvls. You get a certain protection with Lucky, but it's just a passive and a little bit more if you also use hover. It's a fine set once you get Evasion properly slotted and completed with additional pool defence such as hover and/or combat jumoing and/or weave.-
Waiting all those levels for evasion is a bit of a pain. Latest could be 28. They could leave quickness late or the passive AoE late but id prefer quickness later. The controller i was usually with prior to getting aoe def was superfast at absorb pain and number one on the healer board, so it was not all bad.
How much trouble you get into depends on what you do. If you single target then you usually wont get into much but if you multitarget then on untaunted or uncontrolled mobs your chances have risen. Its more down to who does the most damage then. You can try to imagine where the cones, aoes and pbaoes are going to be and in the case of self destruction when they are going to be and simply not be in the way.
