Nice, but instead of Invis and Grant Invis fly could be a good idea, for sneaky AS'ing of hovering blasters/defenders/controllers in RV.

'instead of'? You know you will be seen a mile away without invis or grant invis

yeah and then when you un-invis to deliver the AS you'll just be seen anyway, so seems a bit pointless to me :P

I use hover just to get fliers. Invis is useful if you are soloing, and grant invis if teaming, mainly with another stalker. Survival is not a problem, sr+hide full slotted grants uber defense, and i still got elude and phase for heavy acc enemies or rads. The main problem I see on this toon is that its lethal dmg is very resisted at high levels, so getting kills is not that easy, even on squishies

ouch Dark, i'd never dream of running mine without stamina i rely quite heavily on it with all those toggles and stuff.

Getting fliers really isnt a problem since Impale takes them down from there (doesnt say -Fly in my planner but when trying it out it seems to bring down fliers quite accuratly)

i do feel a bit sad about not getting Aid Self in there earlier but i cant see any way around that without sacrificing Fitness wich i feel i need more than anything

HEhe in PvP fitness i found it was not necessary at all. Since the only way to kill with spines is by AS followed by a couple of attacks, endurance is not that a problem. In any case elude helps in those situations when end isnt just enough (sometimes its end recovery component is almost as valuable as its def buff :P), or well, the ocasional blues.

As for impale for fliers... well its range is quite limited, you wont hit people that fly above 40 ft, nor people that stand on rooftops. Besides, you will lose hide with impale, and AS would be far more difficult to get. Well my 2 cents at least

I hit bu while still on invis, press stealth and AS. Even if they see you thru hide+stealth, the AS will be pressed already, with very little time to react and interrupt it. After getting the kill, invis is handy again to run away safely despite of the +percep guys

There is a difference between being seen a mile away and when opponent just realizes youre behind him and poised to strike..

well if i had access to Elude in Sirens i might have to think about it but since Sirens is the place i feel is the most fun to PvP in (despite all the B-S that is thrown around but thats a whole other thread)

Yes the range-nerf on Impale made things a bit harder, but in my book this change is rather good, i've been using SJ for quite some time wich means i have at least some minor skills in jumping around, getting high enough for Impale to reach and que Placate for a follow-up or AS (and then run away screaming like a crazy person )
