Now that I have a better idea of what you want I'll say that the Dragon Wings are probably going to be the best choice for the look you want.

Moving on to the power sets

DB/Dark might be what you want. I think with the right color tweaks Dark Armour could probably simulate insects crawling and swarming around her.

I'll say keep it with Stalker because Assassinations Demoralize combined with Cloak of Fear and Oppressive Gloom could complete that insect feel.

Demoralize for that initial reaction and then Cloak of Fear and Oppressive Gloom as her insects start swarming about.

Elec/Psi Dom

End drain form Elec with the -recharge from Psi prevents enemies from attacking. Elec's Aura combined with Drain Psyche creates absurd +Regen for you to boot as well.

DM/SR Scrapper the -to hit works great with /SR's defense and DM has the Heal SR lacks, Quickness means your DM attacks are up more often than they would be normally.

So has anyone here seen a hero die because they followed the Stalker to the mobs?

Obviously Bobcat asked you to team up with her in order to stop a bank robbery by the Syndicate in a plan to destabilize Praetorian economy. As the two of you heroically fought off the Syndicate things got hectic and you fear a few may have gotten away with some of the loot. But you vow to hunt them down and recover the stolen goods. In fact Neuron has agreed to offer some assistance with this.

the Blades certainly look nice. I'm not so sure about the Dragon wings though(could be the wings,could be the colors you have on them)

OH try either the Valkyrie wings or the Tech wings, both of those have nice looks and could easily represent Duriel incorporating Technology onto her person.You know her wings were either vestigial or injured beyond her ability to recover, but then she joined with Cedric and he helped incorporate advanced tech onto her wings making them functional again.

I'm fairly certain that AS isn't effected by Range enhancements.

So while the enhancements are there they wouldn't do anything.

The closest I came to that was soloing a +4 Malta Gunslinger boss.

One of my team mates saw me and was like "Holy **** I've never seen a Stalker do that.Your awesome."

I think renaming the At's is a waste of energy, because any new names you come up with could most likely be applied to a whole new AT.

I wonder if you might be on to something with that theory about negative stealth. Especially if it works as a granted temp power similar to how Demoralize works.

I have nothing against the confuse effect on placate(even if it means adding an end cost)

Although I think 4 seconds might be a bit too quickly for Hide to comeback.

Actually the blackwand has 2 very specific cases where it's superior to the Nem staff. Since the blackwand is all negative energy damage it deals quite a bit if damage to Statesman and Honoree when they use they're versions of unstoppable.

This gets even crazier with some higher level spells such as Comet Fall which literally chucks a 20ft Diameter comet at you. or even more insane Meteor Swarm which is 4 20ft Diameter blasts.
