1. Water Bottle Jet Pack Fail this was a tough choice but I would rather deal with a hurt body then emotional damage.
2. Parking Fail another tough one but cmon you knew it had to be a woman driver.
3. Bullying The Bully mad props to the guy that pants the bully
4. Crunchy Ho's both are disturbing only one is funny.
5. Pantomime Fail becuase Barny fails are just more epic and I hated the LJ meme.
6. The Sprinkler Rainbow Conspiracy becuase I lose brain cells every time I see it.
7. How not to deploy a Flash Bang! only becuase it is real and totally hilarious.
8. Worst Robbery In the History of Robbery Attempts random.org strikes again. This should have been the finale for the category.

5. Pantomime Fail: Just one more reason I am forever traumatized by my parents having me watch that show as a kid.

7. MMO Freakout Kid: CURSES!!! Pitted against something I will never win against. oh well I still find the fake freakout hilarious.
8. Robbery: This guy eventually realizes he screwed up and just lays down ready to be arrested. The fail is strong in this video.

I voted by the criteria of repeat viewing, but want to point out that when it comes to a fail video, I'm not likely to watch it again if I think the fail is being faked. So that's part of my criteria, too.
1. Water Bottle Jet Pack Fail
The other thing was just mean, not funny, and I definitely did not want to watch it again. The jet pack? I watched this like a billion times.
2. Parking Fail
I now feel much better about my girlfriend's poor parking ability. She may park it crooked, but at least she can get in the space.
3. Bullying The Bully
I don't really like voting for this one because I smell shenanigans, but based on the prescribed judging criteria, I have to. Not because I watched this one many times, but because I couldn't get through even one viewing of the watermelon thing.
4. An Innocuous Toy
Looks like I'm going to be out voted on this but I thought the crunchy ho's thing was just stupid. The satan doll, on the other hand, I find hilarious.
5. Pantomime Fail
Leroy's fifteen minutes are over. Plus it was scripted, which the Barney thing is clearly (I hope to god) not.

Hilarious and worth repeat viewing. MMO kid is irritating and, again, I smell shenanigans.

Yeah, even though he got the 360, the first vid just isn't funny and it's painful to watch. Japanese people mildly hurting themselves is always with repeat viewings

1) Water Jet Pack - you're just begging to see what happens as opposed to the 360 one wasn't really a fail...just a really bad joke played on the kid.
2) Parking fail - holy crap lady how did you pass your driver's test?
3) Watermelon fail - wow...that was a guy
4) Innocuous Toy - that thing is ******* evil! whereas Crunchy Ho's was just...stupid
5) Pantomime fail - it's just hilarious, but while Leeroy Jenkins is also hilarious to watch over and over, it was staged.
6) Boxing fail - all that training and he couldn't guide his punch to hit the guy and somehow hits himself. The old lady in the other video was just amazingly stupid and didn't finish her basic education. I'm amazed she could operate that video camera.
7) Flashbang fail - training scenarios are srsbiznis I believe MMO kid was staged as well, everything is just too convenient...but 4chan made good use out of it
8) Burglar fail - I remember seeing this before on FOX..something "Dumbest Criminals" it's hilarious how ultimately the guy had to give up and just sat there waiting for the cops and lit a smoke.
