Teleportation Melee (think Nightcrawler in X2)
Gravity Armor (mobs are drawn toward you)
Illusion Armor (including Mirror Images)
Unstable Powersets (randomly selects Power of the appropriate tier)
Thrown Objects Blast (boomerangs, darts, knives, fish)
Archery Melee (Stab with arrows or smash with the bow)
Information (using knowledge to buff team and debuff mobs)
Psychic/Illusion/Mind Melee (crush mobs with your mind)
Reflection Armor (bounces off me and sticks to you) -
Hybrid: Unlocks a Catgirl sixth costume slot.
Genesis: Attack power which spawns a rock under your target's feet, hurtling them toward you.
Mind: Summons an indestructible, uncontrollable, Fusionette pet whose only goal is to aggro the entire map.
Vitae: Chain-reaction self-destruct.
Omega: Eliminates breathing, as a tease for those Underwater/Space Zones coming SOON(tm).
or, slightly more seriously:
Hybrid: Enhances Travel Powers (Super Speed adds a vertical component, Teleport adds hover, Super Jump adds stealth, and Flight's cap is raised) and removes Travel Suppression for Incarnate content.
Genesis: Adds Power Slots that can only be enhanced with new Incarnate Recipes (crafted by 1,321 new types of Incarnate Salvage).
Mind: Single-target powers transformed to Targetted AoE or PBAoE Powers.
Vitae: Life- or Endurance-stealing procs added to all attack Powers.
Omega: Boosts previous Incarnate Power effectivity. -
Happy to bring my Level 50 Scrapper Comfy Chair.

Quote:This above--but in a tree control that would expand to show the names of the Powers/IOs contributing each bonus. It would be nice if they put it in a separate tab or something. It could then even be organized a little better, so I don't have to scan the whole list to see if I have more than 5 of the same bonus name.
Something like:
Moderate Damage Bonus: x2
Small Smash/Lethal Defense Bonus: x1
and so on... -
Something seems off about the Trick/Treat ratio (at least in my experience).
I had 15 Tricks before I got my first Treat.
I was well into my 20th door before I got my first costume.
I donned the costume but still didn't receive a Tip mission until an hour had passed. I quickly ran the mission and then continued, still in costume, to Trick or Treat.
My second Tip dropped 1.5 hours later. I ran that mission and then continued, still in costume, to Trick or Treat.
I gave up after another half-hour of futile door knocking.
Perhaps the Tip could drop from a Trick-spawned mission as well to lessen the grind? -

Quote:Yes. We killed the Guardian when it appeared....but in ur case did you all leave the lord winter and take out the winter guard things as when they around the winter lord is phased out so no damage can be done. they seem to apper at 75% 50% 25% health of the winter lord
After the fail, several of us logged into Defender/Controller alts and we tried again. This time we felled the Winter Lord without any difficulty. -

All radio missions run in PI using my Level 50 Scrapper. I did receive a total of 2 Recipes, 1 Enhancement, and 1 Salvage for completing the missions listed below.
The first mission had 26 bosses. After seeing the drop rate, I was too lazy to manually count anything else. I'll download the parser tool and run some more tests tomorrow.

Tired of joining teams in the middle of a mission and receiving no mission reward at completion because "you were not on the mission long enough"?
Instead of all or nothing, I propose that the mission experience, influence/infamy, and prestige be prorated based on the percentage of time spent. -
Gravity Armor: Enemies are automatically pulled toward you.
Illusion Armor: Mirror Image copies that absorb damage.
Teleport Assault: Think Nightcrawler in X2. -

Thorn Casters using the power isn't the problem, imo, it's that the power remains after the villain that summoned it is defeated.

Precisely.
