while yes it would be more helpful when teaming together i still say and i do believe the devs once said tht they wont change the fact tht we cant trade things across. this is why:
villain hates hero
hero hates villain.
at the end of the day were teaming to fight a comman enemy. we still hate eachother un the less.
also if we start trading insips ppl will ask for more like sal and then tht breaks the ww/ah cos some things one side cost more another.
this is still a vill v hero game. if we start trading with eachother then its stops being good v bad.
thts imo anyway

Does the "Enhancements have no effect" challenge also remove any set bonuses from your character for the duration of the challenge?
If yes, does it also remove set bonuses from Purples? I'm asking seperately abotu these, as they usually persist through exemplaring and the like. -

Which brings to me the idea of making an ice-based demonology MM primary just to be original. 3 Hordelings, 2 Hellfrosts, 1 Blade Prince. Toss in some Ice Blast powers. <.< -
Stne Melee will work - the Stone Melee animation time adjustements happened (partially?) because BAB was fiddling with the animations to create one-handed versions to be used with Shields.

An option to convert a normal-only costume slot into another uniform-only costume slot is a popular suggestion, though.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem or if it's just me: The Location AoE targeting thing is extremely difficult to see in the middle of the chaos in larger teams. Sometimes I end up missing my Lightning Rod because I have no idea where the targeter actually is. Would love to see it get a more visible visual effect, or an option for a more visible in-game mouse cursor.

Well, you know, of course, that you can rely on having my Brute there. The Colonel is always up for bashing tech-oriented factions for the chance of getting some loot, even if it means teaming up with Heroes.

1) It's supposed to proc off each foe. It's currently bugged, and slotting procs in it will dramatically reduce CI's chance to actually bounce (to the chance of the proc, coincidentally)

The usefulness of sapping is debated often enough so let's not get into that here.
I still say the returns from slotting EndMod into the regular attacks is not worth the return even for a sapper build though. -

For the record, let's use the term "convincing" instead of "realistic" to avoid pointless nit-picking.

On that topic, I wonder if KO Blow and Seismic Smash, when Scrappers (and Stalkers?) get those, will follow the Total Focus example (currently on Stalkers) of only a 30% crit damage boost, as the base damage is the same for all three.
That, and ET not getting any damage bonus from crits.
The thought of double-Raged (however much longer that lasts) KO Blow dealing double damage on a crit sounds beyond scary. -
Slot it in Short Circuit and Power Sink, don't bother with the rest.

I think I recall it being discussed that Dark Blasters would be slightly overpowered because of mitigation in the form of -def and a self heal and a cone immobilize, etc...
...but then Sonic Blasters can already perma-sleep an entire spawn, any Blaster can get Aid Self anyway which doesn't require a ToHit check, and other blast sets have mitigation effects already.
Thing is, does Dark have a third single target blast? I don't think it does... And, well, everyone knows how popular lolElectric Blast is. Still, Dark powersets are utility-focused, which might still be more popular than Endurance Dran... -

My experiences with Positron are limited to my Elec/Elec Brute who could probably solo him with Brawl on auto.
However, the Arachnoid EBs are... horrible. Terrible. Toxic damage, slows, godly regeneration rates... WHY? -
