Colonel Blitzkrieger is (was) a 5th Columnist. <_<
-
[ QUOTE ]
If you think applying shields every 4 minutes is stressful, then stay away from /Rad (and /Dark, for that matter). Having you anchors killed is far more annoying than buffing a team.
[/ QUOTE ]^This, with the addition of /Storm. -
No it would not be a wise move. And you forgot an important difference: Shockwave does not debuff Resistance. Also, Howl does like one third more damage, as well.
-
I'd prefer to get it fixed rather than turn it off completely.
-
Throw in the Lich robes and you've got a deal.
-
I've had this with other powers as well, but so far only in large teams so I can't figure out what powers these may be.
Heat Exhaustion's visual effect shows up broken on my computer. Instead of any expected fiery effects I get some bizarre opaque giant egg around my character: Like this.
Anyone ever had anything like this, or know how to fix it? -
I was hoping the one Raid I get the Badge on would be special in some way. It was special.
-
How much +rech from set bonuses would you need for perma-hasten? I can never understand the guides out there because I can't tell if they added the 70% from Hasten itself there or not.
-
While I couldn't possibly be sure what the case was here, I'll just bring up the fact that health gained from +MaxHP buffs that is lost by taking damage does not count towards damage taken badges.
-
Is this affecting a character with a skirt, by chance?
-
Somewhere out there, in a secret hi-tech base, a figure holds a black envelope in his gauntlet-clad hand. After eyeing it curiously for a moment, Colonel Blitzkrieger steps into the light and opens it to read the contents.
Hmm. Some manner of get-together, is it? I do wonder how they intend to keep it civil.
Sitting down in one of the chairs surrounding the large table in the central briefing room, he glances down. No weapons allowed. Surely the Corporation had heard of him, and would know that he does not show himself outside of his electric power armor. They would certainly understand this.
He had taken a short leave of absence from the Isles recently, though. And reputation is fleeting in the Isles - gone for a month, nobody remembers you. Still, this would seem like the perfect opportunity for him to make new contacts. If the thing turned out to be a trap or simply delved into uncontrolled chaos as most such things do, he should be fine. He didn't get to where he is by being incompetent in unexpected situations.
He goes to get a pen and paper to write his reply.
"I am delighted to be attending this event.
Please expect my arrival at 7:15 PM, or thereabouts.
Please be aware of my special circumstances, detailed below:
As I am sure you are quite aware, I use an electric battlesuit for my work, and would be extremely unlikely to be able to attend without it. I will, of course, leave the gauntlets behind, so you may consider me to be unarmed.
I fully understand that weapons and hostility are most unwelcome and will treat my hosts and fellow guests with the respect and dignity they deserve."
He calls for Morden and orders him to deliver the reply. Sitting back in the chair, he wonders if any good could possibly come from this. From what he had heard of the Corporation, they should at the very least be able to keep out all the mindless brutes or megalomaniacal psychos that the Isles seem to be full of.
At the very least, it would break the monotony of life on the Isles for at least that night. -
The Cyborg costume set semi-officially uses the ExoProto chest, apparently.
-
City of Heroes does not have different beginning missions for different Archetypes.
-
What? If the damage cap is 300%, wouldn't 200% damage bonus put you at the cap? Since base damage is 100%, you know.
-
I like showy toggles as long as they make sense. Bright red electricity is great, icecubes surrounding you are great. I don't understand why being impervious (read: highly resistant) to bullets would make you shine like a streetlight though.
So I RP my Invulnerability/Super Strength Tanker as Sonic Aura/Sonic Melee. Problem solved. -
Wait, so why do Normal body type Banes/Crabs move their heads just fine? I thought you mentioned somewhere that Crab/Bane mobs used the normal body type. Mobs also have the biceps plates, which Huge players do not have.
-
I used it right before leveling on a fresh character in a team and I got resurrected just fine by the levelup.
-
The office belt did seem to vanish at some point after the little costume creator update thing.
-
It really is rather rubbish as an attack, too. 10 second activation time, not interruptible so you'll just end up looking stupid when the mobs get killed within those 10 seconds anyway/you get killed before you manage to blow up/the damage fails to kill them. And a huge recharge.
-
And I'm not even talking about the biceps plates here.
Ever since i12 first came out, Huge type Bane/Crab armor wearing VEATs have been unable to rotate their heads. The head is stiffly fixed to the torso. This is especially evident when standing a normal and huge VEAT next to each other and comparing their Idle animations.
Well, okay, it didn't bug me that much in the beginning, though some animations - including the combat stance - looked pretty awkward.
However, I just bought the cyborg pack, and the Auras are horribly misaligned with the head. Or, to be specific, it's the head that's misaligned: The Auras appear out of the lower side of the helmet because the Auras are fixed to a certain position on the character model, which results in the auras coming out of the lower side of the helmet, not the middle.
It looks pretty damn ugly. Truthfully, the thought of putting the HUD on my Crab Spider was one of the main reasons I decided to get the pack in the first place, but it'd look horrible.
Can we get the Huge Bane/Crab heads fixed? -
So tempted to roll a character with a Predator concept. So I can activate Self Destruct and go BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA ominously as the hero runs away from me in slow motion before the movie ends.
Sadly this costume pack does not seem to provide fleshy dreadlocks. -
So... Can VEATs use the HUD Aura with helmeted uniforms?
-
Well, I hang out in melee anyway as it is. So the PBAoE versus ranged AoE thing doesn't seem to matter much.
So it's more of a matter of opinion rather than a hard fact that AoE Holds are so-so?
