What? If the damage cap is 300%, wouldn't 200% damage bonus put you at the cap? Since base damage is 100%, you know.
what do you mean exactly? The damage bonus is cap at 300% so why cap damages at 200% more precisely?

From what I've gathered...
Col Blitz is talking about 100% + 200% = 300%.
I think Titan is talking about 100% + Domination = 200%.

The 100% base damage is classed as 0% on combat attributes, it's not factored in. So, 300% damage cap is 400% really. If it is not doing anymore damage after 200% there is definitely a bug.

If the_rent says right abour the 100%base damage as classed as 0% on combat attributes, then it's a serious bug downing effectivness of a dominator DPS. Anyone can verify it but after 200% there are NO MORE damages added !!!

Did you remember to include slotted enhancements in your calculations?
I really should do something about this signature.
Dominator damage cap is 400%.
Dominator damage buff cap is 300%.
With SO slotting it is 100% base damage + ~95% enhancements + ~205% damage buffs for the damage cap.
The additional available ~95% damage buff to reach the damage buff cap are only useful as a buffer against damage debuffs ( e.g. Tsoo with Siphon Power).
Just logged in a dom and chugged a load of red insps. Damage bonus in the combat window showed as 300%

While playing my dominator and following the bonus damage, i found out a damn BUG that is a conspiration from the dev against the dominators !!!! The damage cap of a dominator is 300% but effectiveness of damage bonus is at about 200%, it means that from 200 to 300% the damages inflicted are keeping always the same value !!!! Thanks again for such bug that is one more clue of the dev careless of vilains AT !!!
