As stated on Champion Players' Facebook, TFTuesday will be back the second week o' November.
  4. I can't really comment on Inferno, but I did similarly for Time's Juncture on my Elec/Time. Except where you Pacing x2, I only did the -rech proc and added Deflated Ego -recov proc to go with Elec.

As for its effectiveness, its alright. Nothin' to write home about. Might be better off with just more endurance reduction, honestly. Then again, I'm goin' Cardiac and that should pretty much clear most things up.

They won't. Only one event active per zone, and thank you for mentionin' this.

As for helpin', I'm game if possible. Whenever the OP settles on a date and time, I'll put it up in the ChampioNexus MotD, Champion Events Calendar, and on the Champion Players Facebook page to get the word out.

    The future sets

Light powersets, if the Carnival o' War is any indication. Considerin' Galaxy Girl is an established character in the game with said powers, I'm surprised it hasn't come out previously. They'll probably be a wash o' Energy Manipulation/Melee/Attack, sort o' how Energy Aura got the Electric Armor treatment, but with less stuns and KB and more blind/ToHit debuffs and maybe some semi-solid objects.

For Masterminds, I could see a Clone powerset. They've touched on some clone stuff in some previous storyarcs, and with Neuron's Army of Neu and Trapdoor's Bifurcation ability, and maybe if you [spoiler] your clone, you'll unlock it. I don't think they would literally be full powered clones, but Lts to your boss level status. Perhaps the tier 9 could temporarily merge all your active clones into you and you get a pseudo-level boost.

Those are really the only two that spring to mind immediately, but I'm sure if I had to, I could come up with a humorous one, like the ubiquitous Carp Melee to slap enemies around with a fresh trout.

(Edit: To explain, the movement buff means you will be zipping through missions. Your ST damage means you will be killing things quickly. Your high defense means that you can attack the guys surrounding a hostage and then bring the hostage wherever you want them to be while ignoring anyone attacking you as you escort them so you don't have to waste time clearing the path. I am in a regular duo with my spouse where we both play banes and do our 5 morality missions together a night. The banes are just hell-on-wheels and perfect for this. Wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am and we are done for the night and can expect our LoTG or Miracle or whatever in 4 days with minimal time invested.)

See build below for an example (not claiming it is the greatest or anything) of a character who just hits hard. I even stayed in concept with just the mace (except for surveillance which I think is also in concept) and no guns or pets or whatever. You could certainly add these if you wanted to.

With the toggles and alpha slot, you do 455 with shatter, 451 with shatter armor, 352 with pulverize, 351 with aoe crowd control. And this is NOT INCLUDING executioner strikes from hide or placate, and extra damage from build up or surveillance or shatter armor. You hit HARD and still have team buffs galore. Seriously, I often find myself one-shotting things with just pulverize, and that is not even a top tier attack for the character. Elite bosses are a joke, and you can handle several of them at once at +4 difficulty solo.

I think AOE characters are great, but it is my honest opinion that many other different AT types AOE better than crabs and/or huntsmen or other arachnos types. Banes are nice in that they absolutely rule ST damage, and are up there with the best scrappers/stalkers in that regard, but still provide amazing team buffs. I have a hunstman, but to be honest I have so many other characters that AOE better and are about the same survivability-wise, that I can't bring myself to play it much.

I think all of the Arachnos choices are nice, by the way. I am just providing some motivation for Banes if people wanted to play one.

I rolled Bane for conceptual reasons, but all these reasons above are extremely good ones. Additionally, if you go Crab, you can't go back in terms o' the legs, which also pushed me away from it. I don't like havin' options locked in, personally.

Honestly, if I didn't have to contend with the legs, I would just have a second build for Crab so that when I wanted to dish out the AoE damage, I could. Or when I wanted to go ST, I could do that too.

That's what's great about the SoA VEATs. You have those options available to you.
  11. I went to the HeroCons, but I had more notice than this. So, unfortunately, I won't be able to attend.

G'luck and have fun, all the same.
  12. And if you toggle it on and off in Mids, it doesn't change your regen and recov values in Totals.

As for the OP, yes, I believe you can. I'm just not familiar enough with it to give sound advice. If you do figure it out, please post so I would be able to do the same to my version o' Mids.
  13. I took Bash, Pulverize, Shatter, and then Shatter Armor from Black Scorpion's Patron Mace Mastery (no redraw) for melee attacks. For ranged, I went Mace Beam and Mace Blast (also no redraw). While primarily melee oriented, it still allows me a few options if/when I can't reach the target.

Edit: Yeah, avoid the SoA for Banes, at least that's what I did.

  15. Fire/Time is pretty FotM, and an effective one at that, as Swifty mentioned.

I went Elec/Time personally for pseudo-conceptual reasons as Short Circuit and Ball Lightning are fun times with Scourge.

You really can't go wrong with either, but Fire/Time would probably come out on top for a solid choice for AoEs.

If you're goin' for single target, Ice/Time is great for slow and hold synergy.
