This seems to be the case for me as well. The longer I play, the more likely I end up crashing.
  2. For me it's command control. I would like to have MORE control over my pets, some efficancy, better micro-management. Stay means stay, hold that position and attack ONLY from range, focus on buff/debuffs/healing. Namely, more versatility. Too many times the pets I want to attack from range go into melee, and the ones I'd like in melee attack from range. The ability apply tactics to which pets use what type powers is what I'm looking for.

I'd like to see new commands something like:

    Attack: Melee
    Attack: Range
    Buff/Debuff/Heal Commands

Oh, and for pets to NOT run FOR MILES when they take damage from.... Caltrops. It's stupid.
  3. I guess it depends on what happens to the server population of my server. (Virtue.) If I notice a large increase I might move to the V.I.P. server merely to mitigate lag, if that occurs. I'm somewhat skeptical that the devs new hardware tech is going to solve that problem, but I'll cross that road when I reach it I suppose. For now I'm staying put.
  4. Neuron is the Praetorian Hugh Hefner.
  5. Nabbed a Hecatomb recipe in a single +0/x8, w/ Bosses Battle Maiden map run on my Claws/SR scrapper. Hard to say whether or not fighting boss level critter helps or hurts.

    What if they're Voltronic ninja?

    Redside Power

Not on Virtue as far as I can tell. Granted it will always be more populated blueside, but I can certainly find teams redside.
  8. Luongo in net and Mike Milbury in broadcast booth for the Stanley Cup Finals....

...It is really, really hard being an Islander fan.

Sorry, I generally like to avoid the scary clowns who offer me ballons and to team in sewer map missions.
  10. The last thing I need in City of Heroes is people walking around looking like this:

No. NO. I like my extra recharge. I like my extra mobility and not having to take a travel power. Sprint + Swift + Quickness + Ninja Run allows me to get around easy. With style.

    Ascension Armor

Time to start leveling my valkyrie....
  13. I've found that Elude is a nice power to have in incarnate trials where at times the softcap can be bypassed by enemies. I would only one slot it, but it's a place to mule a +7.5% LoTG IO.
  14. "When Anti-Matter reaches certain health thresholds, he locally freezes time and space and retreats to a generator. When he reaches the generator, the freeze breaks, but he begins healing rapidly as he channels energy out of the reactors and through his body. The healing can be interrupted by destroying the four terminals at the base of the generator--or if he fully recovers."

Dammit, I wanted to stop the flow of time!
  15. So that's how you climb out of an economic recession. Someone call Obama.
  16. No Waldorf and Statler as Professor X and Magneto?
  17. I thought Pocket D was a cool place. I was very, very naive back then.

And my friends tend to be logging off for the day within about an hour of when I get done with work.)
I have a lot more time to play now, with a job and an apartment of my own. When I started playing, I was still in college. Put it this way, I was still new to the game and in that time you didn't earn xp when you exemplar down. So back then there wasn't any point to team at lower lvls, unless it was for Strike Forces. I say Strike Forces because at that time I oddly only played redside, which no matter what server is populated less than blueside.

So yes, I wasn't playing CoX the "right" way. But granted so do a lot of players do still. I've no problems finding teams now.
  19. It's that line between finding other people to game with on a frequent basis; versus server stability and lag. I started playing this game on Victory server, unable to find teams for what I would a consistent basis, even after joining channels. So I took full advantage of the free server transfers a while back, and moved to Virtue and it's been the best decision I've made when it came to my gaming experience. Again, thank you Virtue server.

With the Praetorian event coming up this week I made a toon on Freedom server in preparation for the event. Immediately I experienced lag as soon as I hit Atlas. Whatever the devs have in mind for the event, I don't expect it to work honestly. So I hope whatever technology they plan to employ to make events work better for players will work. Since I don't expect it work and the possiblity of not being home that weekend, hopefully server performance will improve.
  20. If you aren't breaking scouters, then you aren't playing the game right IMO.

  21. I've seen a good Force Field Defender or maybe it was a Controller, virturally pin mobs down into corners with Force Bubble, turning battles into turkey shoots, where they we're pinned down and we rarely were hit.

I'd agree with enough incarnates on a iTrial the Destiny powers probably would replace the need for bubblers, but on normal teams of 8, I'd want a bubbler at any level.
