Lack of purples and incarnate shard drops is the big issue for me right now.
Once I've got to the point where shard drops are less of an issue, I'll be in the MA building again checking out arcs. -
<_<
I6 for me, though to be fair insps and temps were use, rapidly dropping to insps only.
Hey, I was TIRED of the scrappers are useless rants after ED. -
Can't speak for anyone else, but by tomorrow night I will have the alpha slot unlocked on every 50 of mine.
Only 1 has anything IN it right now, but I wanted each of them to be able to get shards etc whenever I run late games TFs. -
You do get the new Morality mission.
It is possible to get the 2nd one to drop after getting the 1st, so you can choose which one to run. -
I haven't tried to do it since the Ultra mode came along, but I believe it is dropping the particle physics section down to a lower level.
I seem to recall it used to be a seperate slider with a maximum number of objects. -
You realise you can remove the objects that stay around by adjusting your graphics settings?

Random stuff is random is my #1 thought
I know I haven't run enough stuff to get even a feel for the current rate.
As for the prices dropping, people are out there running their 50s through non-AE content, defeating lots of foes.
This leads to more drops, and hence greater supply. -
4 is absolutely fine for most non-tanks (unless in PVP)
-
Upgraded all 4 household accounts to 12+2
Thanks for running this promotion again. -
Awesome. I will endeavour to be there for most of them

So far solo
Claws/regen scrapper
Fire/fire tank
Ice/storm troller
necro/dark MM
Teamed
son/son defender - may try it in flashback and see what she can do solo. -
I ran 5 tips missions yesterday. I didn't notice any obvious tip drop changes.
Random stuff is random is the most likely cause with this dataum. -
Thank you Fulmens and 23X.
My little personal SG base has the fund to grow a little more. -
The arc is soloable, but rough to do so for some builds
Shards drop from any level 50 or higher mobs.
Everything in the alpha slot currently released can be achieved solo, though it will be slower than doing the level 50 TFs. -
AR is a great team based AOE dealer of defeats and destruction.
It just doesn't pair that well with devices. (though I also have an AR/Dev at 50, who most recently soloed Crimson's arc using Bean Bag a whole lot for the ranged stun on key critters) -
Just after inventions came in, I noted this behavior.
It works like this in all the click TP powers (recall, the various Kheldian ones etc)
I always put it down as the anti-stacking code. Shruged it off and never slotted it again. -
I'm a little late here, so as the factual stuff has been covered
1) I personally prefer the way it works redside, I like the arc better it is also faster to run.
2) I start IO'ing out somewhere in the teens. Frankenslotting for extra boosts. I have builds which are essentially complete (apart from the later slots) at 33, and others which are level 50 builds. -
The normal way that the crafting doesn't count is that you have for example all the 35's needed, and you craft further 35s.
(each split level badge requires half of each level).
From your description it sounds like you had that covered, but double check to be sure.
One other issue I have had from time to time is the bar in the GUI not moving when crafting quickly. Pause a second or so between each crafting to avoid this.
The badge would award correctly, but the GUI was bugged. -
Quote:I fully understand that, was just citing an example from non-AE bosses.Look at your combat logs.
A Critical, IIRC, is counting as two "hits" of damage, even though it's one attack. Say you have 1000 HP. NPC's normal attack does 800, crit does 400 (just making numbers up.) From full health, that will kill you - because it's not seen as one "shot."
Similarly, an attack with multiple damage types (the Rikti sword lethal/energy combo, for instance) will count as two "shots" even though it's one attack, and will kill you if the totals are high enough.
First time it happened to me, was pre-oneshot code anyway -
There are a couple of regular game bosses that have the ability to critical as well. (5th Council Martial artists memorably for me).
They can take a non-Sm/Le resistant scrapper down from full to nothing with one hit. -
Got my things back
(800 million inf and 2 purple recipes)
Thanks to the GM team for their efforts in this . -
Besides TonyV (let me geek out at meeting him!) and a few others locally at the M&G that was arranged, and the roomful at Dragoncon one year (most of whom I didn't actually get to really meet).
Within Global Heroics (on Triumph) we have had many out of game meet ups, most recently my wife and I were in Kansas city for other reasons, and hooked up with our little group of 3 players from there. I think part of this stemmed from the core of the group being very close (there was a huge bunch in Chicago area initially), plus a large active ventrillo group. When you talk with people 3-4 times/week for several yeasr, meeting them doesn't seem like a huge step.
Over new years, we are hosting two other group members, who will be visiting us and spending 3-4 days. Both have visited us before as well.
We have invitations to go to Vegas and upto Oregon and we will be taking those people up on in the not too distant future.

Oh and the guy who got me into COH was the best man at my wedding. Though I knew him before COH obviously...
