Good question.
You have to be a Rogue hunting Hero tips in Paragon or a Vigilante hunting Villain tips in the Isles to get the new tips to drop. This new tips are written to handle the types of choices a Rogue would make when moving towards a Hero Alignment, same with Vigs. If you're already a Villain you're not gonna get tips that deal with moving from Vig to Villain since you're already a villain.
I've only done 5 of the level 40 Rogue to Hero tips so far, but they are very entertaining.
The new tips missions are for those switching sides. Not for those us staying on the true paht. We are suppose to get some soon tm
You do get the new Morality mission.
It is possible to get the 2nd one to drop after getting the 1st, so you can choose which one to run.

The Hometown Hero alignment mission definitely makes me feel more like a villain than My Other Selves.

So where are there? I've been running villains in the 45-50 range and haven't seen a single new tip mission. It's getting old beating up Overdrive, Silent Blade, and Flambeaux. Not to mention that 3/4 of these missions are LB, LB and more LB. Are the new tips limited to a different level range?
