  1. You can create him now, and you will be able to switch when Going Rogue is live.

The co-ops kind of defeat the theme of this. Maybe I'll do a level 50 run at some point. That would cover the co-ops and all the hero/villain bashing ones.
  3. I'm going to play this like the devs.

I might consider doing that again some time. First, I'm going to do lots of other things that in no way imply that I'm still considering this idea.

  5. There was also the time when Triumph had a Brute loose in Peregrine Island. Once someone reported it, a very cool dev/GM showed up as Ghost Widow to retrieve him. She was immune to damage. I believe she said something like, "Lord Recluse is very displeased with you." before zapping him back to Mercy.

    Help with wegame

    Hmm...

    Not sure.

    Wait . . . 2 things:
    1. Are you sure you're using the correct hotkey? The WeGame client will record video AND take screenshots. Make sure you're using the right key.
    2. Check your in-game keybinds (Menu>Options>Keymapping) to make sure the key you are trying to use isn't used for something in-game.
  7. Boom De Yada!!!

Thanks for doing it again Ashcraft!

I totally would if most of the TFs weren't utterly boring.

Also, it would take 2-3 times as long. That's not very fun.

I think dropping Vengeance is a good suggestion. Also, I've dropped tier 1 or 2 with my Elec Melee Brute, so I'd think you could drop your tier 2 and be fine.

No, that's not what I meant at all. Reread what I quoted.

They really just need to allow the slider to affect random rolls. Basically, if you set it to level 10, anything you get that's available in that range would be level 10.

This would help in so many ways.

I think it's the way it is for a specific reason, but I could be wrong. I'd love to be wrong. The way it seems now is that the system is designed to require you to farm content to bank your merits for each and every specific piece you need. If you don't care about the level of it, then just random roll for it. As fast as people level with regular content, this thought process needs to be adjusted, and the slider needs to work all the time: for specifics and rolls.

Chaos was talking semantics. Leandro must have rolled a War Mace character to get the baseball bat.

To Leandro: Glad you're okay. Good job standing up for yourself.

You know what's funny? If they announce anything before beta starts, it will probably be something like this. It's needed, but it's completely minor in the grand scheme of things.

<Waits for Positron to announce this like it's important to the current player base.>

Heh, well, you weren't around for the LRSF. I got greedy and stayed on my Stalker. We had way too much melee to complete the last mission.

Everything was fun up to that point, though.

    Thanks again everyone!

It would've been too easy if we'd been at full strength anyway.
  20. Welcome one and all to Cath's day off! I finished a project that has been kicking my butt, and it's time to celebrate! The best part? I wanna party with YOU Triumph!

    So here's the plan:

Throughout today, I'm going to run all of the major villain-only Strike Forces. That's right!

6 Strike Forces to choose from!

Have you been holding off your Strike Force hunger because you don't want to form one?

    HUNGER NO MORE!!!

Today is your opportunity to experience the major tasks of the Rogue Isles! No sign-up sheets. No specific times. All you do is send this tell in-game to participate:

/t @Cath, Hey Cath! You're the best! What SF are you doing next? Is there room for me?

All you have to do is copy and paste! I'll keep a running list of participants as I get the tells. Serious inquiries only!

These Strike Forces will be pretty speedy when possible, so here's all of the Paragon Wiki guides to facilitate anyone unfamiliar with each one:

Virgil Tarikoss ("Cap") - 13 Merits - Guide **COMPLETE**

Silver Mantis - 42 Merits - Guide **COMPLETE**

Operative Renault - 24 Merits - Guide **COMPLETE**

Ice Mistral - 26 Merits - Guide **COMPLETE**

Barracuda - 30 Merits - Guide **COMPLETE** (No Brutes or Doms)

    Lord Recluse - 25 Merits - Guide
    **>_>**

    Let the extravaganza begin!!!

Ctrl+Tab is the default for closest enemy.
