  1. Judging from where Paragon City sits on the map, right near Warwick RI, I'd assume that most Paragon City citizens are fans of the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, and New England Patriots.
  2. I would really like the remaining NPC LOGOS as chest pieces. Most specifically...

Hero Corps: They're supposed to be omnipresent, why not let us join? We can already get the Freedom Corps logo.

Hellions: ... We can already summon demons, we can murder heroes, we can destroy school and medical supplies, and we can make Flambeaux cry. Just let us have the demonic symbol already.

Warriors Jacket: Warriors wouldn't work as a chest piece because none of them wear it there, but a variant jacket with the Warriors logo on the BACK would be appreciated.

Skulls Jacket: I'm pretty sure we've already got the Skulls logo as a chest piece, but I'd like a jacket that has that on the back.

Syndicate Jacket: Syndicate Jacket please. With the logo.

Yes, these are signature to a group, however, I believe the existence of Costume Codes and Halloween Costumes shows that looking too close to an enemy type isn't really an issue in the game. And the Veteran Reward 30 month badge suggests that we are allowed/encouraged to make our characters part of enemy groups. If it was too big an issue we wouldn't have VEATs.
  3. [*] Quick/assisted respec. Something like, if you had Flares slotted with six pieces of Devestation at the start of the respec and you still have the power six slotted at the end of the respec, the enhancements would remain slotted. Button on each power to move slotted enhancements to the Unplaced bin. Same treatment for power trays.

Sure, seems like a good idea.
[*] Be able to coalition between hero and villain sg's (mainly to make rogue/vig task forces easier).

    /Signed, so very, very signed
[*] OR let supergroups get opposite side teleport beacons.

Meh. Could work, but it'd make sense to just split the bases.
[*] Augustine TF; promote the ArchMages to AV status.

    AVs in TFs are good
[*] Customize colors (or better yet, just turn off) for power pools.[*] Customize colors (or better yet, just turn off) for inherents (freaking sprint!)[*] Customize colors (or better yet, just turn off) for melee sets like ss, ma, etc.

    Custom Colors are always desirable
[*] Add ability to invite people to an o-zone arc once its started; just make it so that people who join part way do not get badges/merits.

If it could work, I say yes.
[*] Be able to edit player notes by left clicked on someones name in a global channel member list.
    Useful!
[*] Be able to auto drop tutorial contacts.
It's the TUTORIAL. If you don't want to do it, don't do it.
[*] Be able to auto complete grey arcs.
    Good idea
[*] Be able to kick people who have dc'ed / logged from a task force.

    PLEASE
[*] Be able to regain team leadership on a task force if you crash/dc.

    Also please!
[*] Sewer Trial; make it so someone can not accidently/purposely grief the trial by grabbing all the particle cannons then logging of.

Never done it, so no comment.
[*] "Fix" Eden Trial so anyone can start it.

[*] Axe/mace and energy armor for scrappers.

Yes to Axe/Mace. Energy Armor needs a fix first.
[*] Using fallout on a teammate shouldn't cause you to lose target; this was "broken" recently.

    [*] Add some EB's / AV's to morality/tip missions.

ABSOLUTELY! I want to be able to beat on EBs all the time. Also, my future selves should not be /that/ much weaker than me.
[*] Rogues/vigs get blank badge place holders for the newly opened task forces they haven't run.

I really don't see a need for this.
[*] Auction options remain after you log (autocomplete setting, etc). And perm shut off of usefull salvage warningÂ…

I see no need for the former. The latter is a good idea though.
[*] Add "date added" information to auction listings.

    VERY useful.
[*] Allow more storage bins in superbases.

We've got plenty. You're hoarding, aren't you? That's what causes inflation.
[*] Auto dropping of tutorial contacts (AE, Crafting, etc)

Just do the tutorials. They're easy and give rewards.
[*] Add inspiration nurses to blue/red side hospitals like Petoria got.

Yes. And give them all the same name and make her identical. And pink hair.
[*] Place holders for all day job locations, even ones you haven't started yet.

I really don't see a need for this.
[*] List received exploration badges in alphabetical order.

Yes. Very yes. They're a pain to find.
[*] O-Zone no longer interupts base tp / pocket d tp. That, or massively cut the activation time for those two powersÂ…

I'm... not sure I understand this request.
[*] Smiley face chest emblem. Cape as well.

    Yes.
[*] Be able to sginvite by left clicking on someones name in a tell.

If they're not with you, they probably don't need an SG Invite.
[*] Augustine TF; Seriously, promote the ArchMages to AV status.

    ....
[*] Rework Paladin construction site. Give a merit for defeat, turn defender mobs into a threat; have them con even to any level of hero like Rikti Invasion mobs.

    Oh, that'd be fun.
[*] Allow multiple self buff powers on auto (hasten + practiced brawler!)

    I need this. Absolutely.
[*] Give pc's ragdoll physics on death.

    Meh.
[*] Don't let Carnies phase while mezzed.

    Meh.
    [*] Nemesis staff power set.

    ...No.
    [*] Whip power set.

    Yes.
    [*] Sword chucks, yo.

How would you avoid cutting your own arms off?
[*] Staff/pole arm power set (spear, halbred, naginata, etc)

    PLEEEAAASE
[*] Allowed Carnie Fencer's sword to be unlocked for db/broadsword.

    Sure
[*] Bodies in mission won't despawn.

What? No! There'd be bodies EVERYWHERE.
[*] Metallic capes.[*] Metallic masques for masques w/ hair.

    Sure
    [*] Kilts for chicks.

    Don't see why not.
[*] Harlequin Fencer's sword for dual blade / broadsword.

    You said that.
[*] Back or waist quiver for bow users.

    We all want quivers.
[*] Tone down paragon protector's mog.

Why? Are you a little girl? Are they too hard for you?
[*] DE emittor droppers; make it interuptable, even if it's a short duration. No more kb'ed mezzed guys dropping cairns.

Why? Are you a little girl? Are they too hard for you?
[*] Fix bug in the way player notes are saved; if you enter player notes on a character and then that character is deleted, the notes will remain/transfer to any new person who makes a character with that name.

    ...Has this been problematic?
[*] Put an auction house in every zone in Petoria.

Imperial City's not far. Are your legs broken?
[*] Add AE to Pocket D.

    That'd be nice.
[*] Untaken exploration badges / history plaques appear on your map when you're "close" to them. That, or blink/glow visually.

    That would be useful.
[*] Rename all DO and SO's. Seriously. No one cares that tech/sci taunts are called photonic capacitor. It wasn't cute when the game came out and it's not cute now. It only makes it harder to find the DO/SO that you want to buy and pisses off the player.

    That's why they're color coded.
[*] Access to Safeguard/Mayhem missions via o-zone (for the accolade!).

Too easy. Make 'em work for it.
[*] Eliminate exploration/history plaque requirements from accolades.

    Why?
[*] Remove pvp zone requirements from villain accolades.

    That'd be nice.
[*] Remove ghost trapping requirement from villain accolades.

I ain't afraid of no ghosts.
[*] Revise x-mas present inspirations; since you can "cheat" to find out what they do not via right click, let it so you can easily tell them apart visually.

Better idea. Remove the ability to cheat.
[*] Contact: Percey Winkler. Make his annoying Origins arc chain missions.

Or just shoot him in the face.
[*] Task force: Augustine the Jerk. Stop me if you've heard this one; upgrade the Archmages to AV status.

    Stop.

[*] Task force: Faathim the Jerk; give the Jerk a cell phone.

You'll have to find one big enough.
[*] Rework Lusca to match time vs. rewards.

You know, I've still never taken Lusca down.
[*] Be able to remove the "fur" liner from the magic costume pieces (so you can use more hair options that would otherwise clip w/ the fur)

    Also, Baron coat for ladies.
  4. I feel like Clones is unnecesarry, and we just need total Mastermind Pet Customization. Then we can just make our pets look like us, and any of the Mastermind primaries will do fine.
  5. I could see myself using a day job that gave me, say, +1 Villain Fame every 2 days. And the Crucible could use a day job power. Really, we could use more day jobs in general. We haven't gotten any new ones since they were released, and I've already got them all on my main.
  6. I'd like some voices, especially the following additional options...
    -Boy
    -Girl
    -Robot
    -Feline
    -Canine/Monstrous
    -None

Silly Lemur Lad, the devs refuse to acknowledge that bases exist.
  8. **hands out bumper stickers ***

  9. I'm sure I'm not the first to say this, but you have way too much time on your hands. Most of us don't even play the game every night (Save for the market part)
  10. Isn't that the main point of the supergroup?

    Nurse Julia

Put a nurse in every hospital. Make it the SAME nurse in every hospital. Give her brightly colored hair.

So if you really, really wanted to work on our base... and you have a spare billion inf... you could.

Edit: The base is large and the work has just started, but there's already bearer bonds with coins for paperweights under the stairs. *snf* it's beautiful.

Yeah, I am... wealthy, but with my total assets at about 3 billion right now, I'm not really rich enough to be able to join. But I'd very much like the opportunity to see the base once it starts getting constructed.
  13. I honestly don't see the issue with purples. I consider myself a semi-casual player, and I RP and work on my base as much as I actually play the game, and I've got two characters with all the purples they want and over 2 billion infamy to do other things. I've only been playing the game about two years. I farm, yes, but I've gotten many purples as random drops. Being able to set my difficulty on x8 helps a lot, as both my mains can solo most enemy groups in those numbers.

PVP IOs, on the other hand, I do believe is a problem. Why's this? Because despite being only available in PVP, they are easily some of the best IOs in PVE. While purples can be obtained through normal play, PVP IOs couldn't, until this most recent issue. But lets take a look at what the PVP IOs cost. To buy them with Alignment Merits, they require between 25 and 35. Contrast with LotG +Rech costing 2... But really, assuming you're getting that through Conversion rather than Tips, that's 1500 merits and 600,000,000 inf on average. 600 million is more than any purple sells for on the market, and 1500 is, well, it's a lot of merits.

I think the proof of PVP IOs not working as intended, though, is that some of them are selling off-market because they're worth more than the inf cap. The developers managed to put an item in the game that's worth is more than the game can calculate worths. While the ways to store and trade more than 2 billion exist, I cannot imagine that items in game selling for more than you can carry is intentional.

I'm not saying PVP IOs should be cheap, certainly, and I'm not saying they should be easy to get. What I'm saying is that if the most expensive PVP IOs are selling for upwards of 10x as much as the most expensive "Very Rare" IO, we have to assume that the supply is not as high as it was intended to be.
  14. This really depends on what you're looking for in the designed base. I suggest first putting together a list of what you want in the base, taking a tour of multiple bases, etc. There's a lot of different styles, and a lot of people have different desires in what they want to build. For example, I've always wanted to have a big enough room and enough prestige to make a three to five masted ship (the one in my base only has one mast). I saw one person build a stone castle, and I've seen everything from sushi bars to movie theaters to extended sewer bases to buddhist temples.

For a group like the Crazy 88's, I'd really suggest setting different rooms to different builders. It'll speed up the process and show that you really do have the most of everything.

That said, if you want to contact me via PM or find me in-game at @Daniel Stevens, I'd be happy to give a tour of my base so you can see the sort of things I've made and tell me if any of it's what you'd be interested in having in your base.
  15. There is ONE mission where I really, really wanted to take a third option, and that was the end of Tillman's arc. I wanted to kill the target. When my options were "give her to Mother" or "Let someone who regularly aids murderers go free," I really just wanted to shoot her in the face and be done with it. In the end, I gave her to Mother, because you can't tell me "I protected that girl and kept her hidden while she murdered people, but I'm totally not responsible for those murders even though I actively worked to keep the police from stopping her" and expect me to let you get away. That's the thing about the Black and Black morality... Even when I believe the enemies that my side is doing bad things, I still feel obligated to take down the enemies because they're doing horrible things, too.

That said... I see Lord Recluse as somewhere between Lex Luthor and Dr. Doom. Even people like The Joker recognize that these are the top dogs around, and other villains don't mess with them, and they work with them when the price is right. And this isn't a question of loyalty to their organization, but it's the simple factor that working with Arachnos is all upside. Luthor loves hiring mercenaries, and he doesn't have a reputation for betraying them at first convenience like, say, Magneto does. With Archnos, like with Luthor, you know where you stand: As long as they're getting their money's worth, you're gonna be fine. And what's your last real task in the Rogue Isles? It's not "Become Lord Recluse's best friend." It's "Show Lord Recluse that you can't be treated like an underling anymore." Consider this line from the end of Black Scorpion's patron arc.

"Through your long struggle you have become a true villain, wielding power over all and beholden to none. Go now, and work your terrors upon the Earth!"

This says to me that your goal has ALWAYS been to be out for yourself. And come to think of it, you can go through the entirety of the Rogue Islands fairy easily without doing a SINGLE job for Arachnos. From the start you get the option of Kalinda OR BURKE, with Burke being a more Mercenary path. And in each zone, you choose your contacts. You can work for the Goldbrickers, the Sky Raiders, and the Family as you level, and probably others I'm forgetting.

Yeah, while the Rogue Islands clearly show that Arachnos is top dog and that the ultimate status symbol in the isles is being an Arachnos "Patron", it's pretty easy to go through the isles without working for Arachnos until Patron Power time.

So while I agree that Praetoria is very heavy in the forcing you to choose sides, I disagree that the Rogue Isles make you do so.

  20. I think the moderator killed the discussion. Let's get the ball rolling again!

Cole: Good Emperor, or best Emperor ever?

Also, I feel like we need a tag of some sort for signatures that says "Don't blame me, I voted for the Hamidon." For Resistance people to wear.
  21. Attention, Duelists! I really don't think Marcus Cole could pull off the skirt half as well as she does!
  22. There was a few lines after of characters responding to the head start, but that was how the show ended. The heroes counting down the five minutes and all the surviving villains running like hell.
