    I wish there was a option you can click on superspeed during missions like teleport at any targeted area and then watch your character zag pass enemies THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.
  6. I wish dev would make another type of martial arts set maybe a set style of one power set where you can change styles kinda like duel pistol. But I would love to see MA for brutes though.
  7. Ok, I'm not the only one to notice that the generic martial arts power set the DEV is ok. It really stinks that it only does smashing damage for the most. After seeing Kinetic Melee look so much similar to TaijiQuan (TaiChi) I was wondering why can't martial arts look that flashy. After seeing Dual-Pistol I think it is very easy to make martial arts look more artsy, and fantasy looking. I understand we have the new customization for martial arts it was ummm....Meh! I would like to see faster animation for martial arts make the kicks look snapping quick, this is a comic book game. I would love to see a flurry of Kicks add to MA, or how about making a brute version of martial arts make it total different from the scrapper and stalker version. It seems because this is a superhero comic game, martial arts isn't that superior in the states or the UK. In other Asiatic countries in there comics martial arts is superior as well as super strength, and psionic etc.. I could careless if martial arts is on top like said this is an Superhero game based on American style comes, but I wish Dev would make Martial arts a flashy, artsy, or fantasy fell to it.

    MA for Brutes

    Example:

    Storm kick - hit multiple enemies surrounding the player.

    crippling axe kick- causes a thunderous knockdown effect to all enemies in the area leaving a massive crack in the ground.

    How about giving us a Melee martial art weapon powerset with staffs, Tonfa, or Nunchuks so want to make a ninja turtle character HHALAOL!!!

    Thank you so much for your awesome feedback and thanks for the constructive criticism, like I said I was thinking more in line of role playing if a ninja was a dominator and didn't realize that this was way to overpowered, also I didn't add the damage all because I knew the damage would have to been implemented because it was dominator set I focused more on the control powers I guess I got lazy. I should have known adding a placate ability to a dominator set would have been frowned upon, BUT I didn't add any stalker damage input into it I was just thinking need to hide. Like I said before I was caught up into the role playing and total forgot about the power set damage input and output. Now, about the blow dart, keep this in mine this is Ninja Mysticism. So this ninja power is superhuman, so yeah I can envision a blow dart reaching that far. Just think Sega's Shinobi very superhuman. But I would love to see a ninja dominator set even if it means if the developers could revamped this power set idea, and there own ideas I would be so honored. I think they could fix this and make this a very interesting power set. We have, Ninjas for masterminds, and Ninjitsu for stalkers, why not for domination.
  10. it would be nice if men could have really long straight hair like the female builds, also I would like to see muscles on a woman character want to make a she-hulk type, and she is ripped in the comics, so I think they need to make HUGE for women, by giving them muscle tones instead of a bulky body like the men.
  11. I like the stalker powersets and all, but the one thing I don't understand is why doesn't stalkers have any long range power-set, like throwing daggers, assault rifles, or a hand guns. I know they sneak up and kill there enemies, but a real assassin or field operative that CIA would use in terms. Would at least have some type of long range tactic to take out its' target; wouldn't you think so!
  12. well I revised it a little bit I still think it would be unique and something new to see a melee DoT, I think if we add both smashing and DoT would make it a fun powerset.

    Similar to the Illusion control power sets “Phantom Army” being ghosts but with a more sinister look to them and all melee attacks ninja style. They would do zero damage but have a large taunt ability just the same.
    The devs could make it so a stalker could either unlock this “Decoy Summoning” power at a certain level or make it an inherent power for the AT.
    The Decoy power would have a 10 second recharge with only a ten second duration so they don’t always follow you around.

    I thought of this also, but I made a thread call ninja dominator. This set a made is all control power based off of ninja mysticism.
  14. Growing up I've always have been a fan of ninja mysticism, such as, the Kuji-kiri hand seals, magical scrolls, and the tale of valiant Jiraiya (Yeah, I know it sounds like naruto but it isn't). My brother-in-law brought this up wouldn't it be cool to have a ninja dominator set based off of ninja mysticim, so here goes nothing. Oh, and this powerset has nothing to do with Ninjitsu the stalker powerset. I was trying to create something totally different this is more like mystical ninjitsu I am shooting for the game like Shinobi from sega.
    Ninja Kuji-in/Ninja Scrolls

    You are a master of ancient shinobi mysticism. You can perform all kinds of strange feats by using your ninja magic that contains powerful enchantments that can control your enemies by using the elements such as fire, earth, and lightning. Create shadow phantoms to confuse, and petrify your enemies or escape out of danger by controlling and mastering time and space.

    Primary Dominator Power Set - Ninja
    Kuji-in

    Chi Drain - You harness the mystical skill of Pyo that allows you to control energy around you, while performing the Kuji-kiri hand seal you creates a temporary energy draining field that saps nearby enemies of some of their endurance causing them to move very slow, and a chance to put them to sleep.

    Mind Body entrapment - You harness the mystical skill of Rin that allows you to control the mind and body of your foes while performing the Kuji hand seals causing large targeted groups mind and body to freeze within radius of the shockwave.

    Shape-shifting sabotage - You harness the mystical skill of Toh while performing the Kuji seals your able to morph into a random nearby enemy that can cause confusion to large groups of enemies while under your spell you can attack a different target causing all of those under your influence to turn on their allies or nearby foes . [this power deactivates once you attack a nearby enemy.]

    Replacement - You harness the mystical skill of Kai that allows you to disappear, and placate a nearby enemy when you have taken damage you vanish into a cloud of smoke leaving a small cut piece of log that gives you superior Invisibility, and causes terror to all surrounding foes.

    Demon Illusion - You harness the mystical skill of Jin that allows you to create three illusionary hanaya phantoms that will attack all nearby enemies making them believe they are being attack by dreadful Ninja demons. The illusions is so convincing that the victim can fall from Demon Illusion. However, the damage is not real, and if the victim survives long enough, the illusion will fade and some of the wounds will heal.

    Sleeping bomb - You throw a powerful bomb of strong hibernating sleeping powder that knocks out all foes close or long range.

    Elemental Jutsu
    - You harness the mystical skill of Zai and you can control the elements of Fire, earth, and lightning. This power is auto, but you have three different toggles to change the power effects.

    • Fire - You perform a furious dragon fire breath attack that spreads in a cone shape radius. Your enemies runs in panic from being set on fire, this attack does minor D.O.T.
    • Earth - You call forth earth elements creating a miniature earthquake causing all enemies to fall down violently this attack causes minor smashing damage.
    • Lightning - You summon a lightning bolt from the heavens to strike any area you choose all those who are in range of your thunderous attack will be severely disoriented with high smashing damage.

    Petrifying Enlightenment
    - You harness the mystical skill of Zen your foes realize that you are a force to be reckon with, and are extremely frighten at your shear presence you radiate a powerful aura that petrifies all enemies in the targeted range this disabling them the ability to attack you for a period of time.

    Space-time barrier
    - you harness the mystical skill of Retsu you can control time and space around you. Any foe that steps inside your barrier time itself seems to freezes and will be held for a short period of time. All enemies will be reduced dramatically in recovery, to hit, recharge rate, also a slowing effect. Mastery of this power enables you and your allies, while in the barrier to avoid almost any attack, be it ranged, melee, or area effect.

    Secondary Dominator power set - Ninja Scroll Assault


    You contain ancient mystical Ninja spells that are written down on scrolls and are passed down from sensei to student you can harness very powerful ninjitsu magic that can control the five elements, while causing cause very high, and extreme damage.

    Kunai assault- You throw a barrage of sharp ninja kunai that can causes all enemies within its path to have slow movement, and moderate damage.

    Fire scroll
    - You summon a fire spell that can incinerate in a cone area spread igniting all nearby enemies causing high damage over time.

    Poison Mist - you drink a gourd of deadly poison and spew it out of your mouth causing a strange mist that severely blinds and poisons your foes causing extreme damage over time that effects all enemies with in the area of the mist.

    Lightning strike scroll - you summon a destructive lightning bolt that strikes you and knockback, disorients, and causes area moderate damage to all enemies around you, as well as, giving you temporary lightning reflexes making you elusive to all attacks while increasing your movement speed for a short period of time.

    Explosive Decoy Scroll
    - You summon three explosive ninja decoy dummies that causes all enemies to attack your decoys, and ignore your presence. These decoys explode upon depletion of their health and cannot attack enemies be buffed or healed.

    Blow Dart
    - You are a master of concealment weapons, and can incapacitate your enemies with a sniper shot dart by firing from a bamboo reed that can cause sleep, poison, or blindness this power randomly changed its effects and can be interrupted, you cause superior damage.

    Volcano scroll - You summon the power of earth and fire creating hot flowing magma that burns in wide range area that cause high damage.

    Wind Slicing Scroll
    - You summon the power of wind causing a slicing vortex to surround you dicing and cutting anything that comes near you with a chance of knock back as well.

    Ninja Rebirth Strike
    - You have fallen in battle, so it seems to your enemies, but before you have depleted your health you vanish into a puff of smoke leaving a small piece of cut wood you placate all enemies around you restoring half of your health and having a temporary phase shift only reappearing throwing a barrage of kunai in all direction causing a stealth strike to some enemies, but extreme damage to the area.
    Recharge Very Long.

    I didn't put damages, and recharge time to all of them couldn't really make up my mine I got most of my inspiration from powers that already exist I simply made it. what if a ninja did it this way?

    Animation -
    I don't expect the devs to try to make this powerset likes it name name suggested which in the actually practice of the kuji-in practitioner perform nine hand seals. Because this is a generic game I know that the animation engine probably couldn't handle it, so I suggest like ninjitsu use something generic, but Ninja scroll assualt I envision the player animation to be as this, the player pulls a scroll out and bites down on it while placing he's or her's palm in front of the scroll to cast its magic like this

    power problems - I wasn't sure some of you may say, "well this may not work!" or "this ain't going to happen!" simply because the game engine, so shape-shifting sabotage may not be likable to some so I suggest an alternate, and also Ninja rebirth strike may not be fave also many might think that it would be unfair for a dominator to have a stealth strike upon near-death reviving, I was only think in the line of role-playing and it fits the character power persona, not to take from ninjitsu I did give it very long recharge time so it couldn't be spammed like crazy.

    Shape-shifting illusion
    - You harness the mystical skill of Toh you can create an illusion of a nearby enemy that placate all nearby foes of your presences confusing them in the process causing them to attack another believing that there is an impostor in their whereabouts.

    Shape-shifting illusion Animation - I think it would be cool if the game engine could create and silhouette of a nearby foe something easy and generic that wouldn't be to hard (example: if fighting zeus from malta it would make a sapper or a gunslinger to cause the enemy to go into placate mode)NOTE: my placate is used as a control power so it has NO stealth strike properties.

    The reason CoT gets them is because they have a limited number of attacks and animations so the robes can be made to work with them.

    The thing with the Sybil pieces has more to do with limited number of costume nodes, and the fact that they are basically just capes with a different attachment point. The Sybils have them because it is part of the character model, rather than a costume piece. Granite Armor and Kheldian shapeshifts actually replace your character model with a different one, the Sybil pieces would likely do the same thing.
    How about creating new animation for does that want gowns or robes it would be only exclusive for gowns and robes. I think that would solve the animation problem, so when a character makes a character with gown or robe the engine will switch up the animation, because of the those certain dresses or robes. Would that be to hard to code or would it take to much time to make new animation for gowns and robes.

    The holographic decoy works both solo and in teams. Solo you pop the decoy out in the middle of the group, AS a target, placate a target(even in teams the aggro wont go anywhere the decoy should be next on the aggro list), AS or crit another one. In teams the decoy can soak an alpha strike letting a stalker off tank when he needs to.

    The Adrenalin Shot acts like a full heal over time. When the heal is fully enhanced the regen it grants would provide nearly a full bar of health over 20 seconds. Additionally the added recharge that the power grants would let the stalkers melee attacks recharge faster. The idea I had was that this power would have many uses from I need a rest but don't want to take a knee to I'm in over my head.

    I tried to make the set have enough mitigation to survive and enough utility to make up for its lack of direct mitigation. I doubt that anything resembling this set would ever make it into the game but it was a fun mental excercise. Thank you for the help and for your time.
    This is cool power I would like to see a gun based power for stalkers as well they are assassins after all.
  17. I was wondering would it be to hard to program, if we could have partial customization such as one arm being enlarge and the other small. Also if we can a have a female muscle customization, kinda like she-hulk she still looks like a woman but she has nice muscle tones

    yes, I Understand its internal injury from the force of the blow. I read many comics where a brute-like character hits its victim and they suffer injuries after the battle from the inside that's why I explained up top in the introduction it was internal damage, not external damage.
  19. I would like to see a Melee powerset that cause DoT, and smashing I envision this style attacks to look similar to karate form punches, that causes internal injury (a.k.a. Damage Overtime) kinda like how the Dev was inspired by Taijiquan for Kinetic Melee, also playing the game Godhand gave me the idea.

    Gauntlets

    Here are some ideas what I think the gauntlet costume pieces should be I envision them covering the fist all the way up to the triceps muscle or the wrist with a glowing artifact on the back of the fist.

    • Medieval type gloves with a seal on the back of the fist
    • Chinese jade with dragon scales that glow.
    • Japanese samurai gauntlet with glowing like flame.
    • A glowing tattoo covering the arm.
    • a mutated looking arm with a glowing eye on the palm of the hand
    • a cybernetic arm with a orb as well.
    • Futuristic gauntlet with glowing knuckles.

    Brute/Tanker/Stalker

    I only made 7 attacks seeing that each powerset comes with either Build, Assassination strike, and Taunt. well I going to revised this powerset idea, and give it another shot.

    Pulverizing Melee
    - You contain mystical gauntlet that were once worn by an ancient deity. You’re able to absorb enormous amounts energy into your gauntlets then releasing that force from your fist, causing sonic booms with cataclysmic results. Nothing can stand-in your way; buildings, and mountains will bow at your feet as they crumble down, you can attack large groups at once causing extreme, and superior internal damage over time, but every good thing has its drawbacks this powerset requires large amounts of endurance and has very long recharge time that can leave you drain. You cause high knock backs, and knock down, also hold, disorient, fear, and Defensive Debuff.

    Vaporizing Knuckle - You perform a quick devastating one-inch punch that sends your opponents flying that deals moderate smashing, and Minor damage overtime.

    Demolish - You slam your elbow into your opponents chest causing them severe pain and loss of breath that lowers their defense and reduces their chance to hit. You cause Minor smashing damage, and moderate damage overtime.

    Cardiac Halting Blow
    - You focus a large amount of concentrated energy into your fist and releasing a thunderous punch to your opponents chest causing them to suffer a cardiac arrest which causes a holding effect and reduce recharge, endurance, and regeneration recovery rate for a period of time, but with high smashing damage, and Moderate damage overtime and a moderate recharge time. NOTE: this power can be interrupted.

    Obliterating Fist
    - a ferocious thundering blow that gives High smashing damage, and Extreme damage overtime to the selected target, but causes all enemies within melee range knock back with Moderate damage overtime. Your opponent’s defenses is lowered with a chance at disorienting all enemies with a long recharge.

    Seismic Decimation
    - You cause a powerful earthquake with one punch to the ground. All enemies will fall down violently, reducing their accuracy, and all defense with a chance of fear to all foes with short Moderate smashing and high damage overtime.

    Liquefying Clap - your character widens their arms and slams them together crushing the enemies skull. Your opponent’s equilibrium is greatly off balance; confusing and causing your target to attack his or her allies. Also effecting their accuracy, perception, and chance to hit is reduced dramatically with moderate charge. NOTE: You will not receive any experience points for foes defeated by a confused enemy.

    Fist of Annihilation - You release your terrifying force at maximum power causing a roaring atomizing punch that sends all enemies flying with your fist. Beware this has a long animation and you lose all endurance, but your selected target receive superior smashing and extreme damage overtime, as well as, all foes in melee range. You have extremely long recharge time and drained endurance.

    Pulverizing Melee - Stats Effects

    Vaporizing Knuckle
    - (Effect) - Melee, Moderate Smashing, and Minor DoT(Smash), Foe Knockback

    Demolish - level - (Effect) - Melee, Minor Smashing, and Moderate DoT (Smash), Foe -DEF(All), -To Hit, Knockback

    Cardiac Halting Blow
    - (Effect) - Melee, High smashing, and Moderate DoT (Smash), -Foe Hold (HIGH), -End, -Regen, -Recharge, Knockback.

    Obliterating Fist - (Effect) - Melee, High smashing, and Extreme DoT (smashing), PBAoE (Within Melee Range) Moderate DoT -Foe -DEF (All), -Res (DMG), Disorient (Minor)

    Seismic Decimation - (Effect) - PBAoE, Foe -ACC, Fear, -DEF (ALL) Moderate smashing, and High DoT (short).

    Liquefying Clap - (Effect) - Melee, Confuse (High), -ACC, -Perception, - To Hit

    Fist of Annihilation
    - (Effect) - Melee Superior Smashing, and PBAoE (Within Melee Range) Extreme DoT (short) Knock back (High)

    well I changed it from being DoT to a smashing, and DoT.

    love the idea I would love to see long silky hair that native American women, and men have,also like I said before Dreadlocks that looks like REAL Dreads ha ha ha lol. Hope they don't screw the native American look up.

    yeah, but its not common for most people who get dreadlocks that are not non-afro descent to have them they must put chemicals in there hair to harden or twist them and use heat then dread the hair, so naturally when I see the dreadlocks I see a black reference not a hippie trying to do a cultural change. same with blacks we have to put chemicals in their hair just to make it straight, because its not natural ha ha lol.
