Well see the mistake they made, was that Alex P Keaton's original name was Rainbow. Obviously they forgot that! Then perhaps you would have hit all three!

I'm not at all surprised by this. I'd guess if she had a third daughter, it would be Charity.

Faith, Hope and Charity, what my mom always said she'd name triplets if she had them.

My daughters name continues to remain off the top 1000 list. Though it's suprised me that's it's used more than I thought.

Also I refuse to watch any movie in 3d, personally I dont need to feel like Im interacting with the movie to feel satiated.
You went to a a mantinee, a really early one at that (not the last mantinee of the day), this is prime time for parents to bring the talkative bunch to the movies. so no sympathy for you on that part.

As for Loki, I thought a lot of what he said explained it. He only let the Frost giants in at first as a prank on Thor's day of being declared King. Of course, then he found out the truth about himself, and his pranks quit becoming pranks and more treachery brought on by "WTF I'm Adopted?!" sibling rivalry.

Nice Though, they have walked away from 300 million movies before (Superman comes to mind), but here's hoping!

I don't know how expensive it is now, but I bought mine for 800million. I know that sounds expensive, but it was really just 1 sold purple recipe (admittedly one of the more sought after ones) and a few decent ones, sold at the market.

And at the time, the pricing on the WW previous bids were ranging from 600-800million.

I find the proc to be worth it myself. And I also think it puts ones DPS up more than a Damage Proc, but I'm not 100% sure on this, it's more feel than anything else.

However, if you're just looking to put it into an AOE power not for ST DPS, I'd just go with a damage proc.
  6. I think we could use some judgement trees for all the weapon sets.

I have found that the Judgement slot has helped my game play in regular content that I play with my regular team a lot. the other Incarnate slots will help (to a greater or lesser degree) in the regular content as well when I team with my regular group that doesn't do any of the Incarnate stuff together.

Using the argument that the Incarnate slots are only good for the Incarnate Trials is not true, even in the slightest degree.

Trying to pass off the current "solo path" to the non-alpha Incarnate slots as a viable path to those slots is ludicrous. This is from a player that has been here for 7 years and only has 3 level 50s, and is in no rush to get more. I do not expect instant gratification. I never did. I just expect reasonable time frames/costs for content acquisition.
Well, not needed for the Incarnate Trials, but make them a hell of a lot smoother, how about we say that.

And of course, whatever makes the Incarnate Trials smoother is really going to change your regular level 50 content. That's just obvious.

Oh look a Nuke to use every 90 seconds. Yeah, that won't be handy in clearing a spawn fast.

As for reasonable time frames/costs, except for the tier 4, I didn't find any of the Incarnate Slots really all that unreasonable to obtain.

Now, if you mean through shards only hmmm...depends on if you're planning on strictly solo or just not doing the trials.

If you plan to still do team content (TFs) and /8 Missions with Bosses, then it's not going to be bad. 10 Shards a day (which I find easy enough to obtain when I want to) and 2.5 million Influence equals out to 10 threads a day.

Turn those threads in for the iXP and to craft the components.

Well, the Blaster isn't a melee AT. I'd say that makes a difference.
  9. I have been!

A currently level 39 Fire/DM Corr and a level 21 DP/EM Blaster! What more do you want from me?!?!?!

First I will echo the statements to see it in 2D.

Went with all my family and my dad turned to be at the end of the credits and said "So the only 3D is the credits?"

It really felt like that was it

My best sum up for it, is it's an origin movie. I was expecting a bit more action (if you're looking for action, you will probably be better served seeing Fast Five), but the acting I thought was really good.

I'd like to see a real sequal, but wonder if they can or will, as I'm not sure if it will be a big of a hit as Iron Man was.
  11. You may try out DP/EM, one of the things I love about this combo is that I'm really just focused on DP/.

It's not top damage, but it's not the worst damage either. It's just a fun set This isn't to say don't try to eek out every last bit of damage though
  12. We're one step closer to cybernetic catears! \o/

I mean. Wow. Who'd ever pay for those.

In the meantime, solo and small group players are graciously permitted to farm Moss Snakes or learn to change their playstyle to City of Farmville.
Yeah. But right now, there's complaining about something being in game that people don't want to join in on. The trials.

What they want is the Incarnate Slots, what they keep forgetting is those incarnate slots they don't want to unlock the fast and easy way, are only needed for the Incarnate Trials right now.

So really, they have all the time in the world to save up shards, convert them to threads and unlock their not needed incarnate abilities, untill a solo/small team incarnate content is put in.

Also note to another post...whining/OMG complain fest of hatred and moaning isn't a friendly reminder.

    Dear Devs,
Just want to remind you, I continue to hope for solo/small team Incarnate content in the future. Please! I offer internet cookies! They're better than real ones as they have 100% less calories!
    Hugs & Kisses, The Poster

...is a friendly reminder. And it beats "I hate you and I hate the content, give me this so I can make use of these powers that I really don't need for anything I prefere to do...like soloing! Grrrr...arrrggg."

And also agreed, this isn't raiding. These are limited player zone events! LS and BAF, they're slightly longer Winter Event missions with more people involved.
  14. Actually...here you go!

There's a hit on the Single Target DPS, as I'm not sure if you for instance want Flight as a travel power or not.

Taking out Hover/Fly for 1 slotted Hasten/Super Speed (27 second down time on Hasten) would increase your ST DPS from around 127 to 176 (quick rough estimates on those numbers).

Hover/Fly will give you the added benefit of well, Range! Going up against a lot of Cims? S/L Defense plus keeping them using just their spears equals even less damage.

With the build below, you are softcapped to S/L without Hover, Hover would add even more S/L Defense.

1 PvP IO in use and FIVE Purple Sets. Remove the PvP IO, turn on Hover, and you'd be at 44.4% S/L Defense.

Obviously lots of options to go with, but there you go for a S/L softcapped Defense Blaster.

Adding in the Incarnate Alpha slot, personally I'd go with either Cardiac or Masculation.

Also, if RotP isn't part of your concept, replace it with Conserve Power. Basically quite a few options for you to consider, but this quickly put together build should help you obtain what you want.

  15. Well, you said PvP IOs to a minimum, you didn't say none. Sooo, with that, here's a build for you...easy enough to make changes to, as a lot of my picks were concept based picks on my DP/EM, but switching out DP for FIRE, then switching out Energy Mastery for Fire Mastery.

No idea if you have any concept powers or not (like Flight perhaps)...but again, this is just something to look over, which I think will likely work for you to build something off of.

People shouldn't oughta be allowed to solo too much! I quit!!!"

I've read the devs might possibly, if they get around to it, maybe perhaps consider expanding Incarnate to make it more useful for solo and small group players like myself, my wife and our friends, if that's the case then I'll be quite thrilled. Do a happy dance. Get that feeling of anticipation and excitement like when Going Rogue came out. So yeah, I'll credit it when it happens. But in the meantime, it's like paying for a cable subscription for XYZ months before the installers arrive to actually hook you up. "It'll have a whole big buncha channels if we ever get your neighborhood connected...."
Thing is, Je_saist has a point.

People are whining, when the devs have already stated there are plans to add what they're whining about.

They just aren't implemented yet. However, this is of course not good enough for them.

As of now, anything one needs the Incarnate Abilities for, is team required content, so the fact that it's slow to obtain, shouldn't really be that big of a problem.

You don't need Tier 4 Destiny/Lore (or even Tier 1) for non incarnate level 50 game play.

You don't even need Tier 1 Alpha!

It's all obtainable however for the solo player, it's just slower.

For those who don't want to raid, but are okay with teaming, then run level 50 content TFs (ITF, LGTF, Apex, Tin Mage, LRSF...ect) and you can obtain at least the level 1 Incarnate abilities easy enough.

I thought Chilling Embrace/Icicles already put enemies at the -movement/rch cap.

How much more do they need to reach cap if they don't? Figuring Spines will already add to it.

As long as Stalker remain the top burst damage (with or without Assassin's Strike, i.e. Hidden) and has more controlling factors, I am not too obsessed about higher dps. Giving Stalker more dps would indirectly make Scrapper less appealing (since at the moment both AT are the damage dealers). I prefer having more control and/or debuffs.
Hmmm...top burst damage would mean more if I didn't go Placate Interruptance! :/

Even fighting a single target, this has happened to me, and this was being softcapped, non incarnate content.

Really, all this crying about not being able to get Incarnate abilities outside of running the Incarnate trials is sounding like, "I want to have my cake and eat it too." Most of the Incarnate abilities are for the Incarnate trials. You can still run level 50 missions or a Lady Grey Task Force without having a Tier 4 Destiny or Lore just fine.
    This.

Not to mention, if all they want is to obtain the Incarnate abilities, while yes slower, they're still obtainable without doing a single raid.

It's not that hard to obtain 10 Shards a day and convert them to threads.
  20. If you go DM/INV, just copy Bass's build.

If you want something else besides /INV, my suggestion, IO out a DM/FA for some OMGDMG!!!
  21. I think one thing is being forgotten!

Even in a completely random PuG BAF or LS, the League Leader can kick people.

24 people on the BAF? The one who got the league leader star can just say "I just wanted 20 people" and proceed to kick.

If you're going to complain, then maybe complain that they gave the league leader the ability to kick, to begin with.
  22. Well, is it possible for Numina to become corporeal for a bit of time?

Also, seeing as how Posi was unable to get close to people before, it makes sense that he'd be willing to fall for Numina. He's been in her place.

She's not quite a ghost either, so maybe there's a way for her to get her body back (well even for ghosts there could be a way, as this is comic book logic).
  23. I'm going to suggest ELM/SHI, because it'll help your Kat/Reg friend out so much, he'll cry! From boredom...or jealousy. >_>

Having the star kinda gives you that right, for whatever reason. It sucks for the non star holders, but that's how it's always been.

    o.O It wasn't greifing.

The League Leader made a team with 15 other people for their BAF, they started it, the game then said "Here's another."

It's no more griefing than a star holder kicking someone off a STF for, for example, not using their powers and just being a waste of space.
