    Fastest ITF?

The fastest I have been on, was somewhere in the neighbourhood of 25 minutes on Champion, but at that time (over a year ago), the record was something like 18 minutes.
  2. I went with Cardiac on my WP/WM. I respec'ed into a build that's softcapped for defense, and now I'm having some endurance issues.
  3. Spines/Regen scrapper. I levelled him to 50, enjoyed it.... but whenever I log him in, he just isn't fun to play anymore.
  4. I have gotten only one as a drop. It was a Fortunata Hypnosis.

This is what I was going to say. When I got my first character to the late 40's, I got a "no sets? lol" and kicked from an ITF.

I've since left a handful of teams where the leader, or some other member made snide comments about someone's set bonuses or lack thereof, and kicked them from the team
  6. I needed a Silver to craft something yesterday, and though I have no problem affording it, I wasn't willing to pay the 4 million others were. The last 5 were all 4 million, so to check, I put a bid up for 100k, then 1 mil, then 3 mil, and it didn't take.

I went through all my bins, checked all my alts, and I didn't have a single Silver. Then, I remembered about the Vault, and lo and behold, I had one lone Silver on my main.

    Victory was mine.

That's the thing, the only characters that actually need a respec are the characters close to 50. They can't add new slots or powers since everything has been selected. The lower level characters can simply pull the fitness enhancements and start tossing the slots back into the build at the next level that allows slots to be added.
To you, it isn't a justifiable excuse... to me, it is.

I did not respec at GR, or in October, or last Thursday, because I wanted a fully functional build up until Fitness went inherent. I wanted to be able to do a Task Force on Saturday, if I so desired. I wanted to be able to run a Hami raid on Sunday.

I am taking advantage of Fitness going inherent to finalize my build on my main. This involves a heavy amount of IO's to be resold (or stored, or what have you), and a heavy amount to be purchased (or taken out of my SG bin, or what have you). I didn't want to respec, pull off ten IOs, then have a partially-slotted character at GR. Then, respec again, pull another ten IO's off, and so on.

I'm not whining about insufficient space, I know that this was my choosing, and I will burn whatever respecs I have, and will craft a respec recipe if I must.

It's great that you were proactive and began respeccing months ago, and kudos! But please don't say that what I (or any other player) chooses doesn't meet your justification.
  8. I loved the "Come with me if you want to live" line.

Because I'm a loser, you see.

I divide my play time between a lot of characters, so if one is on hold for a week, or even two, because I need to wait for a bid on a certain recipe or piece of salvage to be filled that's not a problem.

The problem probably lies completely with me, but, say, 100.000 inf means next to nothing to me. But paying 100.000 inf for a piece of common salvage completely rubs me the wrong way.
The "minimum price that flippers set", is the lowest price they can possibly buy it for. Would I rather buy something and get a 2 million inf profit, or a 4 million inf profit? High prices hurt the flippers, as well. Why are we blaming the flippers, but not the "buy-it-now-ers"? The people willing to pay the outrageous prices, and the people who take the "Last 5" as the gospel are what is helping to keep the prices so high.

If nothing can be purchased below the price you're seeing at this very moment, the flippers would not be making any inf (I certainly am), and I'd have nothing to list.

Edit: LISAR basically covered my last point. GMTA.
  11. Yes. I don't even play masterminds, and I want this.
  12. If you're interested, I'd like to partake in your services again for 200mil.

@Bramphousian, Champion Server, blueside. Weekends are usually better for me, but I can try to be in-game at your leisure.
  13. That's pretty much it. Eventually, you'll begin to get a feel for what something's worth on average, so you immediately know what to bid and what to sell it for.

Right now, due to a few factors, the market prices are a bit strange. This could have something to do with your luck. I have just started a character that hasn't been playing the market (save for listing all of my salvage drops at 1 inf), and he's got just over a million inf. This is at level 5, with under an hour of playtime, and I think all of his drops have been common salvage.

I could never really get into Scrubs. I tried, and tried... so I couldn't even use it as a source for music.

Over the last, I'd say month, on Champion, I've seen only a few comments from RMT'ers... and exclusively in local at the Went's in either Talos or Atlas. They paste their spiel, then log immediately. I still report them, for whatever that's worth.

On Freedom, regardless of which zone, if I'm at a market, chances are good I will see at least one Local comment about an RMT site. In Atlas, it's always at Went's, or in between the Atlas statue and Went's. I heard someone complaining about being inundated at the AE building, but I don't tend to pop in there.

Edit X2 His music has been used on Chuck before. This song was used in last season's finale.
Yep. "One October Song" was also used in an episode a few weeks ago. I believe it was when Ellie was driving the Mustang. Nico Stai is an incredible talent.

That's one of the (many) things I really like about Chuck... they use a lot of really great songs. Frightened Rabbit is one of my favourite bands, and they've had four songs featured. Often, the songs are just SO perfect for when they're featured.

  18. When creating and playing a character, I often find myself looking at others' builds. Especially when it's something I am unfamiliar with. I primarily play melee, and so Silas' guides and builds were a godsend for me when I decided I wanted to try a Corruptor. I had a basic concept of what I wanted to achieve, but his build as a sample really helped to flesh things out for me. I have not copied it, and I haven't taken it as gospel, but I kept a copy saved for reference.

At the same time, I often DON'T know what I want to do with a character, and so seeing someone else's build helps for me to see what it's capable of.

    Email rollback

:/ I don't. I was shuffling a bunch of crap between 4 or 5 characters last night, to characters with available market slots.

I'm not overly concerned. It's a bit of a disappointment, but I can only be so upset at the loss of pretend-possessions. I'm an inventory controller for a living, I don't want to do it in a game!
  21. Gah! Email rollback. I just lost nearly a billion in recipes/enhancements/influence that I placed in my email yesterday.

Evidently, without knowing the specifics, it's gone forever.

This is not my week for pretend possessions

Edit: Actually, I may have claimed the influence. I don't remember now. Damn.

    Email rollback

    Looks like I'm SOL.

I emailed 3 sums of money yesterday... combined total of just under a billion. I left somewhere between 400-500 unclaimed overnight. Gone.

I had about a dozen assorted recipes, and a handful of crafted Doctored Wounds which are gone.

Unfortunately, I don't remember any specifics.

    Cool.

Edit: I may have claimed the influence. I can't remember now. Gah!
