I still agree with suggestion in the Suggestion Thread (how redundant...), which stated that Street Sweeper should yield higher amounts of Prestige, Experience and Influence. The basis for this idea revolves around your deeds being witnessed in public for all to see (which should spread your heroic tales, fights and victories).
How it would work for Villains? Well, let's just try to figure that out later, shall we?
I am still behind increasing Mission Reward Bonuses and allowing Story Arc Bonus Completion EXP to be spread to the entire team not just the leader. Boosting Street Sweeping, Dev Content Rewards, and even story arc bonuses would give people other occupying things than the AE.
Still I'm sure there are flaws in that plan people will point out to me blatantly -

All that work? My first time on a team of first timers (well 6 out of 8) completed it in 45 mins.
I can see this being done in 20-30 mins easily.

Much better than my 8 hour experience. -

MMOs are about balance and even if you take farming out of the equation, AE is not balanced.
-Regular missions have contacts you have to earn/find, then continually travel to until you get their cell. AE puts the contact right next to you.
-Regular missions have doors that can be on the other end of the zone or even in another zone entirely. AE always has the door right next to you.
-If you want to go to the hospital in a regular mission it could put you hundreds of yards away from the mission door, the AE hospital always puts you right next to the mission door.
-Random missions give you random salvage and recipe drops. AE tickets allow you to more selectively choose your drops.
-If you're having to buy enhancements with influence you will have to find a vendor selling your Origin, then you'll have to wade through the sometimes oddly named inventory list (curse you Magic Origin). If you use AE tickets you travel a few feet to a single person who offers not only every type of regular enhancement, they even have a nifty menu that lets you select the type of enhancement you're looking for.
These are just a few of the examples of how convenient AE is compared to regular content. Why does AE not have ANY downfalls to balance all of its amazing features that dwarf the regular content?

In theory, this is all balanced by there being no "end of mission" reward in terms of XP/Influence/Prestige. In practice...not so much.

Would increasin Non-AE content mission bonuses be a decent idea? I would highly suggest spreading the Story Arc Reward Bonus to the entire team instead of just the leader. -
I was screwing around in the AE when I found this: Edit Standard Character.
So I decided to mess around a bit with some character groups until I stumbled upon the pet group. Yes, I was able to customize the Henchies MMs gets, except only the Tier 3 Henchmen.
I must say the Assault Bot looks GREAT in red. -

I still think it would be nice to have at least a duo boss option. For those times you want two bosses having a conversation as you approach them.

Or have the option to let them fight each other at the start of a mission/after an objective is finished. -

I think the 2 suggestions posted above that make the most sense are:
1. Remove the Auto SK
2. Make the Leader be in the lvl range of the mish.
Now having said that, I dont really think there is a problem with the AE. I honestly think a bunch of people are getting their underwear twisted over minor stuff. But....thats just me.
[/ QUOTE ]
I disagree. I enjoy auto-sk as it allows anyone of any levelt o team with you for AE missions IF the auto-SK for the mission is not screwy. -
It's all fun and games till Statesman uses his Noob Lightning.

Bots: Mostly AoE
Thugs: A mix with slightly less AoE and more Single Target
[/ QUOTE ]
Now, now. Don't go spreading misinformation.
Before the level 32 & Upgrade, Bots are almost exclusivly single-target - the Assualt Bot has Flamethrower... and that's the extent of your Bot's AoE before Upgrade.
Thugs, on the other hand, start getting significant AoE with the Enforcer+Equip... right at level 12. Then the Arsonist shows up at 18, and he's EXCLUSIVLY AoE (Well, excepting his basic brawl)! And people wonder why that little psycho dies so much...
Overall, I think they end up with the same kind of AoE - but Thugs collect them as you level, while Bots get them all at one time.

Bots end up with Stronger AoE capabillities post 32. That is not misinformation. Note I said Thugs have slightly weaker AoE. -
I tried Fiery Aura/War Mace
But it just wasn't Pretty or Strong -
Bots: Mostly AoE
Thugs: A mix with slightly less AoE and more Single Target -
I'm guessing you played with her on Freedom?

Does anyone have a Mercs/Pain that they enjoy?
I'm debating if the Serum/Painbringer combo on Commando is worth 38 levels...

Mine tanked the Freedom Phalanx Alpha and lived. -
Fiery Melee/Fiery Aura.
Max DPS for Scrappers, but not exactly the strongest survivability. -

Don't worry Freedomites will be flocking to the forums to whine that they can't play because Freedom is greyed out.

Infinity FTW! -
That sounds like a very gimped DPS chain for PvE.
PvP on the other hand is a different story. (Lol travel power attacks) -
Oddly enough I've never failed a LGTF, even with the tons of PuGs I've done it with. Were there a lot of Lethal/Smashing damage users on your team? That's your problem. Honoree will hit 100% resistance to those damage types (if it hasn't been fixed of course).
One of the more fun fights for me in that TF the Dra'Gon aside. -
Fire/SR for both PvP and PvE
Fire/WP for PvE.
Either works great in PvE, except /SR takes a little more care to make it worth the while. WP is out of the box but doesn't seriously open up like SR does with IOs. -

Geez that's like asking me which of my kids I like the most!!!
I really enjoyed my Bots/Dark but i would have to say that my Thugs/Pain was a fun trip to lvl and nigh impossible to kill once IO'd out.
I'm getting ready to start either a Bots/Storm or a Necro/Pain. I might drop some money on a few more slots and create both
[/ QUOTE ]
Yikes, both of those are hard leveling builds at the start. BUT! The payoff at the end is incredible. The zombies really become extremely powerful with pain after you drop some infamy for bonuses and sets.
Bots/Storm starts shining a little earlier than Zombies/Pain, but is slightly heavier on endurance usage. AMAZING build if you shell out the infamy!
Good luck on both. -

Come to think fo it, is any MM really "no good"?

On a team? Ninjas/Poison. -
[ QUOTE ]
Well I would suggest Ninjas/Poison, but it's a very frustrating build in the early to mid levels.
You could probably check out Zombies/Storm for an unusual and very powerful debuffing combo. The Lich works very well with Hurricane's debuff.
If you wanted something strange and very rarely seen pick up Zombies/Traps OR Ninjas/Traps. They both are quite powerful in their own reagrds.
Honestly a lot of the stronger builds are the more popular ones.
I've heard Robotics/ storm is a strong, rarely seen, and very good debufer.

Quoted for a fix.
