Unless it's a weekend two missions then dissolve is about right for most of the casual gamers as it amounts to roughly one hour of play time (unless you're doing paper/radio missions that is, as those tend to go faster). That is assuming people weren't online beforehand and have exhausted their allotted game time for the day.

That being the case, no team name is going to change it.

Both the Shards and the PvP zones have day jobs associated with them: Dimensional Explorer for FBZ and Griefer for PvP. On a side note, Arenas also have a day job which is Duelist.
