Yeah, it's just a matter of getting things done ahead of time as we can. Sorry for the confusion.

I just checked in FBZ and got no SG beacon for getting the badges there.

Quote:Thanks for assembling this list. One thing that's not exactly clear to me (mainly because I hadn't run the new TFs yet), is what artwork all of these badges are supposed to have. The way the list indicates I can't tell if they're all the same or if some just don't have art.Primal Earth Badges-
Apex TF Badges -
Drone Protector- You ensured that none of the police drones in Kings Row were destroyed by the Praetorians. You can think of plenty of other uses for them, especially if you could swipe one for yourself.
Obtained for keeping all the police drones alive . You are allowed to revive them using the temp power to help you in the final fight.
Burden Bearer/Arm's Length-
Obtained by keeping all the police drones alive and de-activated. This means not using the temp power to revive them and still not letting them be defeated by the ambushes.
Already Dead- Battle Maiden thought she was all powerful, but you put her down before she knew what was happening.
Obtained by killing Battle Maiden in under 15 minutes. Timer only counts while she is on the map.
Tin Mage TF Badges -
Hacker- You managed to destroy the War Walkers within the secret Praetorian warehouse before the security team could be activated.
Obtained if you click all 8 devices in the 30 seconds after you enter the warehouse.
Midnight Dodger What Dodges at Midnight- Director 11 may be a master of demolitions, but you showed him you're a master at dodging bombs.
Obtained by avoiding being hit at all by any proximity bombs.
Kitty's Got Claws- You saw Bobcat do something no one else has seen; fight with all her effort. Despite her best efforts, you still managed to put her down.
Obtained by Defeating Neuron before Bobcat goes below 50% hp then defeating Bobcat.
Army of Neu- You waded through a small army of Neuron's clones in order to help push back Praetoria's invasion of Primal Earth.
Obtained for defeating X number of Neuron's clones.

Quote:One other thing you CAN do as a Villain/Rogue is pay your base rent. I just did that last night from the Registrar in PO.When you become a villain, you will remain a member of your SG with the following limitations:
1. You cannot access your SG base, nor any other hero SG base.
2. You cannot play in SG mode to earn prestige or wear SG colors.
3. If you are the SG leader, you will be demoted and a random member will become leader.
When you become a rogue, nothing will change.
When you go back to hero, you'll still be in your SG, immediately regain access to your base and SG mode, but won't automatically be promoted back to leader. -
Just remember, the vast majority of this game's content is instanced, so you're not necessarily going to see a lot of people moving about the city zones.
Oh, wait... -
Aside from the few missions that have primarily Seers, there's not one best specific location to get them out in the wild. They're a somewhat transitory bunch, meaning that they only show up when they want to, and there's typically only one of them at a time when they do. If I had to nail it down to a general area, though, I'd suggest the red zones in Underground Imperial and Underground Neutropolis, or in the BAF.

Maybe his forum name has something to do with that?

I wasn't able to finish testing it with my beta characters before it was shut down, but the impression I got was that the five times for Moral High Ground need to be in a row. I seem to remember that if you switched moralities at some point, the progression bar started over. If so, that could be a problem if you make the switch to closely to running out of Praetorian contacts. Any verification of that one way or another?
-
That's true. So I suppose the question to ask yourself is if it's worth it to re-live that time now, or wait 3-4 months to find out exactly *how* a Primal Earth character will be able to get back to Praetoria in the first place, much less worrying about if that character will meet the critera when they are revealed.
If it were me, I'd just redo it now. The content and environment are interesting enough to make it worth replaying. -
Denial of Service is easy -- just keeping heading into the Sonic Barriers until it pops.
I just thought of a more likely reason why none of the contacts offered you morality missions, assuming you had run through the regular story content. If you've outlevelled a contact, they will continue to give you their regular arc missions until you finish them. However, since the morality missions are considered separate one-off "story arcs," you won't be offered them if the contact is too low for you. Just turn off XP at levels 10, 15, and 20 to make sure you don't miss them.
If you don't plan to create another Praetorian alt, you might consider rerolling that char and running the content over again. This time, for variety, choose the Loyalist arcs mainly, while switching over to Resistance just once for the other badge. Ultimately it doesn't matter what alignment your character ends up because you can choose either Paragon City or the Rogue Isles when you leave. -
The only way I can think of that you weren't able to get those badges was that you street-sweeped or teamed past all of the contacts through all three zones. Each zone had four different contacts to give you the option to switch sides (to earn the Loyalist badge) or to continue with being Resistance (to earn Moral High Ground).
If you're already level 23, you can't go back and get them on your own because you've outlevelled all story contacts, and you can't team with anyone to use their morality missions, either, since those are single player-only missions.
I think your only option at this point is to reroll and do it over again. -
The times I seem to have trouble accessing the site are in the evening and at night, but I don't remember it being a problem before GR was released. It almost seems to be like a Denial of Service attack, but instead it's probably from all the people tracking their characters, and the host throttles access. (For reference, I have AT&T DSL service.)

Well, I stopped by GenCon this month and found one dealer who had some of the CoH CCG cards for sale (on clearance, no less). As a result, the only non-foil card I'm still missing is 218 (Inferno) from the base deck. If anyone has one they're willing to trade, please PM me. Thanks.
-
You get badges for reinforcing each of the four alignments, but you don't lose any of them if you switch. In fact, you don't lose any badges throughout the entire Going Rogue process. That rumor apparently won't die...

Doesn't Dr. Hetzfeld's arc also have Failed Experiments?
-
The Day Jobs I'm aware of are:
Patroller
Caregiver - in all six zones (Hospitals or rez stations in Underground)
Professor - in C.D.E.C.
Banker - in all six zones (Imperial Banks or storage vendors in Underground) -
The person you have to talk to to get that badge is in the Tutorial mission. He's the Resistance leader in the room of Ghouls who will call you over to talk with him after you've cleared the room. If you just blew through that room or didn't read all his dialogue options, you missed the badge.

You can check out all the updates to the game that you've missed here:

Welcome home! -
Yeah, I'd been buying boxes of the cards from a site that has them cheap, but I'd just gotten to the point where the diminishing returns weren't worth it to keep going. I'm looking at going to GenCon in a couple weeks to poke around there.
And, yes, thanks to Heartbreaker on the trade. -
Okay, here's the latest list of regular cards I'm still looking for. I'm also hunting for several foil variants, if anyone has any to spare or trade. Please shoot me a PM if you might be able to help out. Thanks.
Arena (Base)
218 - Inferno
Secret Origins (Expansion)
43 - Power Crash
94 - Terrify
101 - Force Bolt -
You can enable all the Ultra Mode features with graphics cards lower than a 9800 GT (I've got an 8800GT), but don't expect rates much higher than 10-15 fps, or 5-8 fps villain-side.
