    This employs all of the unique Heal set IOs. The total benefit is an 85% regeneration buff (8.7% better than SO slotting) and a 25% recovery buff (equal to unslotted Stamina). This is an interesting middle road, although it's worth noting that it's not far different from the recovery slotting above: about 10% better regen and 10% worse recovery. This is a small example of how set bonuses can start to mitigate otherwise

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought you were only able to slot 1 unique IO in your character?

    Or is it 1 unique from each set in your character?

    Because I was thinking of slotting my regen scrapper as follows:

    Health:
    1 Numina's Convalescence +20% regen, +10% recovery
    1 Numina's Convalesence: Healing
    1 Doctored Wounds: Healing
    Set Bonus: +12% Regen from Numina's Convalesence

    Fast Healing:
    1 Numina's Convalesence: Healing/Endurance
    1 Numina's Convalesence: Healing
    1 Doctored Wounds: Healing
    Set Bonus: +12% Regen from Numina's Convalesence

    Intergration:
    1 Numina's Convalesence: Healing/Endurance
    1 Numina's Convalesence: Healing
    1 Doctored Wounds: Healing
    Set Bonus: +12% Regen from Numina's Convalesence

    Now does the set bonuses stack from each power? Or does the bonus only apply once?

    Im not good at math but from your previous numbers I think Intergration and Fast Healing would work better this way rather then using 3 Heal IOs.

    If Im wrong someone please let me know I would appreciate it a lot.

  4. Well since this is the official post for the Statesan TF I will ask my question here as well.

    A few questions come to mind for both the heroes as well as the villains side of things when it comes to the rewards from these encounters.

    If a specific character were to defeat Hamidon and receive his or her reward, can they then run the Statesman's TF and earn a second reward?

    Reason I ask, is because these are two different events, will the 24 hour timer effect them on the other event or not.

    Questions? or Comments?
  5. A suggestion if I may Lighthouse,

    Instead of closing the entire thread (because 1 or 2 members choose to reply with remarks that go against the Forum Rules and Guidelines) how about monitoring them and send them a warning and delete that specific reply rather then closing the entire thread where as the OP had already stated that the remaining thread contains well written suggestions and or comments on the topic at hand.

    Because I too have seen quite a few threads closed that didn't need it. I know you are just trying to do your job and make the best of the forum community but the stick you carry is in my opinion a bit too heavy.
  6. Man I was waiting for this thread.

    Incredible Lag which is expected as each new issue was released but I think this one is by far the worst so far.

    One main thing I notice is it seems to be using more memory to run.

    Second with the Fire Controller's Fire Cages, this really spikes through the roof when you are on a team and someone uses this power.

    It seems as if there are two rings around each enemy instead of one, therefore it may be trying to render 2 rings instead of 1. Of course thats my guess I could be wrong but thats the way it seems.

    System runs great with other games and applications.
  7. Either way, who cares about the Choice of a +3 SO. If it were something other then Dmg, Acc, Rchrg, EndRedux, then it would be great.

    I was expecting to see the choice of your SHO rather then a stinking SO drop. I can get these SO drops from anywhere, via mission arc, Sirens Call and the numerous counts of other AVs/Heroes I fight in this game.

    Allow us to chose which SHO we get, then that is some great news! As it is now, the SHO drops suck, I have a VG mate that has ran this SF damn near 20 times and each time he got a Damage/Range. Give the choice to us or change the percentages for these crap enhancements we all get.

  9. I think it would be a good idea, mind you I said think.

    If the CoP trial is open let us run it, if we chose to base raid, it is a mutual thing. We will not be forced to base raid.

    That way the people and or groups that wish to take part in the pvp side of things may do so willingly. As for others, just allow it as a fun trial for them to do and collect IoP.

    That way both the pvp'ers as well as the pve'ers are both happy in the event of the CoP.

    And this still applies to the rules of the IoP's meaning they are taken away after 21 days.

    Yes, spend 5 hours in Recluse's Victory to earn the badge.
  11. One thing that should be added to the list for the Villain side of things.

    Many people have completed the Recluse's Strike Force for the first time and never getting the S-HO drop as they should be.

    And for pete sake remove the 24 hour timer
  12. Nathan, I don't mean to come off the wrong way when I say this, but big deal if someone has to leave VG mode to earn infamy to unlock a contact, your VG will survive the small loss.

    If prestige is that important to you for you to be so picky to argue the fact that your VG members have to leave VG mode and your VG isn't gaining prestige, to me it just sounds as if, all you are worried about it prestige and to hell with what others want to do to earn for themselves.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm all for members of my SG and VG to earn prestige, but if they need to leave SG or VG mode to earn some cash for whatever, then so be it, I'm not going to [censored] and moan about it on the forums and ask for the badge or costs of things to be lowered so my SG/VG members can stay in SG/VG mode so they earn prestige at all times.

    With that said you should have about 2 weeks before i7 goes live, take one of those weeks and run pvp missions to maximize your influence earnings and be done with it. Its not that hard, better yet have your VG run lower level SFs and you will earn very nice xp bonuses

    No waiting almost a years to earn Immortal is a long time, 2 weeks is peanuts compared to that.

    Normal game play will earn you this badge, providing you are not in SG mode.

    I do not feel 2 weeks is too much to earn such a badge, just exit SG mode and play the game. No grinding required.

    Its been almost 2 years and I have yet to earn the Influence badge Popular which requires you to earn 1 billion influence, now thats a long time.

    Anyway, I have noticed a few things..

    1. Heavy and Pillbox badges are as follows...
    First badge is for 10
    Second badge is for 50
    Third badge is for 1000

    I think that is a huge jump IMO, I know and understand you wanting more people to take part of pvp but 1000 I think is asking too much from the non pvp badge collectors. I think that should be lowered to a more reasonable number like 250 or 500 not 1000.

    2. The Avs as they are with the new buffs from the most recent patch, Villains and Heroes for that matter are having a seriously rough time trying to defeat a single Av yet alone 2 or 3 at a time not to mention they spawn in level 54 bosses once they start to take damage.

    I think the Sig Heroes and Avs should be rolled back to what they were when they were level 50 and had 70k and high resist, not as it is now at level 54 with even more hp and very high resist. We have fought these Avs with 30+ heroes and not been able to taken them down.

    Just imagine how it will be when this goes live with a lot fewer people on each server. I know for Pinnacle we would never have more then 30+ heroes or villains at one time to be able to take these guys down.

    As for the heavies and Pillboxes, I think when and if you are on a team when your team or someone from your team controls a heavy or takes control of a pillbox, the entire team should get credit for the badge. Not just 1 single person who clicks the pillbox or clicks the heavy.

    Its bad enough people are fighting over these things now on test, I know its not going to be any better when it goes live. If your team works together then I feel they all deserve the credit not just who clicks the pillbox or heavy first.

    I see NO problem with the spawn rate as it currently stands. It took me 2+ months to redo all the levels when I rerolled. So, this is perfect compensation. When are you all going to realize this? The way its designed right this minute is to factor in all the pain & suffering that those of us who choose reroll had to go through. Period. End of discussion. I (being one of the adamant anti-isolator crowd) and very pleased with this implementation. Deal.

    I simply made a comment that "it would be nice" I never said BS make it easier, this is total bullcrap, Im unhappy.

    What does stalkers have to do with Isolator?

    if you are talking about them going in undetected to kill off the single spawn, hell any villain can do that.

    Remember this is a level 50 pvp zone, where almost everyone have ++perception and can see stalkers.

    But would be nice is if the spawn timer were reduced some because as it stands now, you will be lucky to get 1-2 kills a day. And to kill 100 of them is a long way away from getting this badge. So you are looking at 2 months or more depending if you get exactly 2 kills a day.

    But whatever it takes I'm sure I will get it and so will many others. Because I plan on spending a lot of time in RV when this goes live

    So much to do, so this badge should go pretty quick or at least seem that way considering I will be doing other things rather then just camping a spot for hours on end.

    But yes, there will be many heroes arguing over the kill, petitions sent in say "I was here waiting and someone else killed him" blah blah blah .

    And since the contaminated is as it is, I will kill it as soon as I see it. I will not be advertising it in broadcast if thats what you mean...lol

    I'm always on a team anyway so i will kill it as soon as I see it.
  19. I consider myself to be one of the biggest badge collectors over all servers, not because I have more, but the amount of time I have helped many many people get badges including my Sg. Hours of killing things over and over again, padding, you name it I have done it.

    So I am very happy we have another chance to earn this badge since I know I defeated a helluva lot more then what is required to earn the badge before pre-issue 2 when I was waiting and help my friends complete their missions.

    But because they did not data mine the kills I was left out to dry. So I could skip the badge or delete my level 50 when the badges came out. or simply make another toon. But at the time, my tank was my favorite toon and I did not want to delete or make a new toon.

    So now I have another chance to get this badge. Yes I feel it is hard and I'm willing to do what it takes to get the badge. And yes, I do agree with some people here, by making this badge so hard, is almost like punishing the long time subscriber who missed this badge when it was released.

    At least we now have a way to get it. So I'm not complaining at all. But don't get me wrong I would love to see this changed as a single spawn to spawn in RV once every 2-3 hours is a bit much considering the amount of pre-issue 2 heroes that need this badge.

    I think the spawn timer needs a tweak or more then one single spawn in that time frame. But as I said, no matter what it takes I will get it.
  20. Something that needs some attention is the spawning of Signature heroes and Avs.

    When either side capture/takes control of 5 pillboxes, the oposing side gets reinforcements that join the battle.

    The hero or villain will stay in the zone and help fight which is great, but if either you lose or gain another pillbox, the signature AV or hero despawns not allowing heroes or villains the chance to defeat them.

    I think this should be changed to allow the chance to defeat at least one of the Signature hero or villain.

    I would suggest that once either side controls 5 pill boxes, the AV/Hero stays in the zone to help their side until the time runs out. or when the zone resets.

    Im sure many of you know how tough the Signature AV/Heroes are so it will still take a bout load of damage to take one down.

    I agree with you, this will seperate the skilled players from the wannabes who run their mouths in the pvp zones because they feel uber.

    A stalker should be skilled at what he or she does, it should not be a simple go to boom your dead type of build.

    I personally like the 1 shotting now, but I hope they do fix it soon so it takes at least 2 shots, giving everyone a chance to heal up.

    That way we will see how good most of these stalkers are, when it requires more then one push of a button.

    Yeah, I would think that this will be allowed. As it would with your Primary and Secondary Powers.

    I'm just curious as to how many powers you get in the PPPs. I would think 4 as it is with the APPs.

    But only time will tell.
