I have softcapped sr 48% melee and aoe and 50% ranged something close to that but yep softcapped without tough and weave. And was not very expensive to do

On my /sr I think I have 1800hp (w/ accolades) and 23hp/sec at 50... %wise not sure what I have going on.

I also am softcapped and have 150% recharge with hasten ( I think)

IF you look at subscriptions COX has maintained a consistent following... As far as Vista Issues... WRONG WRONG WRONG..

Been running Vista for 6+ months and it runs 100x better then when I had XP.. If you having issues with that it not the game at all

Wrong, change the LOTG Defense to End/recharge. It'll be cheaper and you'll get better end reduction with the same defense. And if your toggles drop it'll recharge faster. No wonder ninja gets pwnt all the time...jeez.

Actually the end is not even a question when using MoG. If want more recharge drop the 4th Lotg and standard IO recharge. The defense lose is minimal. And doing that you can roughly 5 secs more recharge.

Lose the 9% acc but have enough looks like
