Haha yeah I had notifications turned on and the window open, still got all invalids. Fingers not twitchy enough apparently. Better luck next time to us both!

    Another D3 build

Hi! So I've just come back from a 2 year break and have dusted off one of my favorite characters. I am pretty satisfied with this build, I recall endurance being the main issue she had before and this looks to be an improvement. I would really like to get Petrifying Gaze in but I don't see room for it. Considered dropping Veng for it but even then I don't know where I'd get the slots... maybe from Life Drain? I borrowed some of this from a build someone posted already, apologies for forgetting who to credit. Cost isn't an issue.

Also I think I understand the incarnate system enough now to ask for any recommendations on what I should go with for her.

Thanks a lot, appreciate any feedback.

  3. I'd be happy if Hasten's autofire was a freebie and we could have 1 autofire + Hasten. Though honestly the only time I've wished for this is on my Controller for Indomitable Will and my Tanker for Active Defense. On the latter it was a no brainer to stick it on AD though.

    The 600 Club!

Lady Kindle crossed 600 with the new Halloween event, and ABko helped her hit 615 last night with some arena badges. Need the rest of the PvP badges but being on Freedom I don't know that I'll ever get around to those.. maybe when GR comes out RV will be quiet enough for an hour or so
  5. I did good on junk that had been sitting for nearly a week and quickly disappeared, but then in the rush to get back to a team I accidentally listed a lvl 50 common heal IO for 2billion, instantly wiping 100m in market fees. All I could do was laugh. I would have left it there as a reminder to myself to slow down but I needed the slots to grab a bunch of salvage to craft things I wanted asap. The market giveth and the market taketh.

I'm a huge fan of the Hold proc in Fire Cages. The Chance for +Recharge in Fissure is absolutely awesome. You can start to really stack your Siphon Speeds when that one starts going off regularly.

One thing that is different about my build that you'll notice if you import it into Mids is that I do not use all lvl 50 IO's. I still do a lot of TFing with this toon, and that includes some exemping. So I leave most of the sets at the lvl 35 range.

Oh, one last thing. It's entirely possible that you could come up with a cheaper way to make a similar build. I used these purples because I already had them. I had a fully purpled build with the damage purples as well when I respecced into this build. I sold the purples I didn't want anymore and worked the ones I could into this build.

Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for for my second build, I only made two changes - putting 6 Oblits in Hot Feet and switching the Miracles in Health for Numinas because I've got a bunch of 'em.
  8. I do this when I need to burn a freespec quick or am gonna delete a failed character concept anyway. I usually can get a bunch of lvl 50 set IOs from sleep, confuse, snipe, etc sets for less than 10k, and they resell during a respec for the 490k crafting cost. Times 10 that's a decent chunk of change for a few minutes of time.
  9. Sent a quick tell in game, but just in case thought I'd let you know here I'm in for 100mil heroside, Freedom.

    Purple Drops

I thought the Rikti during zone invasions dropped like lvl 30 recipes/2nd tier salvage?
  11. If you're farming drops you should set the difficulty to 2 or 4. It increases the amount of critters which increases your drops/chances.
  12. I need them on my controller on Freedom as well. If anyone is still interested in making this happen up for it.

    @Poison Idea
  13. It runs very smoothly on 7 for me. I've also noticed a battery life increase on my laptop. (Intel P8800 2.66 GHz, 4GB, 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 130M)

    Am sold so far.
  14. I'm down.

  15. Is it too late to sign up? I'd also be up for a clearing/not so many shortcuts run.

    Lady Kindle 50 Fire/Kin Ctrl
    Vitamin-X 50 Plant/Rad Ctrl
  16. Loved CutestLilHero's costume! Execution was spot on, the hair and wings made it perfect. Adorable.

I think the reason she won out was because the costume was a tad bit more complicated/detailed opposed to a solid color two piece but congrats to everyone.

It's not really about matching everything exactly as much as it is a combination of that, creativity, originality and attention to detail.

    Congrats again CLH!
  17. I've been wanting this since I noticed those options in game!

I don't see why anyone's complaining. You can disable them right now in game so you never have to worry about it. And for future alts, its been stated in the MOTD that web stats will only be available for characters over level 10 so you'll have 9 whole levels worth of time to click "Options / Enable Hide".
  18. I feel so sorry for the OP. Reading comprehension plus I guess just excitement at getting to post ideas equals, yeah.

But, I always look at items in game and wonder why they aren't available in the base editor. They're there already!

  19. There is a rumor that Issue 10 will include more base enhancements and upgrades. Care to comment?
I don’t know where the rumor started, but we didn’t have any time to include new base items for Issue 10.

I don't know.. maybe in this interview? http://coh.warcry.com/scripts/news/v...6&id=70412

I guess by "next few" they meant, "eventually".

    Drops II

So since task forces seem to be where the rarer drops are at, will villains be getting more of those? Because as it stands, and someone correct me if I'm wrong here, villains have 4 plus the SG computer TF. And heroes have will 14 including the Statesman TF.

If not, its going to get old doing the same ones over and over.
