It *is* Tier 3, I'm not sure what your complaint is? Better explanation for to be having please?
-
It's originally located inside the piggs, so it won't exist by default.
The /data/ folder is manually created for replacing parts of the game with custom stuff. You have to manually create the subfolders however you do it on a Mac. I have no idea how to create subfolders on a Mac. You can probably get better directions from the Mac forum. -
There are also options in the Window menu to open them from there. :x

If there was a way to easily implement Enhancement Boosters without the combine screen, sure.
If it takes six months to figure out a way to implement Enhancement Boosters without the combine screen, I'd rather them work on something more important than a minor QOL. -
Quote:It works. I tested it two nights ago to prove a point in a Suggestions thread asking for a "friends channel" (which already exists...though it is server-only and the person requested a global chat...freebies don't have access to that though except to /gfriend someone and to receive tells)I think this needs a little clarification.
I just tested this out with a Free account (not Premium) and I found out that:
- Free accounts can not "/send Friends", and receive a message that they need to be VIP or Reward Level 4.
- Free accounts can post to the Friends channel if it is selected as their active chat box.*
*I picked a random stranger to add to my Friends list, and didn't receive any response back for verification. (Didn't expect any.)
There might be other clarifications that I was not aware to check.
EDITed to add:: I just double checked Paragon Wiki, and dug a bit deeper. The slash command I should have tried is "/F <message>". I'll try that later, and report back.

What a way to paint the entire thread with one brush when only a small percentage of the responders did any kind of bait-responding. (Because that's pretty much what Psylenz is doing, baiting for trolling. That's why I responded - politely - to a specific point that didn't make sense to me.)

I would rather they integrate a wand/staff into alternate animations for the existing powersets. I have always, always wanted to play Fire Blast with a wand.
[[SCR]] It'd be pretty simple to port across powersets, too, because it's not like there's 400 moves you can do with a wand/staff. Point and shoot. Twirl and point and shoot. Pound on the ground and shoot. Flail around and shoot. -
I think we were either level 34 or 35. (Most of us were sidekicked up, one was exemplared.)

Quote:No, pretty much all of these show up in Sutter (except maybe the Heavy Trooper, I don't remember seeing any of those, but it might have been luck of the draw).Mobile Artillery doesn't show up in Sutter, but War Walkers do. I haven't seen Mobile Artillery ingame for any content outside of special events, though I'm sure they'll show up sooner or later. Outside of Sutter, there are War Walkers in Tina MacIntyre's arc with the same powers as those in Sutter and the Incarnate Trials.
edit: also, obviously, except the EBs -
Errr, but we had hardly any issue with it. We finished the TF in an hour and a half, with 7 deaths total, most of which were in the shipyard due to the team splitting up and getting ambushed. And I believe all of us were natural level except one of us, who was in their high 30s/low 40s. So nothing uber. I mean, really, we had pretty much no issue except in the shipyard.

I just did an Admiral Sutter the other day for the first time ever and don't understand this comment. We used almost no inspirations, and we certainly didn't face any level 50 NPCs.

Quote:From the OP:Two quick questions if I may:
Does this work on a mac? if so, how would I go about the folders/files setup?
Is there a default .mnu file? I was lookin for .mnu in my windoze machine and found nothing in any City folders. IF there is such a file, could I not just edit it?
tyia for any answers/clues
Quote:The default QuickChat file
Download link
The original file includes some comments and example menus, as well as the original QuickChat Menu used by the game. -
Correct, help is not a global channel. Global channels reach across all the live servers; help is only across one server.
The easiest way to see if someone is a free player is to look at their rewards badges. If they have more than one rewards badge, they are a premium player. Freebies will only have "Rookie". -
I just want to be pedantic for a second. Please? Can I be pedantic for a second? Please? Please? Please? Really? Yay! OK! Thanks!
Sam, you -take- people to task, you don't "hold" them to task. You can, however, -hold- people accountable.
And now you know one more weird English idiom! -
No, no they have not. Watched someone get (rightfully) genericed in a DfB run just a couple days ago.
-
Then they changed it sometime along the way, because they have been earned respecs every time I've done the arc (they are also documented on the wiki as earned respecs, and history shows multiple different users clarifying such).
I will admit it has been about a year and a half since I last did a patron arc, and that is plenty of time for things to change. -
Quote:I have done the same thing on one of my characters, a tech origin wp/dark tank:I have two really big characters where I made a smaller version for teaming and indoors. That helps quite a bit. So I can say from experience that Zombie's advice is spot on (as always).
One of my friends made a caped version of his winged character that he Roleplays as the wings folded down.
My main costume has the giant tech wings, and she's a pretty beefy, tall girl already so they're even bigger than on a normal sized character.
My second costume is using the Unified Field Facade (Origins pack science cape) which looks the closest to the tech wings, and I pretend that she has a button that transforms her wings from metal/nano-fabric to simply nano-fabric. I also reduced her legs down to minimum height so she's still tall (due to height slider) but not *as* tall.
EDIT: One of my other characters has the giant draconic wings in her main costume and the bat wings for indoors/teaming. Still has wings, but they're not blocking 1/3 of my screen. This one does require a little handwaving. -
Quote:Just a note: the patron respec is an earned respec, not a freespec. You have to visit a respec contact to use it, you can't /respec with it.As Blue Centurian said. Villans can pick up epic pools without the patron arc. Both heros and villains have to do the arc to access patron pools. Villains are already villains so can start the arc at will. Heroes have to switch. If a hero doesn't switch they never get the free respec.
And FYI, this is the only freespec that stacks. So on this one, villains win. -
Or Electrical Control on Controllers (but it's still available for Dominators since they're not premium archetypes).
Like Diggis said, he won't keep the Praetorian zone First Ward (which he'll get access to during his VIP month for free, but will lose access to when he goes premium -- First Ward content can be purchased on the market if he really wants to keep it -- it's pretty awesome stuff) -
Need to be Tier 2 to trade.

You've broadcasted for people to join the queue, right? Because that's the only way people learn to use something, is that someone tells them to do it that way.
I have this macro (/macro DfB "text here") on every character I plan to play DfB with:
/b Queuing up for DfB...lots of fun, lots of XP, lots of baddies, some badges and SOs...come join me! Click "LFG" on your chat window, select "Death from Below", and click "Queue!"
