Quote:I think I'd much rather get an honest answer of "We don't feel like doing it" than get a half-***** explanation. I still remember the guy's take on hospital teleporters and what happens to the criminals we fight.I'll give him all the credit in the world for atleast attempting to explain it. Much better than "Magic, we don't have to explain it."
"I just cut his head off before he teleported away!"
"Yeah, they can fix that at the hospital. Don't worry, he'll be put in jail." -

Members of the Palladium Sentry are definitely looking forward to attending.

Quote:Gotta agree with this. I never agreed with the idea that we all play a game and design our own sometimes-well-though-out characters only so that we can be second banana to the Dev's heroes and villains at every turn. That just never sat well with me.Absolutely Recluse should be largely ignored if not killed off. Either way, that story pretty much is done as of the patron arcs, so continuation would not involve him anyway. Future villain arcs should be more like the excellent i17 arcs, more self-focused without loyalty assumptions.

Heya. Stay away from catgirls, and don't go to the D. That's pretty much all ya need to know.
Oh, and if you are looking for an SG, the Palladium Sentry is always recruiting. We're heavy RP and heroic in nature, and have a pretty strong community, so there's no worry about not fitting in. Check the link if you're at all interested.
Hope to see ya around. You definitely chose a good game and a good server. -
People are still complaining about the Mutant Pack? Ugh...
-
Pocket D is gonna be filled with /e growlers.
-
Mutant does NOT equal furry. Seriously.
Anyways, I can dig the costumes. The Bio set looks pretty cool and useful for reptile/aquatic themed characters. And the Organic looks like it'd fit for a wide variety of characters, depending on how far your imagination goes. I could see it working for fire, earth, spines, maybe even ice related characters, which are all common mutant abilities. Too bad everyone's going to end up using the whole set at once and won't even attempt to be creative with it. Also digging the new costume change emotes.
My only major gripe is that the D will be filled with /e growlers, and not in a good way. -
If interested in a silver/modern age group of superheroes the Palladium Sentry is always recruiting. We're heavy RP and promote activities such as AE missions, Task Forces, and Forum RP. You can find us on Virtueverse or see the link in my signature for our official website. And if you have any questions about the group I'd be happy to answer.

My main hero Robot Ninja. Despite the uncreative name (he was made before I got into RP) he's actually perhaps my most well rounded and thought out character. Also perhaps my most heroic, as he has a firm stance on never taking another's life, no matter what the circumstance. If you were to ask him why he fights crime he would tell you "To give everyone a chance to live life, despite the fact that others out there believe they have the right to take that away."

Ya know, it makes me chuckle to look at my box for City of Villains and see just how hyped up base building is. Then, years later, it gets little to no attention. I think the only real new item they ever put in to bases since way back when was the Ouroboros crystal.
I'm in favor of other aspects of this game getting tweaked and updated, base building being one of them. -
Just throwin' this out there, but I think I would much rather if everyone working at Paragon Studios put Going Rogue on the back burner and put all of their focus on fixing the sheer amount of bugs and crashes that have been surfacing lately.

I still need to come up with a name for a Praetorian version of one of my heroes -_-
-
I'll try and make it, but won't be able to stay long
-
Thanks. It took a little experimenting and determination, but I like the results. Also, he's a character with (wait for it) sand powers, a.k.a. fire/storm controller re-tinted, although I've heard dark/storm works just as well.

Here's what I did.
I used the Egyptian headpiece and the mask design I used was "straps" on a sightless mask. Color the straps whatever color you want the bandage to be and the lower layer any other color you want. I used the combo of faded tan and black. Now do the same with the chest, using sleek tights and straps design. I used the gloves that have wrappings around the wrists and the hands are exposed because I thought they fit better with the straps design.
Next I used the battle kilt and colored it tan as well. The legs use straps with the same pattern as the chest and mask: faded tan and black. Then I used the same wrappings I had for the gloves as I did for the feet. As an added accessory I used the heavy chain shoulder option to give him neck jewelery you'd expect to see on someone of Egyptian descent. I think he looks pretty darn nice.

I like the demons. I was expecting something half-***, like fire imps and CoT demons. The one's we're getting are actually kinda cool.
Here's hoping GR brings in more variety to costume pieces. -
I, too, will be submitting something tardy. Hopefully I will have it up tomorrow.
