As far as i'm aware, if you apply any affect to your target, then stealth/invis breaks.

Eg: while Freezing Rain (which deals damage) on my Illu/Storm naturally breaks hide, so does Snow Storm, which deals no damage.

Edit: Confuse is a special case, and it says as much in it's detailed info

Different computer will have nothing to do with it.

Have you dropped down the badges tab and claimed the items in question? You have to do that per alt, a chore that becomes increasingly tedious as you earn them

We know you hate wasting your time sorudo, but the fact of the matter is, you're just gonna have the make another toon if you find out you dislike a powerset. There are no "BAD" powersets, thus they're not really "mistakes", just "changes of heart". That's what alts are for.

If this ever happens, then whoopie, indecisive people will be happy. Problem is, it can be abused. How easy would it be to level a Fire/Kin controller, and then at 50 admit you "made a mistake" and then change it to Fire/Sonic, which you wanted all along (which one is the easiest to level Solo, I wonder).

No disrespect chap, but you can. It just takes longer than it takes a creature to fossilize.

My response was somewhat in character, as a Dev. I personally wouldn't like it on the grounds that, they are epic badges. Aptly named. Somewhat less epic if you can gain account wide progress, in my opinion.

Have you leveled this to 50 already? Is this a planned first toon? I'm not sure where you're coming from with this. There are a lot of basic things either missing, misunderstood, or adversely slotted - I think it's best I know where you stand before I answer...
