Veteran Rerward Issues

Different computer will have nothing to do with it.
Have you dropped down the badges tab and claimed the items in question? You have to do that per alt, a chore that becomes increasingly tedious as you earn them 
That's part of the problem. I drop the badges tab down, the badges are there, but it doesn't have any buttons to claim the rewards with.
Wait, scratch that, I was looking at the wrong part. Silly, silly me.
Go and stand in the corner wearing the hat with the big "D" on it

Was about to say make sure your in "Veteran rewards" section and not "recently earned" As i assume this was the issue (for those that come across this again)
I have recently rejoined City of Heroes having previously earned 24 months worth of veteran rewards. However, I don't seem to have some of them. The badges show up and I can use their titles, and I have access to wings and samurai armour etc., but no free tailor sessions or reward powers.
The only reason I can think of why this has happened is because the game is now installed on a different computer to when I earned the rewards. If anyone else has encountered this problem and knows how to solve it, could you please tell me?
