Turgenev refutes Zombie Man because he believes that Zombie Man is wrong.

And if Turgenev's beliefs are not in Turgenev's direct control, does Turgenev have free will?

You're sure quick to refute what you're not sure about!

What I have written, I have written.

And I think I have written an verbal Rorschach test.

    Puritan?

Do you not understand what 'Puritan' means or did you not really read even the first post?

Seriously, there's a damage channel you can have display in its own box and put that anywhere you want on screen and have a record of what you're doing damage-wise.
  8. All gender bias will one day be overcome with My Little Bronies. Who are pink. And have guns. Guns of friendship. And war.
  9. I've been on Trials where people go for the badge requirement even though no one needs the badge. They do so for the extra Astrals.

But to Arcanaville's point: There are some requirements that are mutually exclusive or unduly burdensome to get 'along the way.' The two mutually exclusive "don't use temp drops" on Lambda or the shoot-oneself-in-the-foot "go ahead and damage Anti-Matter" badges are of the type no one would ever do "along the way."

(However, the bomb badge in the UG is doable "along the way" without creeping if the team gets into a groove about it.)
  10. And the New Year's Pack is available on the Beta Server.

There was a time when bosses were bosses, no matter what. The standard "3 minions or 1 boss" included bosses at the standard difficulty.

However, there was an expectation among the Developers that 'support ATs' would not really be soloing. Which of course, players ignored. Which led to situations such as a pre-SO Emp Defender v. a Boss... which often didn't go too well.

And so, to help support AT soloists, the standard level for a soloist was bumped down to no bosses... except for when bugged, or not flagged, or AVs that become EBs.

That there is a pink section is the problem.

I never heard "3 *red* minions." It was 3 minions or one boss, presuming equal level.

And that was way before all the very weak sets were buffed enough to be actually much stronger than 3 minions.

    Well, there's your problem.

The game is balance around SOs at ordinary level of difficulty.
  16. It may be a /bug and not a stealth change. So, /bug it.
  17. Or were you used to being level shifted at 50+1 which made the pets 50+1-1=50?
  18. You can't appreciate Life Day without the danger of death.
  19. Heroside does indeed have lots of EBs and missions with multiple EBs, but that's mainly in the 40-50 level (and they were all originally AVs meant for team-only play).

Villainside has more EBs in the lower levels, but they're usually just the final boss of the last mission of an arc. In general, the solo 'villain AT' was more capable of dealing with EBs than the solo 'hero AT', excepting Scrappers.

Most EBs can be quickly dispatched with a inspiration tray of half Def and half Damage. Or if you're really squishie, pick up a Shivan friend from Bloody Bay. There are a handful of EBs which practically require help from a Shivan or HVAS since they have dirty tricks up their sleeves... Nosferatu.

The Free Pack was a limited time offer. It will come back 'soon' but with a price tag.
