Yep SG pillar and you won't get an oportal but you will get the badge for it so it will pop in your power list the moment you hit 25.

Aha with some searchfu I have found that /petsay speech bubbles were removed to stop griefing.
I have always had bubbles off so I don't know when this happened.

There used to be a setting that turned pet bubbles on and off but I can't find it now.

I don't know what < means and ; is not a separator in coh to do what you want is:

You can interact with them but they answer your questions before you ask them.

Also in game you can type /cmdlist but will need to hunt through every command.

Yeah it's better thats why I got to 24 but now I can't take the constant stomping sound of brute form and I don't like human only build.

I use windowed mode and click on one of the tabs so only one window gets minimised and then maximesd. It works quite well except every now and again the toon I switch to starts autorunning and I have to right click on the tab to stop it.
I have one more mayhem to get for the accolade on my current favourite mm but to do it I have to get a stalker 3 more levels. sigh. -
Well those sounds were giving me a headache so my ws has been sitting on 24 for a year now. I don't like to turn the volume all the way down cause I miss tells and glowies then. So thanks for that I might get back to my ws after demons and gr.

In the properties of the shortcut the target should say:
"C:\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -test -
Yeah you can't drop it. Eventually you will lose access to it until you pay upkeep once you have enough cash.

Got the 1A patch took forever but both servers back to saying closed to public.

Likely it will be the same -res as sonic attacks, and have the same duration...so if you get them all going on an AV or tough Boss it might mean something, otherwise probably be a little lackluster.
Whips also doing fire/toxic damage is nice, but the numbers might be lower than normal MM attacks to compensate for that. Since they also do -res its almost guaranteed they will do less than other MM attacks unless the dev's finally realized MM attacks are bad and this is the start of changing that.
Unless I am wrong on both accounts, I am thinking the attacks will still be highly skip-able from a power perspective. Since they look cool I expect lots of players will take them either way. -
This happened a long time ago so I think it ok to say it. 3.5 years ago I saw a small flame running around PO and someone else asked me if I could see it and I said yes. When I moused over it I saw a name so it was a player.
I was new to the game so I didn't know what was going on I can't say if it was a hack or rednames testing. (No I did not take a pic whish I had thought of it). -
