I'm guessing that the scantily-clad sorceress with a whip will be the prevalent demon mastermind design archetype rolling around the Rogue Isles come Issue 17.

There is no new powerset announced arriving with Issue 17. However if you have prepurchased GR, you will be able to play Demon summoning (and Dual pistols) prior to launch (So around April) 
To answer about the set, I did think about a making a preatorian version of one of my chars that is a demon summoner. We will have to see.

Does that mean I17 is going live this month? I heard April for demon summoning.

Ya. i17 is supposed to go live sometime this month.
I plan on making a petless Mastermind. A Whip/Dark Corrupter if you will. I might take the boss demon, but we'll see. I just wanna smack stuff with a whip...

I'll be remaking my old zombie mm, Undead Circus, into a demon mm. Only Male, with full satanic magician costume from the magic pack, with a few changes here and there. Maybe reaper for detail 2, possibly a new ani-tail, and maybe large hoofs for boots.
With the release of i17 close at hand I wanted to see what people had planned for their demon MM. Also how many are actually recycling an old charecter for the new power set?
