    Welcome to Beta.
  2. I'll wait for the 3D neural jack rods.

I'm back in the club. 1306.
  4. Those GA drawings are great. Many of those costumes can be re-created in CoH. What seems to be missing in CoH are:
    • Full Briefs. We have the high briefs (tightie whitey cut), but we need full briefs. And Boxer Briefs. And Boxers. And regular shorts.
    • Tunics. They can be made as a full jacket, or, they can be faked be giving men a mini-skirt. After all, the wrestler onesies we see above can be faked with briefs and a matching tights top and a belt. Tunics can be faked the same way with a matching top and belt.
    • Jodhpurs.
    • Sam Brown belts.
  5. Or at least allow Enhancement Boosters to work on them.

K, then. Silver/Golden means 'of all time' then.

It might be helpful to have separate threads for each.
  8. From looking at the examples in this thread, I have ascertained that "Golden/Silver Age" look means anything ever done in a comic book from 1920 to now, with the exception of the mod, mullet, disco look of the 70's.
  9. Men's shorts!

Not only would they work with Golden/Silver age outfits as the amateur or beginner or fashionably impaired hero, but they would also work for the Wrestler or casual wear. We just don't have good short pants options for men. And they need to work over tights and with bare legs, please.

Sometimes I accidentally leave the speaker for the modem on and I accidentally overhear the new stuff going in when files get updated.

    True story.

When I hear "costs more Prestige" I translate that as something akin to "costs more pennies."

Finally, all the solo-only crowd will have a place to go to climb up the Incarnate ladder. Maybe since they'll be tripping over each other street sweeping there, they can form a team and help one another.

    Oh, and looks cool!

Because the folds and woven texture is baked into the basic texture. If one were to have faded or torn parts, then each new pattern of faded here and here and here would be a brand new pants made from scratch, which would be nice, but it would be a new pants and not just some easier-to-create overlay. Overlaying embroidered patterns that fit the contours of the pants is a different animal from altering the underlying texture. Labor and time limit the options.

And let me use this opportunity to defend pre-tinting in this case because there are already plenty of pants available that will take all the basic colors with dozens of overlay patterns.

What if the target is flying 30 ft above you and the targeting reticle is hitting nothing but air 80 fit away?

So, Hawk, can we allow the DS reticle target ('hit') foes so that we can place the center on one?

And can the reticle be a big translucent sphere (like Dispersion Bubble) showing what its range of influence will be?

When is the Huge Model gonna see exclusive-item love??!!

Global bonuses (and Special IOs that are effectively a Global Bonus, such as Luck of the Gambler:+Rech) do not depend on the power working or being available to work in order to be 'on.' They only depend on the level of the enhancement, except, as in the case of purples, they ignore the level of the enhancement.

Procs, on the other hand (Chance to Damage, +Stealth, +Rec/Rech in the Heal Sets), which 'go off' when a power is activated, obviously rely on the power working to work. If the power is greyed out, Procs don't work. Procs ignore the level of the enhancement in all cases.

Enhancement of Aspects (Dam, Acc, Range, End, etc...) always scale down according to exemplar rules (even the Attuned ones).
