  1. I would guess definitely. Unless the costs of these converters are too great to allow them to have an impact.

I am really thinking it's a good time to sit on my cash. There're just so many changes.

I heard it was on or near the end of the next billing date cycle and it will thereafter gradually approach the beginning of the previous billing cycle date if your veteran rewards were previously awarded on a Tuesday in an even month, otherwise, it's the other way around.

I think it's correct that you were not "supposed" to be able to stack the tuxedos with back options. But it's obviously been possible... I'm actually surprised that your costume would have been automatically 'corrected'. Usually when they make changes to the costume editor, it only takes effect on your character if you visit a tailor with that costume.

So it's curious that the wings just went poof from one day to the next. Are you sure you didn't recently edit your costume and didn't notice if your wings were still there?
I have some toons with two tails.

I think Fault has a 100% for one stun AND a 50% chance for an additional stun, iirc.
  7. I am not sure if a 10% chance to stun in Stalagmites is enough to bother with building around.

How familiar are you with that power?
  8. On the interwebz, sounding like a ten year-old puts you one standard deviation above the median apparent age of of other interwebz denizens.

I have never noticed it before.

    I loves me some empowerment.
There's really not much better to do with all that salvage imho.
Almost every time I fill up on salvage I hit the station and craft every power I can starting with whatever is most useful and working my way down.

Maybe it's been happening to my toons all along? Idk. I usually play brutes, so I may not've died as often and it never really came up so as I would notice. I noticed while playing a defender today where I was counting on the invisibility. Not having that when you think it's there is very noticeable though.

    Of course.

  14. If you die, they now stop affecting you even though they still show that they are in your power inventory.
Previously, this was not the case.

IDK. I thought that the previously operative statement was that points cam at the beginning of the period and tokens came at the end. Maybe that one is now inoperative?

That's the impression I have too. It's not bad per se, but merely all around average [except for in burst single target damage]. So, if you want to play a brute and you have an idea of what you would like to do with it, then you'll choose one of the other powersets. There's just not much of a good reason to choose EM over something else.
Given the fury mechanic, ST burst damage has some unknown point for a brute if it's not pointless.
I am not sure, but I suspect that stalkers can out do an EM brute when it comes to ST burst damage.

    SG bases attack!

Seems you'll have you chance. It isn't being fixed this patch.
  19. I bet those players are flinging a bunch of very loud pancakes about.

I wonder if they can sue under Japanese laws.
  20. The thing about stories, movies, books, etc, is that if the villain sucks then the story sucks.

Check your experience and you'll see it holds true.

Think of movies that you liked. They had a good villain / antagonist even if the antagonist was the environment. They captured you imagination some how. You took the time to imagined them. And that was the key. You were pulled into the storyline because you wanted to imagine the existence of the villain.

Think of a show that was lame. The villain / antagonist sucked.

So to me, it's not so much that I need to hate or respect the villain as it is that the concept of the villain needs to be interesting enough to engage my imagination.
