Necro Post:
Just updating my build since I recently hit 50 on my stalker, and wanted to update yall. After 50 levels of playing my stalker, I decided that build my stalker to be able to kill AVs was not what I really wanted. The low HP cap of stalkers made it very easy to get one-hit-killed by the myriad of AVs out there that did double-typed damage. So I went with a cheaper, more fun build that picked up the fun highlights of the /nin set.
Here is my live build:

Critical Pine -> Stalker Dark Melee/Ninjitsu/Leviathan
-
I would need to know what times we were going to be meeting before I signed up for it.
Leaning towards Spine/Dark. -
I remember doing that in day care
I called that Leather Stamping back then though >.> -
Get it to around 43% without hide. If you have stealth, then you can go as low as 41% without hide and stealth toggled on.
-
Mind if I ask why you are Cancer Negative?
Are you free of cancer, or just a cancer that is sad and only see's the glass half empty? -
Funny, I always heard it called a Leather Craftsman.
-
>.>
I love Triumph =( I hope we can find a Wakie for it.
Rez Meh! -
Biast
You sure that is the word you were looking for?
To people who do the direct opposite of what most other people are doing simply for the fact that they want to be different here are some things you can do:
Drive 30 miles over the speed limit, and complain to the officer that you just want to be different.
Jump off a bridge because more people than not don't do that.
Become a Kleptomaniac because most people think it is a disorder and you want to prove them wrong.
DON'T twist open your Oreo and lick out the frosting first, because you want to prove it tastes better as a single cookie and not two.
Give them a try, see how it goes.
Many times standards appear because it is logical, fun, or for the sake of others. Don't hate others when they point out the standards.
I have many toon's that are not fotm or the 'best' at such and such. However, I also know not to bring my DA tank, which I love to death and will tank just about anything else with, to an STF and expect it to tank Lord Recluse. It is just not built for it. Same situation with my Emp/Dark defender. I don't take him to PvP because he would just be there to get farmed.
Fire Minded:
PvP is not something that every power set and every build can excel in. You might win a couple fights with a substandard build, but you will lose many more with it as well.
I refer to your post to the scrapper forums about wanting some one to build you a PvP claws/invuln. The invulnerability set is not designed to be favored in PvP. It might do OK in PvP because of the restances. But as soon as some one would debuff that said resistance (and on a scrapper, its fairly low) you are screwed. Also, DR would effect your resistances which would make them even lower.
Get what I'm saying? -
I have found my DM/Nin very sturdy, and yet still stalkerie.
I tried to solo Hro'Dtohz at 47 and got him down to half health before he killed me with a double damage attack equaling more than my HP cap =(.
So it has enough damage to kill AV's on the cheap. (Critical Pine is still only level 48 an doesn't have all his slots and enhancements). -
I personally love fiddling with the camera. I always have my right mouse button down.
But you can go to Menu->Options-> (i think) Controls (the second tab) -> Free Camera movement and toggle that setting. I think that is what you are looking for. -
Let me know if you figure anything out. I'll be glad to help you if you still need a serial number.
-
Sounds like you got scammed.
I personally never have heard of that 3rd party website
Also, you might have accidentally bought an EU code, not a US code. -
I know did the AFK PvP farming once.
I set it the night before, woke up the next morning, went to work, came back from work, watch some TV, ate dinner and then came back to the computer.
Sometime during that time, my rezer some how was in the hospital, along with the killer. Looked through the combat logs and there was nothing saying the killer had died, but there was record of the rezer being killed by a player. Thought it odd. (I also noted that not all the combat log was there, seems the game can only hold so many MB of text).
Not gona say a GM did it, I figured another player came -
Fire Minded.
WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR HELP AND THEN IGNORE ALL HELP GIVEN.
Just shut up and roll what you want and don't bother the forum people about you feelings. -
Quote:If you really want to have massive amounts of regeneration and recovery you could hit dull pain, instant healing, pop 18, yes 18 small break frees and then hit rest and you'll be at the regeneration cap lol.
Only problem with this is you are in 'Only Effecting Self' mode. Not able to attack, but you can be attacked.
(PS, I have tried this =) had an Emp follow me around and CM me, it was fun but didn't do anything because I couldn't attack)
And what happened to your rep Santorican :O!? -
A well built Regen = Win in PvP.
If you have Shadow Meld in PvE it is also a win.
Defense in PvP is screwed for the most part.
Regen is a benefit, even though stalkers have a lower HP cap. You can easily cap you HP without Dull Pain, making it a heal that can heal you for about 1k HP. So use DP for heal, not the HP buff.
WP to me is squishy. My opinion and it most likely differs from people that use it a lot.
SR can be great in PvE, less so in PvP. The only time you are going to excel in PvP is when Elude is on. -
I have a level 46 DM/Nin stalker atm who is mostly franken slotted with levels 20-30 IOs. I run at +2 and my to hit rolls (I watch them) are always at 95% to hit chance.
I think you are just imagining it. I would suggest monitoring you to hit rolls for a while. -
So, I just had a thought.
I have never had 2 billion on a toon for very long, and never thought to check this out. If you have the influence cap of inf, does the Combat Attributes show your influence in that teal blue color, notifying you are capped?
Also, when you kill things, does the system say you earned influence, but it just doesn't add to you 'debit card', or does it say 'You have earned 0 Inf' -
What is PvP? and how do I unlock the contact?
-
I just feel the need to note: I spent about 3 minutes wondering what the hell DW was.
