Well Kinda moot with i22 out, but I was only 2 badges away before it. Now I'm up to 1315. should be in the 1330's by the end of the week.
-
I guess I'll try this out. Add Yat Man 50+3 Warshade
Global is @Yat Man -
Ill be there on my fire rad, Das Bones.
-
Just did the math on Das Bones. even if I got all the new badges I'd only be at 1283. Still got 9 more dayjob badges to get as well.... So i22 at the earliest for me prolly

Here is my fire/time build. Still working on it but it gives me perma hasten, Indomitable Will, Farsight, and some pretty strong debuff . About 20% def, 3.4 end rec per sec and gives you a lot of options for incarnate powers. Some people are gonna wonder why I didn't take temporal mending till lvl 30. Truth be told, I really don't like the power. The heal is completely subpar and I have never been in a situation where it has saved me or any teammates from death. The only redeeming part of it is the resistance to regen, and that still isn't much to write home about. So I just waited till I had nothing else I needed before I chose it.

I don't really build for defense, so the defense I have is an extra bonus. I feel that with this build, everything will either be held, confused, or too slow to really lay into you. -
I love the KB on grav em. Especially in this new keyes trial. instead of clearing the WW I just knock em off the platform.use term. rinse, repeat.
The 1 complaint I have is the void and quantums. I miss the old damage they used to do. I know people complained and khelds got shafted when people were making MO TF's, butit made me feel godly, than my toon was so strong that a specialized enemy had to be created and spawned just to single me out. And while cysts can hurt if they catch you unaware, with the new incarnate system Im always at damage resistance softcap, have at least 3 fuzzies out at all times, sometimes 4, I've got an awesome extra nuke, a panic button in Barrier, and extra pets if needed. What outside of an incarnate trial is really gonna kill me? -
Gots pool league monday nights so Im not available tonight. any other time this week should be good.
-
Finally got Mo Keyes. Loves a challenge is kinda a pain but its totally doable.
-
Been wanting to post here for teh longest. Just hit 1200 badges with master of Keyes as badge #1200!
-
Don't need the devs now. Me, Shifter, Turg, and a few others ran 6 iterations till we finally got the badge! now all I need is loves a challenge!
EDIT: Got MO Keyes now as welL! -
Whelp its been over a week and i haven't received it, so I guess Im just gonna have to do it again. It's official. Devs hate me....
-
Thanks Leo. Sent mine as well. Hopefully we get it, then all I need is the Loves a challenge badge and I'll finally be in the 1200 club!
-
I was on that run as well but I didn't get the badge awarded. Do I have to put in a petition?
-
What did they say? We get the badge anyways?
-
In the same boat. 2 of 4, bunker buster and anti- Anti matter. The other two will be a pain. Wondering if we can just wear him down with range attacks and pets....
-
This makes me a sad panda. Das Boens won't be joining this ilustrious club for some time, since I completely neglected the dayjob badges. besides the 50 WST badge and vet/event badges I can't get, those are all I have left. right now I'm sitting in limbo at 1188, only getting 1/2 new badges every 21 days or so....

Just finished the Tin Mage TF. Had a slight hiccup when someone ran stright into the warehouse while we were still clearing mobs so we wound up fighting 3 ambushes of clockwork. But on the plus side everyone already had Hacker except the person who did that so it wasnt a total loss. took 7 computers, gathered everyoen at director 11's spawn point, dropped every pet we had, droped about 6 BIo's on them, AM and a few destiny buffs. everyone but me flew up tot eh cieling and I popped about 8 purps, clicked glowie then flew up. 6 chem/nuc nukes dropped on Dir 11 and he was dead in less than 20 seconds. Dir 11 was so scare he tried to run. didn't work! All of us but 1 person had Mo Tin but we decided to get army of Neu for that person as well.
The person who jumped the gun promptly quit before we even fought Dir 11 so I hope they don't get badge. We lost another who never returned midway thru 2nd mish. then lost another at the end. 5 people trying to kill bobcat and his minions for army of neu was a bit tough, but fighting bobcat was a pain. 1 of our DC's came back, and we turned the tables. got Army of Neu and Kitty's got claws. All 7 people received MoTin Mage.
I noticed on the channels that I got a lot of flack for insisting people have bio/chem nukes, or HVAS, or shivans, or lore pets. Same when I tried to run incarnate-only Master of STF's, LRSF, or Barracudas. Some look at it as cheating to use pets for Tin Mage. I say screw that, i use them whenever I can. I always keep a full set of Shivan shards, an HVAS and all 3 nukes on me. Never know when they'll come in handy... -
I'm gonna semi-plagarize Mr. E's thread in making this:
Master of Tin Mage Task Force 7PM EST on Saturday, May 7th.
1. Post your character name, @globalid, Level/Archetype
2. Try to be 5 minutes early.
3. Bio and Chem Warburg Nukes are required for this run. Nuc is just iceing.
4. An HVAS or shivan is required as well. Lore pets are also very much preferred as are any and every other temp pet you may be able to summon.
4. I'll email your board account about 6 hours before the event.
5. The teaming list is not fixed. It may change by game time
Mission One: Make our way to the warehouse. One person with Assemble the Team stays out of the warehouse & the rest go in to click the glowies quickly (30 seconds). This will award the HACKER badge. As soon as the last glowie is clicked we TP out (make sure you are set to auto accept tps). Drop pets (Shivans, HVAS, etc) & buff up (nukes, etc). Then enter the warehouse, pull Director 11 to the door area & take him out quickly before he can release his proximity bombs. This will award the most difficult badge in the Task Force, MIDNIGHT DODGER WHAT DODGES AT MIDNIGHT
Mission Two: Defeat the Warworks. Standard mission.
Mission Three: Pull Neuron - defeat 100 points worth of his clones before taking him down. This awards ARMY OF NEU badge Neuron must be defeated before Bobcat drops to 50% health. Once Neuron is down Bobcat swears vengeance and we defeat her. This awards KITTY's GOT CLAWS.
The midnight dodger is bar none the most difficult badge to get out of the Apex/Tin Mage TF's, as it requires players avoiding mines placed by invisible enemies we can't hit. And according to others, even force bubbles don't keep the minelayers out anymore. That being said, the simplest way to stop this from happening then is with blunt force, a team of 6-8 Shivan, HVAS and Lore pets, bio nuked and then dropping chem nukes on Director 11 should whittle his HP away to nothing in less that 20 seconds.
I just did the prep for this on the Warshade I will be taking in the mission. it took about 10 minutes to get all a shivan shard, 1 mothership raid give out anywhere between 500-900 Vmerits, more than enough for an HVAS, and 30 minutes to get all 3 warburg nukes. So all it takes is a bit of preparation and this difficult badge, along with the others, merits, etc can be yours!
1. Yat Man (lvl 51 Warshade)
2. MAGO (lvl 51 Ill/storm Controller)
3. Aquatiger (51 Ice/NRG Blaster)
4. Pandimus (lvl 51 Elec/shield Scrapper)
5. Miss Outta Control (lvl 51 Dark/dark Brute)
6. Fool (lvl 51 Blaster)
7. Galatea Fire (lvl 51 fire/fire Dom)
8. BattleDream (lvl 51 Dark/dark Scrapper)

16 man team. had to do 3 runs. first run someone used a grenade on Marauder so we finished him off regularly. 2nd run we all mapserved while all buffing to fight him and it put usin some wacky CoH map AE mission. A misconception someone made during a run I tried yesterday was that you HAD to have 10 grenades and containers even though most times you have about 8 or so even if you take out all 10 containers. That is not the case. Also, as soon as both teams are teleported outside head out the door and take no more than about 15 seconds to group together, summon pets buff, then go straight for Marauder. Try to stagger judgments so you can take out reinforcements or at least a good chunk of their health during each wave. Make sure most of your teammates are lvl 53. lvl 52 at the least, and have all new incarnate powers slotted. Debuffs and heals are very important as well. And make sure everyone is focusing on Marauder. Don't care that there are 9 Warwalkers breathing down your neck, cause without grenades it takes forever to kill him. AoE attacks will eventually thin out mobs in time for the next wave of reinforcements. And also make sure everyone knows that he uses Superjump every 20% so they know to run, so they won't A) suddenly be the only person standing in a group of enemies and B) not be doing immediate damage to marauder.

We just did a MO Lambda run and got all badges. Took 11 minutes to take out marauder but we powered thru. I think there were only 4 deaths total.
\
I will say that the first run we did someone used a grenade but we kept going. we should have got the badge for using no acids, but we didn't. -
Does anyone know if anyone has got the MO badge for Lambda yet? We tried it and only got him down to 15%.....
-
Should be working now. my bad.
