Build for Fire/Time?
I'm working on one as well. The new Mids was JUST released and I am working on a build. If anyone has one throw it out there. I am aiming for softcap ranged D and anything else I can softcap.
Here is something I just got together. I think this might be close to the finale.

I like the build but getting softcapped using STEALTH is never a first choice for me due to the decrease in D during combat. I am trying to get softcap and do away with STEALTH and replace it with Combat Jumping. Oh, I don't use the high end purples and can slot LotG 7.5s etc if need be.
From my reading of Time, stealth shouldn't be necessary for good defences at all. The set has a pair of very strong defensive options in Time's Juncture and Farsight. With either Power Boost from Primal Mastery or one of the defence shields from another epic pool, I don't think it'll be too difficult to slot enough ranged defence to cap yourself.

This build is meant to achieve high defense values, recharge and status protection. There are items I could tweak and powers I could replace, but this is built for my gaming style, so modify to best fit your gaming style.

Some good ideas here. You are so close to softcap in a few places that I may try and tweak it to get there.
I havent looked at the other builds, but I will in a sec. But here is my build. It has perma-hasten, and it is soft-capped to all (inclucing Psi) and that does not even include Time's Juncture. It does rely on Power Boost, but even without Power Boost, you could "effectively" softcap by running in with Time's Juncture.
I dig it.

I havent looked at the other builds, but I will in a sec. But here is my build. It has perma-hasten, and it is soft-capped to all (inclucing Psi) and that does not even include Time's Juncture. It does rely on Power Boost, but even without Power Boost, you could "effectively" softcap by running in with Time's Juncture.

Hover and Hotfeet do work together. You just have to activate Hot Feet while touching the ground. Once Hot Feet is active, you can Hover, and both powers work.

Been playing with my own Fire/TM build since he hit 50 last week, took some inspertaions from Unicycles build. looks like it should be softcapped or near enough to most things with Time Junture running, lots of recharge and damage should be nice. Anyhow greatfull for any feedback peeps may have been a long time since I played a troller but loving the Fire/TM, feels like a fire/rad on roids.

Should add if anyone has a way to swap Ice for Soul Mastery and keep the soft cap I would love to see it
Here is my fire/time build. Still working on it but it gives me perma hasten, Indomitable Will, Farsight, and some pretty strong debuff . About 20% def, 3.4 end rec per sec and gives you a lot of options for incarnate powers. Some people are gonna wonder why I didn't take temporal mending till lvl 30. Truth be told, I really don't like the power. The heal is completely subpar and I have never been in a situation where it has saved me or any teammates from death. The only redeeming part of it is the resistance to regen, and that still isn't much to write home about. So I just waited till I had nothing else I needed before I chose it.

I don't really build for defense, so the defense I have is an extra bonus. I feel that with this build, everything will either be held, confused, or too slow to really lay into you.
So I've been playing a newly made Fire/Time controller - level 18 now. And, I have to admit, I'm fairly new at this. So I've sketched out my build so far with power choices going to 50.
Now, I'm not entirely sure how I should be slotting here (Time seems fairly slot hungry) and nor am I sure about a couple of power choices: the fighting pool mostly - it might be better to just take tough (or drop it entirely?) and use the other two slots to pick up something worthwhile. Perhaps the new super jump attack? Would need to choose SJ instead of SS then, less stealth, but it might be worth it.
