Kheldian Fridays Special Saturday Edition!
On Freedom!


Some of you may or may not be aware of the Kheldian Fridays event on Protector. Quite a few of the Kheldian forum regulars are also regulars of this event, however, some of the regulars have traveled on to the bigger dimension that is the Freedom server (I'm not naming names, but well... Me.)

I've spoken with my Kheldian Brain Trust and we have decided to put together this one-time-only special event on Freedom: An all Kheldian Keyes Island Reactor trial. If any regular forum posters, lurkers, etc. would be interested in joining us, you have about a month to save up/purchase server transfers and otherwise prepare yourself.

I'd really appreciate experienced Kheldian players because this is probably going to be on the difficult side. Level shifts are a huge help, so try to keep that in mind too.

Yeah, my Incarnate powers list isn't exhaustive either, so any suggestions for what I could work towards in between now and then would be appreciated. I'll probably pick up some of the temps from Warburg and such too, just for emergency's sake.

I usually bring Rebirth or Barrier to Keyes, but I have every Destiny at t4 so we can work that out when everyone arrives and we know what we have to work with. Judgement doesn't really matter, I use t4 Vorpal for the cool animation. Lore, I bring t4 Cimerorans for everything but Lambda (Seers) because they do so much damage. Basically bring whatever you want, just try to have all three level shifts.

Yeah I'm definitely not expecting a lack of Clarion, haha. The enemies on Keyes do have stuns that can be pretty detrimental to us non form-users though.

Oh, I forgot about the stuns! Nasty little boogers they are! Perhaps 2-3 clarions per team sounds like a wise decision? The rest could be varied. (I forget what the resistance one is called, but surely we will most definitely NOT need that one. Resistance Cap is my, and many other Kheldian's, middle name!)

FYI, this isn't to impress anyone--least of all, you.

It's a special event not unrelated to the aforementioned "Kheldian Fridays," which occurs on a regular basis, and to my recollection, doesn't result in a bunch of veteran Khelds jumping on the forums saying "OMG MAI T4 ALEAN PWNED FACE ALL OVER THE PLASE!!!!!1111111"

Barrier is always nice, for the insanely high defense values. I know you human-formers love your defense

Alien, you so funny. This amused the heck out of me. I think the Rikti monkey has some deep-seeded envy issues for being the inferior brand of alien in COH.

Rikti aren't even real aliens, though. They're actually [Redacted: You need Omega Clearance to continue].

nah man its all about the rebirth.. who need barrier when you have eclipse or perma light form..

I like Barrier. +Defense is good. I like Rebirth too though. That's why I have both.

Before I update the OP, did you actually spell Ascension wrong in your characters name or was that just a post typo?
