  1. I just quickly adjusted my build to take in effect the Fitness Pool inherent. This build isent made for Pure farming but overall fighting as well. Also i didnt go defense only but overall kick butt.

  2. My build will Change A LOT when i19 hits. Thats what a i have right now.
  3. Ok the second build was going in the right direction. You are going to into defense. Ur Regen is very low.

    For your first build. Your Regen with Rttc on is the same as mine without Rttc. Need to work more +Regen +HP into your build.

    Second build is nice because not only did u get ur Defense high but u managed to work more regen into it along with it. Also PP (Physical Perfection) is +Regen. Why did u not take it on ur second build?

    I built mine for PvE and PvP so i took Focused Accuracy. Second build is much better. then first but ur missing a lot of possible Regen.

    Here is my build. If i was to make it PvE only i would replace SS with Combat jump and maybe a couple more thing when Fitness becomes inherent.

    Large populations have their pros and cons. To me the cons are very minimal, as I have no problem ignoring the few people who bother me enough to warrant it.

    One thing I would recommend is transfering a 50 to the server where you are thinking you will end up. Then try and play some TF's and Raids and the content you want to play. This minimal investment will either pay off (you will find you picked the right server) or it will save you from investing your TIME into a server you end up not liking. If you try 2-3 servers in this way and end up finding a great server, it would be worth it IMO.
    Did u not read my first post. I DONT CARE about population. When 1/3 of the population is in atlas i get turned off. There is a point where it becomes too many. I dont want to deal with that crap. When i drive on a freeway with traffic i get OFF the freeway cause i dont want to deal with all the stupid/anoying/bad/slow drivers. Same as in-game. I will restate and/or rephrase my question for any new info that may come.

    What is the best server with TFs, Raids, Teaming, and having fun WITHOUT AE crap going on.

    Now i know Virtue has AE crap going on but one thing that is going for them is the actual chat channels that exist. Chat channels to me are like filters.

    I dont want to Lead/do a Hami raid with a person asking (Seriously) where the AE tickets are.

    Champion seems to be talked about a lot. I'll go check it out. Virtue I've been looking at and i don't mind the RP even tho i don't RP but 1 problem with that is access to VirtueUnited. I've been trying to get into it for a couple days now so i can see what goes on. Freedom will NEVER see me there.

    Champion, Liberty, and Virtue are the possible locations. Liberty is great. Virtue is nice to but without a global chat channel i may not go. Finally, ill check Champion.
  5. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PVP build. I dont know a lot about Regen scrappers yet but i built one that i have not tested yet. The post that was posted with 803% to regen. Thats amazing but it only transitioned to 49.07hp/s. Not i know the other powers are not slotted and it only had 2 slots left available. My DB/Regen build (PvE) has only 734% to regen but at the same time its 57.56hp/s and 1882.815 HP. So play around with it and REMEMBER ONLY 5 sets of Bonuses. MORE then 5 is useless. If u have more then try and twick it to get more bonuses out of it and if not that then add a REG Heal IO instead of a Set IO.

    Well i just spent a good 20-30 mins in Freedom and tested some of the Chat channels that are listed on the forums.

    1) EVERYTHING ive read so far in broadcast is AE this AE that AE farming. AE AE AE AE AE... I sometimes question how well they play or if they ever leave Atlas.

    2) People complaining and argueing about this or that and blah blah blah. 1 Word - Anoying.
    Im crossing freedom off my posible locations.

    3) on the chat channels that i have added have been *Cricket...Cricket*

    Liberty so far seems to be the best. But at this point im still going through the servers.

    Thanks for the Great info. Well ive ventured over to freedom and virtue and people make AE teams there all the freakin time from lvl 1-50 were the teams i saw forming.

    Its going to be hard to move to a new server from Justice cause we did 3-4 hami raids a week. Doing about 2 a week with some leaders missing right now. two ship raids this week already.

    So my goal is to try and find a server organized enough to pull off some of these Events on a weekly bases.

    Now this is a general question and there will be A LOT of opinions unfortunatly. I am looking for a server to move some of my Heroes/Villains to. Now i am NOT taking into consideration Population until the very end.

    I am proud of my Home server Justice, but unfortunatly i am running out of room. I am looking for a server that is WELL orginized (as in TFs can be arranged anywhere not just in Atlas) and holds A LOT of events within a weeks time. I DO NOT WANT AE babies, AE farming, AE PLing, AE teaming, or people coming up to me asking to PL them. AND of course a nice community of players.
  10. Now i didnt fully read every reply but the cost of a GA Proc is a for sure price. Random rolls are as stated, Random.

    Even so what i am doing with my H/V Merits is i have 1 toon saving up for specific IO to use or sell. For example, GA Proc, Panacea Proc, and Purples (Ugh).

    BUT thats not all.

    I also run my other 1-2 toons for the 1 H/V Merit Random rolls. These 1-2 toons are gathers up the low price IOs with the 5 Random roll choice for other toons that i am building.

    So far it is a good method and a nice way to get Influence and build up my toons that are in line for IOs.

  12. All i know is that justice has a Universal Chat channel that goes across servers and across zones. Justise United and JFA 2010 and many others. These Chennals hold Hami Raids almost everyday. Same goes for Ship Raids. TFs running all the time and some of the greatest and smartest players that I've met. Can not go wrong with Justice. Freedom is nice until you get out of Atlas. TF form in Atlas and if ur not in Atlas ur screwed. In Justice you can be in any zone and see people that are forming TFs. We are just more orginized.

    JUSTICE HAMI RAIDS AND SHIP RAIDS FTW!!!!!. For those who are wondering. WTF is a Hami raid or Ship raid. Come on over to Justice to find out what its all about.

  14. Maybe u guys should have a Troller or a tanker to round them up and then fire rain of arrows. Then tell the peacebringer/Warshade to shoot. Work as a team and tell him the plan of attack. Warshades and Peacebringer are Very Strong just like any other toon but u got to build it right in the way u like it. Plan out ur attack according to the team build and go from there.
  15. A Temporary Power would work like the Mission Teleporter. Mission Car or something like that. Limitations are in city only not accross cities. And the Mission Car can only drop u off at the nearest part of the map to ur mission. Like a Dock. Hop out and start swimming.

  19. Leave it at 21 days. Work for it jeez. Dont be soooo lazy. It needs to be time consuming otherwise its too easy. They shouldn't have to give u the badges on a silver platter because sooner or later someone is going to complain again on the same subject.

    All agreed. SD/SS is superior to any Shield/___ Set out there. But it is not imposible to build a Nice killing machine with Shield/EM. Build-Shield Charge-Whirling Hands takes care of all minions. Everything from there on out is Single target and an extra Whirling hand towards the end of the mob. Shield/EM isent super bad. It is a toon i will be making after seeing my friends toon that i built in action.

    Shield/Dark Melee FTW.

    I dont know... I build a really well rounded EM/Shield Tanker with Capped (45%) melee Defense and 38% Ranged/AoE Defense. I was able to get him to Recover 4.04 End/s and Conserve Power for back up. Ill post the build in the future when i get home from school.
  22. Question: is the only power set to use with DA is DM? Seems like all the other attack sets dont work due to the End drain with DA. DM is the only one that helps with End problems. Yes yes slotting will help with End drain but when i play tankers like scrapper with taunt i would like to not worry about my End.

    Shield/DM rocks i have as Level 50 thats all enhanced and he can take any size mob. I have not used 1 purple on him and no +Recovery or +Regen Yet. DM lacks high damage but the Shield Charge makes up for it. It is a must play in my opinion.

    EDIT: My concept for my Shield/DM was like Nictus Romulus. Purple/bluish attacks using the Nictus Shield you get for killing Nictus Rom 5 times. (I think 5 times correct me plz since i have not recieved it)
