I spawned one in the sewers.

I enjoy it as an, "Aha screw you" power.
It very rare for an enemy to kill my fire tank in the first place and if they do they probably wont survive the immediately enacted round two.

Its decent, but once you have access to Pyre you wont really want/need it.
