    (level 10 common IO badges are the only ones
    requiring single levels of enhancements crafted.
    The others require 15/20, 25/30, 35/40, 45/50
    enhancements to be crafted)

  5. I'm ok with sticking to single target damage.
    Replaced Dimension Shift with Bone Smasher, now
    need to fiddle with slotting - too many attacks available
    at early levels, and too few slots

  6. How about having global height/body type change available
    to all at tailor, leaving the per-costume height/body type
    change available as Science Booster Pack power?
  7. Since I've never tried gravity (controller or dominator side),
    I decided to take advantage of I15 dominator changes to
    make a new alt. I'll be mostly soloing, with occasional small
    to large sg teams. My current wag at a build plan is leaving
    me with only one melee attack (total focus) which I'm tempted
    to drop. Or I could replace Power Blast with Bone Smasher.

    Comments/Suggestions on this build?

  8. Correct - if it isn't tagged as unique, you can slot
    multiple copies of a single enhancement in as many
    powers which accept that type of enhancement as
    you have.

    Ammune,

    the 60 month veteran reward lets you get movement
    powers sooner (at level 6 instead of level 14). You
    can still get teleport (or fly, superspeed, superjump),
    just pick one of the first two powers from the movement
    pool at level 6 (or higher), then you can pick the movement
    power from the same pool at level 14 (or higher).
  10. Here's a quick build using common IOs
    (still has some slots to place)

    You could try it out using your second build
    (don't need to respec - visit a trainer, choose
    to change current build). Better yet, copy your
    character to the test server, and try a second build
    there (or copy multiple times and try various iterations)

    If you can drop fighting pool, I'd suggest picking up
    Smoke Flash.

    Frankenslotting (mixing various set IO enhancements)
    can help a lot with World of Pain, Painbringer and, to
    some extent, Anguishing Cry.

    Merc/Pain Build

    I'm actually using fly (where build lists hover) because
    I've been around forever. A viable alternative is to
    buy jetpacks in grandville (only cost 10k infamy) Another
    alternative would be to replace hover, serum with hasten,
    superspeed, which would have the benefit of bringing world
    of pain, anguishing cry, painbringer back faster.
