I highly doubt the number would change that much. Either way, so long as it stays out of public areas, it's really not an issue what people want to get up to.
I concur heavily with the second part of the statement. Some of my OCs are anthro-morphs, and it's rather sad not being able to make more within the CoX universe.

Even lacking in animal details is irritating. An example being fox/wolf/bushy tails. (Fox/Kitsune based mutant doctor character)

My AR/Ice Blaster disagrees with you.

    I'm having a lead eating contest...LOOK, RIKTI, YOU'RE WINNING!!

Seriously. All secondaries have BU or in Devs case Targetting Drone. Two slotted for acc and, if you miss, you're fighting things way too high conning to you.
    Or you have terrible luck.

Reducing flamethrowers end cost, or front-loading its damage, sure. But thats pretty much it.

    Protector bots?

    +Res pet IO
    +Def pet IO
    x2 vanilla def IOs
x2 Acc/damn hami-O's, if you can, or x2 Acc slots if you can't.

These things are great for slotting the Pet Auras in.
  5. A reduction in the recharge of Rest would be nice, across the board. The silly thing is that you need it the most at lower levels, and its recharge is arguably slower then. By the end levels, you rarely, if ever, need it.

I'm strongly opposed to the idea that grinding should be the only way to get there, though. There should be ways of progression that don't involve spending long hours doing menial work. The market is a pretty good example, since it offers rewards that are not strictly tied to how much time you spend in-game. If they can duplicate the success of IOs and the market systems, I'll be happy, and I'm pretty sure they will.
Amen to that. Thats something I can get behind.
Grinding for anything thoush, if made mandatory and not optional, is a no no.
  7. Certain parts could benefit from three colours. Things like the samurai boots and warrior boots, amongst others, where there are three distinct parts but there are only two colours.
With the boots, for example, there is the plating, a trim, and then the foot covering itself. But theres only 2 colours, rather than the three that are needed.
Thats pretty much my one 'gripe', so far.

Oh, and an option to have NON-skinny females outside of 'armoured' tops would be nice. Or at least an option to make the arms anything other than stick thin without the legs being tree-trunks.
  8. Hats on top of different hair.
Seriously. Especially for females, the hair with some hats is nothing short of horrible. Not to mention un-sexy.

The CC is incredible, though. And I'm faintly optimistic for GR and beyond in what we get. Maybe wrong, but hey; improvement is the only option.

Hmm. I can see why they took it away from them, but they really should change the text for 'Nullifiers'...who don't actually nullify anything.

I did say we should have an announcement of some sort this week, and I'll stick by that. What will it be? You'll have to wait and find out. I'd love to give it to you now, but we've got to wait until the appropriate time.

Looking forward to being able to give you more info,
    The appropriate time is 'ASAP'.

  11. Fire/Fire/Fire blaster?
Back when I was testing one of my AE arcs, people kept complaining the second group I included, which was custom mobs of LT strength and over *only*, were a pain to deal with.
A friend tested it on her Triple Fire blaster. She actually *broke* the mission, she killed stuff that fast. My tanker was just wandering after her, with me going ".....Oh.......Oh!"

The games mechanics and content aren't what keeps subscriptions its the developer relations and community that keeps most of us subscribed to this game.
    Loss of revenue. Pretty much.

  13. Brawl is something I use up to and including level 50. I'd be mad not to.

And this whole roleplaying "argument" is silly to begin with. If canon says the markets aren't merged, are you seriously going to argue with it?

Can we stop dragging RP into this, to? It makes it 'The bad guy'.
"Oh, those nasty RPers want to mess up our markets!"

Not really. As Sam said, they can keep them seperate, canon wise. Simply having more stuff available means that theres more stuff for EVERYONE. Making peoples lives easier. QoL. Go figure?

As I said, just more questions and no answers but I am inclined to try and make a no Stamina build work outside of the obvious ones (MMs, Regen, ...)
I still wish it wasn't the case, too. Stamina being a must have, IMO, is really not a good thing. But, again, I can live with that. It's not such a huge problem.

What is is the slog before you get it. Which becomes more of a crawl.
Hell, even making Rest a toggle, or give it a 20 sec recharge would aleviate the problem a bit. Wouldnt solve it, but would help work around it.

Dont rise to the bait, maaan! Love 'n' peace, maan!

Although, t'be fair, I've never run into this problem on Union. But I also cant judge, since its the only server I've played on. Also, I've never played US side, so cant judge that either

Being Lead Animator means you (probably) have quite a bit of power to swing when it comes to your department.

*not an actual BaBs quote. But thats what I'd say, given the facts and quotes we have.
  20. Search Mr T snickers adverts on youtube for the Helicopter and Tank versions =P
  21. /Regen is pretty much the only set that can get away with it, due to the availability of Quick Recovery at level 4.
Defenders, if they team a lot (like my Empath/Psi did) also dont suffer from it so bad. Masterminds as well, if they dont take attacks I suppose. I know my Thugs/Poison was still quite end heavy, since I got the two ST gun attacks, but then again MM pets kinda of cover that for you.
  22. "News cameras?" Geni asked, raising an eyebrow. "There's no cameras in Warburg. Trust me, I've checked..."

The avatar stopped there, its owner obviously realising it had said a bit too much, before emoting a sigh.
"Look, I snoop around tech channels and stuff a bit. And there isnt any footage of the incedent, bar whoever was actually there. Besides, I dont really know what good the arguing here is going to do...One way or another, he's dead. Thats not going to change anytime soon."
She looked around, shrugging. "Sorry. Its not nice, I know. But after living in the Isles for all your life...you get used to it..."

Heroside, there's nothing similar in scale at the same range. Yes, Outcasts have Shockers and Lead Shockers, but not full spawns that show up over and over. Arachnos isn't faced mission after mission. Clockwork come close, but frankly I don't recall END drain being anywhere near as bad as facing a bunch of Mu - and they're far more avoidable.

Perhaps the abundance of Mu and their END drain (and IIRC Recovery debuff) is what needs to be looked at first.
I wouldn't mind if it was just Mu.
But this is a problem I've run into both side, all at level 14-20.

Brute, DB/WP. Out of end every mob
    Scrapper, MA/SR. Ditto
Pretty much any AT, any sets, with the exception of; Defender (Teamed) and /regen scrapper.
