All that's really needed is a few Drones around the markets, and it will be completely safe for Power Supression. It's such an obvious answer, I don't understand why it's never been done. The only possible drawback is you'd create a "No-Fly Zone" that would kill any travel powers, but there are two ways around that...
1) Selective supression. Fly, SS, SJ, and TP are unaffected.
2) The players will just get used to it, and steer clear. It's really not that hard to adjust. As long as the range of the supression is reasonable, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. -
It would be amusing, and we have Emotes already that would work. /e slap, /e slapreact for example. It really doesn't work as is...getting slapped and reacting 5 seconds later looks odd. But yeah, hugs, high-fives, noogies, whatever. It would be amusing.

I'd be happy if it were optional. I really don't need to, or care to know anything about the BM before I log in, since I hardly ever use it. Looking up salvage is quite welcome though, for those moments of "Which one is holding that blasted Impervium!?"
-
It's bad enough AP and Cap have become Lag-Swamps thanks to AE. Please, for the love of all things holy, don't allow Grandville and IP to suffer the same fate!
Side Note: I haven't done a RWZ raid since before I14...I'm somewhat worried about what effects an AE building have had on the zone. For the record...AE in RWZ is probably the biggest "WTF!?" moment I've had in awhile...Dumb idea if you ask me, makes zero sense. -
Oni in City of Villians.
Oni in a popular Japanese TV series.
I think it looks fine. Dunno about combat prowess. -
One obstacle I would like to point out...
I'd like to see you design a sheath for a kohpesh.
I would be in support of this, if it were optional. I'm a little odd like that. -
Eh, Resident Evil wasn't too bad (Never played any before RE4). The second movie was pretty abysmal. "Resident Evil 2: Zombies in Love". Seriously? I never saw him in the game, but Nemesis is something to be feared, not pitied.
As far as Wolverine...Well, if they can utterly [censored] Phoenix, I fear what they can do to a complex story like Logan's. And from the look of things, Deadpool is there in name only. So yeah...Waiting 'til I can see it for free. -

Oh, the trouble I could cause with this... -
I had thought of suggesting an Autohit, but then what if the target has abnormally high Defense? By raising the cap, you have the potential to hit with 100% accuracy, but the usual calculations still apply.
Yes, I know missing an AS results in absolutely nothing. Sure, you can just wait until it cools down. Maybe it's just me who has this stupid luck, but when I burn inspirations and a BU for a tough boss, and miss, I know I don't have time to wait for BU to cool down before my inspirations fizzle out. So, I lose either a load of buffs while waiting for BU, or I lose a sizable chunk out of my opening strike. And since I run DB, losing BU means losing Empower, making things even more difficult.
Al because of a 5% chance, which happens far more than 5% of the time. I swear Stalkers run on differant accuracy rules, but that's a differant arguement. -
I see no reason why this should be capable of missing from Hide. When I waltz up to a Boss, hit BU, set up the AS, and whiff at 95% accuracy...It's enough to make you bang your head against the wall until you can't see anymore.
Therefore, I propose AS, while Hidden, be capable of breaking the 95% cap to a new cap of 100%. If you're worried about PvP balance, make this effect PvE only. I honestly cannot see a reason why this would be bad. -
You should probably head to the Screenshots and Fanart section for this. Just saying.
-
That...Would acctually be pretty nifty. Just no card games...PLEASE not card games...
So, would Villains get bootleg cards? -

patrol xp only gives you 1.5 times the xp. not double. and if you play a dev's choice arc, you don't get tickets, you get regular drops.
[/ QUOTE ]
Eh? Huh, I could have sworn it was double. Oh well, the point still stands that you are gaining more than the standard XP amount.
Also, DCs are a moot point, since there's no way a DC would be a farm. Y'know, unless Positron goes on a bender. -
I don't get it. Non-AE mission do, or rather they should, be giving more XP. I mean...We don't use up our Patrol in AE. Patrol [u]doubles[u] your XP, therefore we should be getting a crapload more outside AE...Plus, AE gives no Inf, Prestige, or drops, right? (Note: I haven't really played AE outside of Test Mode)
So what the flying fooskah makes AE better, anyways? -
As for #3...Add a sixth costume slot purchasable with Merits (Or Tickets, either or).
I made this suggestion quite awhile ago, and I'd still like to see it. -

It does lead to that inevitable question, can a male toon ever win a costume contest?
[/ QUOTE ]
All the CCs I've ever seen had male winners, so...Yeah. -
Yeah, I've only ever seen one CC on Virtue (For which I won second prize). I've seen tons of them on Heroes, but just that one on Villains. And since I play Villains pretty much exclusively....Yep, totally sucks.
Regular CCs redside would be awesome. And Cap (despite how much I hate the lag) is the most populated zone usually, so it's pretty comparable to Atlas. I think the middle of Aeon City is a good location. Easy to find and less laggy than the BM area. -

Okay...Wait...Let me see if I understand this clearly...
You're asking for transparent bikinis? Am I reading this right?
Far be it from me to refuse pixelated mammories exposed for the world to see...But I have a sneaky suspicion that isn't gonna fly...

"Particularly for the legs and arms."
Yeah, lots of mammaries there.

Just had to make sure who's hormones were out of line. Clearly mine. -
And a good thought at that. No reason why it shouldn't.

My only suggestion is that Shoulder Leap be a kick instead. It just seems more thematically proper. Some sort of straight, flying Bruce Lee kick would be awesome (And if I'm not mistaken, a similar animation exists in MA already).
In any case, I want Combat TPort...NAO! It would make for a much easier way to take down fliers (Fraggin' LB Eagles are like annoying gnats with Assault RIfles...) and generally pump a much-needed dose of badass into Teleport. -

One issue I see is that the typical e-mail system is far more complex than CoX's. For example, how would CoX handle the formatting? There is no such thing as an italic, bold, or underline in game. What if the e-mail has attatched files? Or worse, what if it's got html-coded format that inclues images or links?
Far too difficult to create a system that could handle trnaslating that, and the people who would benefit most are spammers. -
Do what I do on my MM...
1) Find an outdoor area to fight, or someplace with a high ceiling.
2) Angle camera to directly above and zoom way the heck out.
Bam! Instant RTS Mode! Come to think of it, I think my love of RTS games is 90% responsible for my love of MMs. -
I had no idea "god" was censored. That is about the dumbest thing I have every heard.
First off, I was raised Christian, and I think censoring "god" is offensive.
Also, compare these two phrases. A villian, drunk with power, stands before the hero and declares...
"I have become a GOD!"
...But instead he must say...
"I have become a DEITY!"
...Yeah, lacks the punch the first line has.
How about established comic characters? How many times has "god" been said by Thor? Even Statesman and Recluse gain their power from gods! Seriously, dumbest censorship ever.
Besides, I think censoring arcs is a dumb idea to begin with. It should be dependant on the player's Profanity Filter setting. We should be free to curse, and let others decide what they want to see or not, just like we already do in chat.
