It sounds like a cool idea, but I'm not sure many people would get much use out of the temp powers or emotes.
Assuming they actually hang out with real life people on their birthday, that leaves only about what, 2-3 hours to play with them?

Oh this would be a cool thing to have happen. They could also give you a gold title for the day saying "Birthday Boy/Girl".

As with the Forums, what if the game tracked your B-day (optional to provide this info, of course) and provided you with a few harmless Temp Powers or Emotes on that day?
Maybe a party hat to wear?
A noisemaker that spews confetti at enemies to Blind them?
/e blow out candles?
/e cut cake?
/e serve cake?
And in the realm of What if... What if, upon joining a team, all your teammates were allowed to use the Throw Confetti emote while you are on the team?
Any other ideas?
