Quote:Stop factoring in "typically slotted damage" and stop adding in "*about* 100% damage bonus from Enhancements."1) 100% is about what Enhancement Diversification caps a power's enhancement total at. I used that as a "typically slotted damage power" for calculations.
2) Reread the first page.

Why the hell does it display 300% "buffs" when any enhanced power only gets 200% "buffs" because enhancements count against the "buff cap"?
200% != 300%
(that's "does not equal")
That monitored attribute cares not for how much Enhanced damage you have in each power which may be 0% (for not-yet-slotted or unenhanceable powers), or it may be 7%, or it may be 83%, or it may be 143%. And it may be a wildly different value for each power you have.
The attribute shows *global* *bonus* damage. This is the extra damage each power gets (well, i.e., powers that are affected by global bonus damage, some are not).
If you're a Defender this number turns blue to show a cap at 300%, because for any power that has a base damage (i.e., 100% of damage) and no other personal and individual enhancements, it will take the full 300% global bonus of damage. However, if the power already is enhanced 50% by Enhancements, it will only use 250% of the blued-out 300% cap. But, either way, you know it is indeed enjoying 300% total damage enhancement.
But, OTOH, if the global bonus in this example is showing just 250% global bonus damage and you're enhanced in that particular power by 50%, you won't know its total damage bonus (which in this case is 300%) because the Enhancement Value is found in the Enhancement window for that power, and not in the Combat Attributes.
And the monitor *can't* show the value for each power, because each power will have its own amount of Enhancements. -

Lusca is indeed a 'thanks for watching' badge. Has been for years and years. Don't know about 'zone wide'... that's new to me if that's the case.

Well, to be fair, even if the folks knew he wasn't a zombie, they didn't know whether it was a prankster who would take the prank too far and hurt them (intentionally or not) nor whether this was someone with a psychotic breakdown who would not know to actually not attempt to eat their brains.

Quote:And now, there's the Team Teleporter.Ive seen teams knock off Dr.Q in an hour and a half or less.
Keys to success:
1)No full team, drop to four or five people to reduce spawns;
2)One person parks at Dr. Q to click missions;
3)Assemble the Team on every team member;
4)Pack enough AoEs to obliterate most missions and ghost the rest.
Most of the time though it's a massive slog and I certainly won't run it again.
Have done all the Shard TFs they are fairly meh...Faathim's is probably the most interesting. -
Fully updated now with the other performances, just FYI.

I couldn't think of a good way to capture the terms of the bet in a screencapture, so with Lazarillo's consent the terms have been extended to allow for a video submission. Here she is.
Watch it again just focusing on Null.

The third party Store UI makers are supposedly very successful makers of Store UIs for other successful MMOs with microtransactions.
Thus, I'm guessing that the NCSoft interface was... problematic for them to deal with (especially considering all the problems that NCSoft billing and account tracking has had in the past -- and still does, cf. annual account badge bug). Also, if this 3rd party has to deal with Seattle as well as Austin... <shudder>.
On top of that, there are no UI specialists in Paragon's employ.
However, gleaning information from Ghost Falcon, Paragon does control inputting items into the market (e.g., they need to be in the office to turn Freebie Friday on and off). So, Paragon does indeed what shows up in "New". They have no control over order thanks to that lousy interface... but they can weed out the old from the new. -

Please remember that adverb when, sometime years from now, they do indeed add a new 'currency' for a good reason and someone says, "Positron lied!!!1!! He said they'd *never* introduce a new currency!11!1ragequit!11!!"
Things can change. If there are no *current* plans... then that's good for about 18 months. Or maybe never. Just none in the pipeline for what's planned. -
Quote:I was explaining all the ways bugs *and* player misunderstandings can take place.Given that quote was in direct response to my post quoting Arbiter Hawk saying the entire league was supposed to be getting the buff:
Quote:I'm having a hard time interpreting Zombie_Man's quote in the same way you are because of the chain of posts.
Which is why I took Arbiter Hawk's statement as authoritative, and not speculated that 16 targets was possibly WAI.
When Arbiter Hawk said the whole league should be getting level shifted, then I brought in that the real numbers might be wrong or that player testing might be in error. -

Many sets, colored in certain ways, could be used for inappropriate concepts. Water Blast is no exception. So, do what we're supposed to do, report inappropriate costumes and let the GMs handle it.
Thread with a link to a video of the set with discussion of its appearance. -

The 'original' missions of the 5 origins contact could very easily be summed up into a new Kings Row arc, hoping that KR is indeed the next revamp on the list, since it would be logical to rebuild the legacy 'arcs' from 1 to 50 in order.
All of the original Atlas Park/Galaxy missions and almost all of the KR missions were one-offs and not arcs. It would be relatively easy to pull out the basic gist of those missions, excluding the sweepers and fedexes, into one, good Kings Row zone-arc. A basic get-to-know-your-factions arc helping the PPD put out 'fires.'
And that Kings Row arc could incorporate the AP and KR Safeguards. -
There are way too many items in the "New" Category -- one hundred items to be precise. I wouldn't mind that if the newer ones were listed first, or we could sort on newest to oldest, but instead, brand new items appear *somewhere* in that list of 100 "new" items and it is a chore to find.
I realize that coding that monstrosity of interface isn't in your direct control, but I'm pretty sure what shows up where is.
Clean-up on aisle 'new', please. -

Quote:Well, if you like him so much... why don't you marry him!!?Indeed. No matter what they do with this version of Alan Scott, the original will still be my favourite Green Lantern. However, *because* I like the character so much, it will generally irritate me if/when they do things to him that I don't like regardless of the immutable past.
