Yes, they are enhanceable and you can add up to 5 additional slots to them, just like the current versions. The powers are all available either at level 1 or 2 (I forget at the moment) -- no waiting 'til 20 for Stamina.

Also getting flickering, seems to just be shadows a UI for me. Only when in Praetoria, Paragon and the Isles don't get it and neither do mission maps (although, they don't have shadows).

I think you'll see Win7 users reporting the problem more due to it seeming to be something to do with Ultra mode, or dynamic shadows or something, so al the people who can turn those options on usually upgrade obsessively. -
Welcome to Paetoria Moo, it is not a pleasant place and there are no true heroes, not as we call them in Paragon.
Is it bad writing? Not at all, in fact it's very good writing, it makes you make a choice where there is no perfect option.
They could have easily made the mission "arresting" her, but that would be a cop out on the story they are telling. -
Then of course there are people like me that had one of the original 360s and it never RROD. It did get taken out by an E error. Though, I'd had it for several years. Got an Elite now.

The RROD thing has pretty much been fixed, in not just the slim but most other Xbox types.

Yeah, even though he got the 360, the first vid just isn't funny and it's painful to watch. Japanese people mildly hurting themselves is always with repeat viewings
