Ooh, whoops, you're right. I was misremembering which day the 31st fell on (Monday). I knew pre-orders started on Friday and thought the 31st was on Wednesday.

I believe it sits in your account as an unused code if you don't apply one at the time of purchase. I haven't tried.

I tried to name a pet thug Marco and it said invalid name....

Game commands as name are no-nos.
[/ QUOTE ]...please re-read the poster's attempted thug name. Specifically, the order of the 'r' and 'c'. -

no, no, no, i want to alter the way I see me.
[/ QUOTE ]
The only one that does that is the suppress near FX. Honestly you have to be in nearly first person for it to do anything. Otherwise I don't know of any way.
[/ QUOTE ]You can alter how far away the FX turns off with the slash command I linked above.
PLEASE NOTE: it turns off *ALL* "physics" style auras...costume auras, most toggle auras, persistent buff effects (ie, Hasten). You can't pick and choose. It does NOT turn off graphics like Rock Armor's basic rock formation graphics, etc. -
/SuppressCloseFX 1
to turn on FX Suppression
then
/SuppressCloseFXDist #
to change the distance at which you want to suppress -
Autosave is the filename used by the "AUTOSAVE" function...WHY would you not give it a unique name if you didn't want to lose your work to autosaves of other arcs??
If it's local only, again, I doubt CS can do anything about it because they wouldn't even have the data. It was on your harddrive, not their servers. -
...
.................*trying to figure out if this is a joke thread* ????
Um, Autosave is what gets written and re-written when you turn Autosave on. If you don't want your arc overwritten every time you turn Autosave on, don't name it Autosave.
I don't think CS can help if it was a local-only copy. The servers don't keep a copy until you publish it. -

and the toga won't be available again until NEXT Valentine's Day.
[/ QUOTE ]Ask on your server subforums and it's highly likely that someone has the Valentine's mission still. I have it on two characters myself, redside Infinity and blueside Justice. DJ Zero will give it out ten times after doing the dual-arc, and ten more times each new Valentine's Day comes 'round. -
$15 for a month of play
$10 for a superbooster
= $25
OR
Architect Edition, which includes:
(a free month of play = $15)
(a free superbooster = $10)
= $20
so your savings is $5 if you buy the Arch.Ed. instead of a month and a booster separately. Yes, the free month is applied even if your account is active and paid for. It adds a month of play to the end. -
Correct --
CoH launched on April 28th, 2004, with a three day "Head Start" for pre-order customers.
CoV launched on October 31, 2005, with a FIVE day "Head Start" for pre-order customers. -

I have to add a mention here for Fallout from the radiation set. I admit that is can be very useful in the right situation but I dislike the idea of a power that I can only use when an ally dies.
Hm, this could be the perfect choice for playing with those people who don't know what their doing.
[/ QUOTE ]Don't think of it as a power that you can only use if an ally dies. Think of it as a supplement to Mutation. I have it bound to a key...
/bind numpad0 "targetcustomnext friend defeated$$powexecname Fallout$$powexecauto Mutation"
This targets the nearest dead ally, fires Fallout, and puts Mutation on auto so that it fires as soon as Fallout is finished. (I have shift+numpad0 bound to "powexecabort" to cancel the auto.)
I refer to it as my boomrez. -

Yeah i'm wondering why this is news?
hasn't this been out for a while now?
[/ QUOTE ]Yes, Architect Edition has been out for a while. It was initially not available at the PlayNC Store. It is now available at the PlayNC Store.

I had withdrawn in the other thread.

Although, I6 was City of Villains as well.
[/ QUOTE ]Technically, nitpickily, not entirely correct.
Issue 6 (which technically included the CoV content) dropped on Thursday, October 27, 2005.
City of Villains was dropped on Monday, October 31, 2005.
Only those who had CoV preorder were allowed to utilize villainside content before the 31st. But the dates are so close together that many people forget that. (Same with Release and Issue 1 being confused.) -

Guys post this kinda of stuff, and now I know why the methods I used when this market first came out just aren't profitable. Nice job moron. This is one of those things that once a more then a handful try to utilize it, it just isn't as effective.
[/ QUOTE ]lol, you do realize this guide was posted almost seven months ago, right? And it's not the only one of its kind? In fact, there are other guides with more information contained in them? And that getting big profits off the market is not rocket science, and many people figured it out without a guide? This just makes it more accessible to those less inclined toward marketeering (*raises hand*). -

Oh...well, if that's the case, then I'm going to bow out because I don't have anything unlocked in MA. I was just going to create level 1s with all their limitations.

I would like to have an alternate data stream for AE's Studio B (so that people who want power suppression don't have to ever leave Studio B), otherwise leave the building as-is.
I am all for putting suppression fields up for BM/WW, though I agree with Oldeb to move the BM indoors (like WW, not like the origin stores heroside) before doing so. A warehouse would be fine. (Some BMs would need to be moved to do so.) -
Lemme quote myself from the last time this came up...hang on, the search function sucks monkey...hang on...got it!

Actually, the message stated that everyone would be in closed beta. While people assume that means there is no closed beta, it means that all active accounts have access, but should not talk about it with non-players (logging in counts as agreeing to the closed beta NDA), like posting on non-COH websites with beta info, talking to your non-playing friends about beta info, etc.
(not that it really stops people from doing that already, but it's requested to abide by the NDA)

City Vault is shelved indefinitely unless they can think of a completely different way to do it.
Additionally, I do not support the suggestion in the OP of this thread. -
Nope - if you turn off pageviews on your page, you no longer see them anywhere in the site.
