You need to be more detailed in what you're looking for. I could just make an avatar with an inspriation (like the one i have) and call it day. Don't leave the door so wide open, narrow the field some.

Do you want it animated...static?
Should have your name or your character

Think about what YOU would like to have.

The artists here could be very busy with other artwork and might not have time to guess what it is that you might like.
For example, I've done avatars for several people on the fourm, but saying "make anything" doesn't work for me. I need specifics so I'm not wasting my time creating something that you might not want.

Why waste my time and yours? Be specific.

Really think about what you want, try and find visual examples then then maybe someone can come up with something for you.

Well it seems that what he want isn't any less detailed than most emblems.

All those links are just reference images. The man knows what he wants, can't fault him for that espeically if he's willing to pay the artist for their time and effort.

The default is without the UI (User Interface).

Also if you go into MENU &gt; OPTIONS &gt; KeyMapping (tab) and scroll down to th section called "Other" you can set up keys that will toggle off your UI off and ON and you can bind any other key to take a screenshot.

The default is the PRTSCN (Print Screen) button on your keyboard.

It seems that the colors you chose were a bit overpowering so I used dark gray, dark mustard and crimson accents color.
You still have a sleek look without being too shiny

I used the stealth base
(Stealth + Stripe 3 gets you the side area colors)

Costume

Perhaps asking the OP it was clipart or stock images before jumping down his/her throat might have been less drama filled solution.

A lot of avatars on this board "borrow" artwork without asking permission. Looks to me as if s/he wanted to use an image for an avatar because it was a pirate. (Hence the IPirate name. It was talk like a pirate day a few days ago right?)

Sometimes you got turn down the kneejerk reaction. Some people are just looking for a simple answer for something as minor as an avatar.

I can see where you were going using the original image with the mod, which indeed is for for caucasian skin. Even the image mod has a paler pink areoal and a slightly deeper pink bud on the nipple area.

Because of the white outfit and your use of the correct skin color for the area in question, it does stands out more, even if you did not mean it to be. I do like the second version (linked in your last post) much more for its subtle nature.

It's a good start, but showing the areolas does distract from the piece. Specifically because if you can see the areolas then no doubt you'd be able to see the nipples as well, but there aren't any.

Since the garment she's wearing is skin tight then I'd imagine that the viewer could see the outline of her nipples very clearly but not necessarily her areolas.

EDIT: taking another look, if that is supposed to be her nipples then they're a bit on the large side and easily mistaken for another part of the breast.

I always make my comments constructive because I'm coming from the place of a fan of the artist. But its just my opinion and nothing worth freeting over.

I also figure if you put it up for the public, you should be prepared for some type of commentary.

EDIT: There was a time when people did give more comments beyond the "Ooos and Ahhs" I think that's more helpful to people in the long run. Not every work in the section is fantastic, some people are still learning and trying things out. It's not a horribile idea to give a polite suggestion here and there.

Gill props to you for always being upstanding and forthcoming! I don't think you've ever disappointed any client when they recieved their artwork. Glad that folks are understanding and that you'll do your best as always to communicate with everyone.

Now then, get back to the drawing board!
